We tried Meshousheh for the first time today and OMG what amazing food. Amir is a great guy and prepares the food with all his heart - you can see the effort they put in, plus they make everything feom scratch - you can taste that goodness in the food. We asked him to recommend and he gave us the perfect meal. I’m still thinking about the lamb - so delicious! Probably the best hummus you’ll find in Melbourne. If you love middle eastern food, you have GOT to try this place. But apart from the taste, even the service (both the guys were very polite and friendly, genuinely trying their best to make your experience better) and the packaging was impeccable (as we had takeaway). The only thing i would suggest is putting up a bigger sign of the location - it’s behind Thirsty Camel (or it could just be me that I completely missed the sign and took some time to find the place). 100/10!

We were walking down Main Street looking for a feed. We were overcome by an incredible aroma in the air. We followed our noses and found a really cool food van set up. We got chatting to the owner Amir, not a bad bloke, he talked us through the menu. Our stomachs rumbling we ordered nearly everything. We weren’t disappointed. The best middle eastern food around! The care and flavours that Amir puts into his food is hard to describe - incredible! The felafel and shish kebab are off the scale. Really reasonably priced as well. We have been back and we will be back again. 11/10

The Peninsula’s best kept secret! We discovered this delicious food truck over the long weekend and it didn’t disappoint. We ordered a delicious hummus, alongside a shakshuka which included a perfectly poached egg and to die for eggplant in a tasty tomato base. The pita was also superb. We just wish we lived closer as there was so much more we wanted to try!

Been there a few times with great service and delicious Mediterranean style fresh food cooked whilst you wait even have a yummy kebab party named after me the Billjay ( Basically a pita bread kebab with the lot ) which is extremely filling and great to grab if passing through or just hungry in the Mornington area …

Amazing food! Meat pizza special is to die for, Hummus is so delicious Perfect for those wanting a healthier food truck option without sacrificing on taste …
