I have just been to this drug store to get my ozempic supply. I asked the front counter if the drug was available and the answer was yes. Then went to the back counter and handed out my prescription, two people behind the counter looked at each other and said that the drug wasn’t available. I told them what the front counter had told me a minute ago but they insisted that it wasn’t available. Then on the way out I told the front counter what happened and she stumbled over the words to try to explain that there could be an error in their system. I told her that obviously their pharmacist didn’t want to supply my request because ozempic is a high demand drug nowadays and they prefer supply this drug to their regular customers. What a disgusting way to play with public’s health. Shame on you and you already lost a customer

Cant praise the staff enough, very refreshing after dealing with other local pharmacies, always attentive and responsive, today resolved a missing script emailed from the specialist for me in less than an hour, previous chemist had me going in circles for a week saying it was the doctor when it was on their emails all the time. You have my family business, which for a senior, seems to be consantly growing.

Terrible customer service today from the service manager at the till. I asked for a cool bag for my medication that needs to be kept cool to travel home safely. The manager huffed and puffed found the cool bags under the counter, placed my meds in the bag and just about threw it at me. Not a word of thanks for shopping with us or a goodbye. Totally disappointed...

I cannot speak highly enough of the pharmacists and staff at this store. Always greeted with a smile, by name and always happy to go that extra mile. This is now my pharmacy of choice in the area. Cannot wait to see what the store will look like when the renovations are complete.

Great experience! The staff were for amazing and helpful. The girl at the front desk (Sophie, I think) was very kind and thoughtful and had great customer service skills and also had an extensive knowledge of the products. I would absolutely recommend this pharmacy!
