Generally happy. Pricing is decent. I buy lots of metal at my day job from larger suppliers. The prices per pound are better through the larger/industry suppliers on higher quantities, but nobody can compete w/ metal supermarkets on the low qty stuff. Staff is generally friendly and competent at most locations.

Front desk staff is great, very helpful but the tall guy at the back where he cuts sheets and operate forklift has an attitude problem . He has no manners to talk with customers. The way he works it looks like he is working for free or doing you a favour.
