I had a very unfortunate encounter with the owner. She approached me rudely accusing me of driving away her customers by sharing information regarding an event at the Leasing Office for Arrive Eilan with snacks and beverage. The customer purchased items and had right to the information. I feel it was unfair of her to attempt to control information shared in her business. She definitely lost a customer that day. Furthermore, there are limited menu options and many other rules to be wary of.

From the food to the service to the atmosphere, everything was mid, at best. The menu is limited and meals are overpriced. My salmon was WAY overcooked, to the point of the ends being burnt and so dry, but my cauliflower mash was delicious. My husband's ribeye was amazing, but his potatoes were undercooked and had no flavor. So the meal was hit or miss on everything.

Thank you for being conveniently located for us during our stay at the Elian Hotel and Spa. CASSIDY is truly an asset to this business!! Cassidy was always kind, courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable about the store and area. Ordering food was EZ-store had cute products to browse and nice postcard selection.

I guess this is a Starbucks franchise. They sell all Starbucks coffee plus a ton of typical hotel snacks. The employees were nice and they had everything I wanted. However the people behind me tried to order 2 food items off the menu and they either weren't ready or were sold out of those things.

Use $25 blue green Boucher ordered a croissant with ham and egg breakfast ,Tex Mex burrito, burrito full of potatoes on croissant they did not have egg white Associate was not familiar with the type of gluten free bread being used .So we ordered the croissant not bad.

Service is ok, the real issue is they always close earlier than the hours stated on their window and they open late pretty frequently. Also they are not open pretty much any day they chose not to open.

Numerous snack foods and beverages to choose from. Grab and go foods from the "deli". But we only got snack / packaged foods.

The gentleman who served me was kind and very helpful, the latte was impeccable and would recommend to a friend.

The workers are amazing and so sweet plus the coffee is always good.
