We just received a Christmas Eve delivery and everything was delicious! We had croissants, pain au chocolat, rouleaux with ham and cheese and onion and cheese, cookies, madeleines, babkas…maybe everything on the menu?? A couple things were missing from the original order, and the owner showed up with a fresh box of replacements and flowers! On Christmas Eve no less!! Outstanding baking, outstanding customer care. My husband is French and we used to live in Paris, and consider ourselves croissant connoisseurs and trust me, Merci’s are perfect. Vancouver is lucky to have you!

Roulé Jambon Et Fromage

Wonderful pastries! I picked up a Roulé Jambon et fromage, a Roulé Cannelle and a Pumpkin Galette. All 3 were incredibly fresh with buttery layers. The honey ham and gruyère scroll was perfectly moist. Pumpkin Galette was heavy with filling and had a great texture (It was still warm too!) The Roulé Cannelle was well spiced and would be great with a warm apple cider. Natalie was friendly and accommodating. Order online now and you'll be glad you did. Well worth the bike ride to get there.

So happy to have found a Gluten-Free and Dairy-Free bakery spot with incredibly accommodating and hard working staff! Special thanks to Natalie for helping me with my employer's corporate event with specific needs -- all while the store is undergoing establishing their new location!

Went to pick up my order today (got text reminder for pick up, which I was thankful for since I completely forgot I had put the order in!!!) We just ate the morning buns and I couldn’t stop making mmmhhmmmmm noises, because it was so good! Every ingredients came together so well! Now we are looking forward to croissant and jambon fromage for tomorrow’s lunch! Can’t wait!

Some of the best baked goods in Vancouver. My favourites were the croissant, the double baked pain au chocolat noisette topped with whole hazelnuts, and the double baked almond croissant. The bergamot madeleines were also exquisite. I’ve ordered deliveries from Merci Boulangerie twice and communication was great with text updates about the delivery window and a photo update when the package was delivered.

These pastries are SO good! We've now ordered twice from Merci Boulangerie, and we love it. Grabbed a variety of their baking at the winter market and have been slowly savoring them over the last few days. I have a list in my head of the top bakeries in Vancouver and I feel like they've easily made it in the top five.

Natalie is a true talent - highly recommend for a lil taste of Paris! The Pain au Chocolat is incredible and my partner loves the Roulé Jambon Fromage. Order online for next day pickup Wed and Fri or they deliver Tues and Sat!!

I got pain au raisin from Riley farmers market. It tasted great but the texture was not as crunchy as I expected. I don’t know if it’s because the pastries were out in the cold and not fresh anymore.

Everything I have had from here has been great. Just tried the two savory roules and they were great. Chocolate Bubka is wonderful and definitely the best croissants. The delivery works really well.

I love their breads. Focaccia is my favorite, Natalie is super nice and always saves me a Focaccia when I ask at the farmers market keep up the amazing bread.
