The location is slightly hidden. Tucked away on Bandera and Old Prue road. Service was quick and friendly. I had 2 sausage and egg breakfast tacos on corn and menudo. The menudo was very good. It wasn’t too chewy and the soup wasn’t to tangy. Don’t know if they have the option of getting it with pig’s feet.
I ordered the mini tacos asada and tripa tacos. They were phenomenal and spiced perfectly. The atmosphere is great. I saw they had mexican coke and horchata as well. This place is a true hidden gem and would definitely recommend to those searching for a great mex-mex spot (not tex-mex). More
Worst place, angry employees if you ask to eat there. The waitress flirts with most of the customers, it doesn't matter if I as a wife stand next to my husband ordering. Several times I saw the owner silence a cook for the week's wages. The
I've been a handful of times,. specifically because other local shops weren't quite as good as I'd hoped. I specifically wanted to get a late morning Migas taco with bacon as well as a Carne Guisada taco with potatoes and cheese. I couldn't
They make your food fresh, as you order it. And they don't use lard (I know because they told me). This is our favorite neighborhood taco stop! Their chicharon en salsa is fantastic as well as the tripa tacos, lengua, chirizo and potato,
I haven't had machacado tacos in a few years, since my friend back in Houston introduced me to them. I was looking for breakfast to go up by Bandera and Prue and remembered Metro Tacos is there. I had been once before- they are only open
I have been looking for REAL Mexican flavors for a while now.. and let me tell you it’s been a painfully disappointing journey until TODAY when my bf and I decided to hit this spot for a quick bfast/brunch. I was honestly BLOWN AWAY by
The staff was friendly, small place. The wait time was not long, their restrooms were not the cleanest. The food itself was decent, not bad but not authentic. I purchased 2 breakfast tacos, 2 sopes & 2 drinks for $25.28. More
Costumer service is nice, they were very welcoming both times. I agree with a review that was left on how it’s artificial. Gave it a try 1 time, but I will always give second chances until I have a firm
I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while and I was very disappointed. My tortillas were hard and not homemade. Beans tasted like they came from a can. Food in general had no flavor. More
This an amazing place to eat. Not only is the food great but the service is amazing. Everytime I go in there I feel like I'm part of the family. It always makes my experience great. More
The tacos I ordered were barely seasoned. The bacon and egg... they don't use a single piece of bacon, they chop it up and mix it with the egg. Kinda skimped out on the best part.
Honestly it’s hard to find real good Tacos and Mexican food in the area, this place don’t catch much the attention from the outside but it’s really good, we love it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Love this spot, tacos Pastor are always delicious, my go-to here. Service is wonderful and the relaxed setting makes the atmosphere pleasant to stay and enjoy the meal. More
Kinda refer to my 3/4/2 star rating. The owners or quite possibly hired staff were extremely nice. Clean and neat eating area and the steak taco was decent. Not filled with
Very Tex-mex. If that's your thing this is perfect. Wanted a bit more authentic food (tienen a Infante y Garcés en la pared). Pass on the horchata and the lemonade.
I order chilaquiles verdes with chicken very disappointing the food was super cold No refill of my coffee. Been here before had better service. I will never
This place is soooo delicious and authentic! The Enchiladas Verdes are fresh and juicy as well as their Charro beans. Their breakfast tacos are a must! More
We've been coming here for year's now. At one point we couldn't since we moved to another area but when we came back the owners remembered us as regulars.
A cool little spot off Bandera for tacos and empanadas. One thing that sets this pace apart from others is the tacos are not very greasy.
Very clean restaurant very friendly staff and the Barbacoa. It was good. I give it a 7.5 out of 10. I definitely would recommend.. More
First time at Metro Taco Stop. It was recommended by a friend. I had the menudo and it was excellent Will definitely be back More
Loved this great little place. Food was delicious, the fajitas dish easily fed 2 adults with 2 large servings of tacos! More
Food was bland and tea was weak. They need to work on prices. If you are going to charge high prices, have good food. More
MyPOV- Just a great little place to get some awesome tacos. The service, food, and atmosphere were awesome!! More
Mini Tacos were pretty good but kinda pricey. Next time I probably would opt for a breakfast plate instead. More
the best representative of Mexican food, from the center of Mexico, in San Antonio Texas... very close...
Hands down the best tacos within 20 miles. The norteño was the best I’ve ever had.
