They made an incredibly bad wedding bouquet which I could not take for the wedding, because it was so much tasteless. After returning the bouquet they refused to give me money back. The florists are terrible I strongly advise to avoid this place. UPD. After I posted this review they called my husband and asked him to delete it, without even an apology or a proposition to reimburse the money we paid for nothing. UPD. If you say that the bouquet was "exactly" like on the photo, then you are totally unprofessional. Plese post both photos then claim the similarities. The problem was not even that it was too havy but merely because it was too agly. How one can trust you if you are lying about the basic facts: my husband came on THURSDAY (20.08) morning (the day of the wedding) there were ABSOLUTELY nobody in the shop. When he asked florist to make a normal bouquet form hortensias the florist sayd she is VERY BUSY so she will not do this. My husband bougth 2 hortensias form which I made the bouquet in 10 MINUTES and this bouquet I took for the wedding. So you can claim that you did EXACTLY the same bouquet, but think about the following: if your bouquet was EXACTLY as I asked would I nervously making a new one by myself on my wedding day?

Fantastic shop with fresh plants and blossoms and high qualified staff. I went this morning to buy a present bouquet. Since I did not find it among the bouquets prepared, they made a customised one with the colors I wanted, a budget of less than 25€ and no plastic wrapping. The result was breathtaking and the scent simply amazing. Delhaize, Kiosk...do no have such a high quality material, qualified staff and personalised service for this kind of goods. This is the third time I have bought here and I will be back.

J'ai passé une commande pour une livraison. J'ai appelé juste pour confirmer que la commande était bien partie, la vendeuse m'a super mal répondu! Elle était très hautaine, elle m'a parlé comme si j'étais un enfant qui venait de faire une bêtise. Franchement au prix des fleurs je m'attendais à un meilleur service. Il y a les mêmes fleurs partout, chez tous les autres fleuristes. Du coup vous venez de perdre une cliente et je vous déconseillerais à tous mes contactes.

J’arrive dans le magasin à 18:30 dans l’espoir d’acheter un bouquet pour l’anniversaire de mon épouse. La dame, à peine aimable et occupée à fermer son magasin ne veut pas me servir ayant déjà rangé une grande partie de la boutique et me suggère de repasser le lendemain. La fermeture du magasin n’est pas à 19h?

The vendor tried to convince me to buy overpriced wilted flowers and to persuade me that the flowers weren't wilted. I ended up buying flowers at the local market - beautiful and half the price.

Accueil qui laisse vraiment à désirer, vendeuse hautaine, on sent qu’on dérange, que dire de plus à part, n’y allez pas ?
