Hands down best mechanic visit in along time. The guys here are what old school small town family mechanics used to be. Techinicians who actually care about the customers vehicles. Chris the me hanic working on my vehicle last week brought me in whike var was on the lift showed me exactly what the issue was and what caused it and hiw to avoid similar issues innthe future. He also took the liberty on his own time waiting for a part to redrill and thread new beefier bolts to replace the worn factory screws on my oil pan cover to avoid a possible hazard in the future of it coming loose on thevroad. And I didnt even ask to see the worn pharys they just wanted me to lnow for myself. Also was getting brake job done andthey could havescrewed me out of oaying for front end brakes/rotors/pads aswell since a previous shop mentioned I needed both but the fronts still had tons of life left in them.Thanks for the honesty boys really appreciate it. While be sending my wifes vehicke hear from now on aswell.

Never expected the service would be excellent. Took my car in the morning and explained the issue leak coming from the transmission and muffler to the tech on site. Was told leave your car and will call. Got a call from the owner stating your car is ready for pickup. I thought to my self dam the bill is going to be in hundreds, because whenever I took the car to Canadian Tires it’s either you pay so much and when you get your car it’s some thing or the other. Twice I took my car for the leak and it was never resolved. They told me I had to replace the transmission and put a new muffler. The guys fixed the leak and the muffler problem. Suppressed to see the bill. The guys very honest and professional.

Took my Rav4 to the Streetsville, Ontario Meineke location in Oct 2023. Brakes were squeaking and car (tires/brakes) were vibrating when braking from higher speeds. Left Rav to be looked at and they followed up with a call to explain what was the issue and I gave permission for brake work to be done. Brakes were repaired quickly and at the price quoted, and are working perfectly. Have been coming to this location for many years now (including bringing our other vehicle, a Toyota Corolla). Have always been looked after by Chris (previously Terry and Avo) at the front, and (the other) Chris (and multiple others over the years) in the back.

I had the exhaust system replaced including the catalytic converter. However all of the after market ones that they installed failed and resulted in a chronic check engine light. But Chris and the team didn’t abandon me and they stuck with the problem finally fabricating a new exhaust with my original factory installed converter. A lot of patience was required by all involved but they never let me down.

I was quite happy with this place before. Never going back and not recommending to anyone. For me its about trust. Your filters will suddenly get filthy once you reach there. I know my car, and when i changed the filters. And if you are visiting in any case, ask them not to diagnose anything other than what you are there for.

I'm very disappointed with my breaks that I got replaced at this place. If you have a luxury or premium vehicle, do not change breaks here. They will squeak like crazy. Do your self a favour and pay a bit more and get it done at the dealer using genuine factory parts, not off market stuff. I'm never going back here again.

Chris and the team were extremely professional and fully transparent. They took my vehicle in on short notice, diagnosed the vehicle's problem and did the repair work at a very reasonable price. I was very impressed by the service. Overall I would rate the experience as being excellent.

Had a tire leak. The service desk individual was terrific at fitting me in before closing time. The repair was made, however the tire continued to leak on my way home…so $49 for nothing essentially. Perhaps the technician in the back did a poor job, or did nothing at all…

I rate them 5/5. Chris is an honest and straightforward person. No nonsense, he gave me a realistic quote, the mechanics too justified the quote well and I was convinced that these people really know cars and have safety on top of their agenda. Recommendable!
