HUGE fan of this place. MetrocycleTO puts quality work first with fair pricing, has great variety, and they've saved a bike or 2 of mine over the years (and it also doesn't hurt that their staff are generally all around good guys imho). If you live anywhere near Parkdale and need a bike/bike accessories/bike repairs, this is the spot.

I came to MetroCycleTO when I first moved to Toronto and haven't been anywhere else since. The staff is knowledgeable, their work is top-notch, and their pricing is exceedingly fair. They're also just a really nice group of people. When you go in for a bike repair and you actually leave having had a good time, that's saying something.

Soo bad service. I just went there to buy a bike pump. I told him I will definitely buy the pump. The guys in the store started showing attitude and not willing to help. Just because I brought in an e-scooter. So disappointed by my neighborhood's only bike repair shop...I had high expectations.

I rode by on August 17, 2023 and decided to stop and ask about repairing my brakes and replacing the cables. They were able to do it right then at a very reasonable cost. The service was efficient and friendly and I’ll definitely be going back. I would recommend this place to anyone I know.

After I was in a crash the folks at MetroCycle were able to get my bike running again within a day by bending the fork back, replacing the front axle and truing the wheel. Glad that they had the open slot and that they were able to get my bike back to working condition for my commute!
