I have been using the Brightline service for the past year attending Marlin games and going to the Port of Miami for a cruise. The service impressed me so much that I told everyone about Brightline. Why drive from Ft. Lauderdale to Miami for a baseball game where Brightline can get you there with outstanding service. Went last night, August 2nd to the Marlins game. Bought the tickets on the Brightline website. Noticed the passes were not on the app. Contacted customer service, after a 30-minute wait, spoke with a rep and she said they were having issues with the app and website. To just use the pdf. Parked at the garage, once I arrived, the ticket did not work. This happened on Sunday as well. I was late for the train but tried to modify but the app was not working. Spoke with the manager in Fort Lauderdale and she moved me to the next train with no fees. Great customer service since I was not able to modify the train reservation. Return from Miami, game went late but still walked to the shuttle with enough time to catch the 10:47 train. I saw the shuttle there outside the stadium. Walked up and the employee said shuttle left, no more tonight. Had to uber, of course I missed the train. Once again I could not modify the train reservation on the app. Showed up at the Miami station and was helped by Christian Perera. He then tells me that I missed the train and had to pay for the next train, at half price. He mentioned I should have modified my reservation on the app. I said the app does not work. He then said to modify it on the website. He admitted there were errors and was very curt with me. So he charged me for the next train. Not sure why Ft Lauderdale admitted there was an issue but Miami fought it. Not good customer service. Summing up, paid $47.49 for the tickets and parking, then $8 for an uber back to the Miami station, $17 for the new tickets to get back to Ft. Lauderdale. Got home after midnight because of all these delays. Grand total $72.49. Parking at the stadium is $20 and I get to see the entire game. Brightline you can do better. You have literally taken a great offering with the Homerunner Brightline service to the Marlins game and killed it by horrible customer service. You have lost a loyal customer.

We left the baseball game and the shuttle bus, although being full and ready to go, decided to sit at the park for additional half hour. After getting back and trying to use the tickets we had purchased previously (knowing that the train had come and gone) hoping to get to the lounge and wait for the next train, the system stated we'd have to go to Guest Services. The security guard advised that the train we had tickets for had already left (Wow, thanks, as if we didn't already know that...) My father had addressed the issue with the representative at the counter, Shymaine, who spoke with him dismissively. He questioned how it was right, pointing out that they can intentionally hold busses until after boarding closes, and she said "yes, that's the policy." As we're miles from our car, we had no other option than to pay the up charge, which between the two of us added up to an additional one-way ride. After I asked to speak with a supervisor, they said they could call her to see if she could speak with me. I advised a business card would be fine so I can speak with her at a different time, but the representative advised that the supervisor, Melissa, could provide me with a business card. After proceeding to the lounge, the supervisor approached me after the security guard had paged over the radio. She approached me rather quickly, seemingly eager to help. i explained the situation to her, explaining my frustration with the way the representative explained their policy and the policy itself. The supervisor then explained the large shuttle bus with the Brightline logo is "similar to how they partner with Uber; that they can assist in getting riders to the destination but cannot guarantee that they actually make it to the destination." If their shuttle isn't prompt and doesn't get you to the game on time, then you have to pay an additional fee. I advised I don't understand how this policy makes any sense, and although the supervisor put on her customer-service face and tried to assist me with a smile, all she did was reiterate the non-sensible information previously given by the Guest Services Representative. I hope someone enjoyed the extra room next to them on their ride home on-time.

1st time, Boca Raton to Miami. So excited! Super clean station. One person was very helpful. The other one could not be bothered to smile nor annunciate. An unfortunate event on the tracks in Pompano caused the 8 am train to be cancelled. A bus was called in from Fort Lauderdale to Boca Raton to drive the passengers to their destinations. I was not going to make it on time for my meeting. An Uber was called just for me. Made it on time and appreciated the help. Going back from Miami: changed my return time but did not receive an updated email. Service at the desk was fine but very slow. Once upstairs only one out of 4 machines to scan the ticket to enter, worked. Passengers were piling up and nobody knew what to do.The employee at the other side of the machines watched but did not help. Once I got through, he mumbled that yeah, often times the scanning machines do not work. And that was that. The Premium lounge is super nice. But none of the passengers knew how to get to the tracks, myself included. I went and asked an employee and she was super rude and disrespectful. Back to Premium lounge as we were told we would be "escorted". Nobody showed up, no explenations. A young couple with 2 children was totally lost and said they would never go with the Brightline again. All ready to depart...an announcement that we need to get out of the train to another train. Most people did not hear it and stayed seated. The employee just stood there. Did not speak to the passengers. Service in Premium is adequate but way too nonchalant. For a first experience, this was less than pleasant. I am a world traveler and a European who is used to traveling by train. I would say to the Brightline: your concept is great, your stations and lounges are great, your trains beautiful. 5 stars for that. However, your team needs to step up customer service. Most of the employees are arrogant, not helpful at all and certainly do not show professionalism. I think to appeal to an international crowd, you will need to up your game. I was so looking forward to this day. It did not pan out. I will however try again to travel with the Brightline.

I live in Miami and was traveling to West Palm Beach to celebrate my Father’s 72nd Birthday, this was my first time riding Brightline and my first impression was very positive. The station in Miami is beautiful and very comfortable, and the train to WPB was also very nice. Unfortunately, dealing with customer service if there is an issue or you need to make a change is a very frustrating and unpleasant experience. On the way back to Miami from WPB, we got to the station early and asked at the Customer Service Desk if we could take an earlier train. The agent acted like this was an unusual request and seemed challenged to make the change. She quoted $10 per person, but the charge for two people came up as $32. She could not figure out what happened and since the train we just paid extra for was leaving, she said she would put through a credit. 24 hours later, there is still no credit. To add insult to injury, the train had an issue and only made it as far as Fort Lauderdale. When we got off, there were people waiting in the Customer Service line, but no agent in sight. We had people waiting for us for my Father’s birthday celebration, so we ended up having to take an Uber for $40. It's not unusual for trains to get canceled or delayed. The real test is how the company handles it and what it's willing to do to make things right. When we got to Miami, we talked to an agent about a refund. She listened attentively only to say after 10 minutes that there was nothing she could do. The exact same thing happened when I called their customer service number today. They tell you to send an email to corporate. In other words, they completely disempower their Customer Service staff from actually being able to help you with anything other than booking tickets. With all the extra charges, it is cheaper to take an Uber or drive and park. That's what I plan on doing next time.

Using Brightine was the worst decision I made for my travel plans. I usually drive my car to Miami Airport when I fly out but decided to try and use Brightline to save money and time. Jokes on me Big Mistake. This was by far the most stressful part of my travel plans. Clean facility an online app works fine but logistics are just not there and with the price to and from the Brightline station and my ticket I could have just parked at Miami Airport and saved money and a whole ot of time. If you're parking at Miami Airport longer then 3 days still might be beneficial from price using the Brightline but outside of that I don't recommend it. Once I got to the station I tried to buy a ticket at the desk and was told I couldn't buy a ticket at the desk at Miami Brightline. (Which I have before) When I looked at the individual crazy as expected they then explain that they were too busy to sell me a ticket at the desk and I should use the kiosk. Definitely a unique situation because it is Miami but still did add to the frustration of this trip especially for a $24 30 minute train ride when parking at the airport is about the same for the day. This price is after the additional cost of Ubering. (Trying to coordinate with the Brightline shuttle is not as easy as you think it would be for a transportation company. Was on the phone for 20 minutes before I gave up after missing the last shuttle as it passed in front of me. Brightline: See the benefit but don't use lightly.

I am a Trirail supporter, I think this low cost transit system is efficient and effective, it always runs on time and is the easiest way to get to Miami Airport. This week, I arrived back from a trip and stayed with my daughter overnight in Miami. she convinced me to take the Brightline home to the Boca Station. The Brightline station in Miami is a great example of what mass rapid transport centers should look like. The staff is exceptional, friendly and exceedingly helpful. So, why only 3 stars - their rules are mindboggling and just plain dumb. I had traveled through Europe on 3 airlines with knives in my checked luggage that I had purchased as gifts. I get to the station just minuted before my train, my luggage was not permitted on board with the 3 knives even if I had agreed to check my luggage. Here the dumb part - I didn't go through any kind of metal detector, I could have had 12 knives hidden in my underwear but they were worried about the gifts in my packed luggage that took me 15 minutes to find. Trirail for me next time where nothing is checked and the number of stabbings on any trirail trip that I have ever heard of - ZERO!!!!!!! Brightline - if you want airport traffic you will have to start using some grey matter. Train was maybe 15% full at peak morning rush - you may have a problem.

Extremely underwhelmed and disappointed. The actual station and trains were nice, it was clean and obviously very new. However, the staff was very unhelpful, rude and seemed like they did not care to be there. I scheduled a ride from Ft. Lauderdale to Miami and one from Miami to Ft. Laudedale to get me to and from the Ft. Lauderdale airport without having to pay for an expensive Uber. Unfortunately my flight was delayed on the way there and I missed the train. I contacted the Brightline HQ through email and by phone before my scheduled ride departed but no one was able to help me or answer my questions. I even upgraded to the premium seating for the ride to Miami so I could experience the premium lounge and complementary Uber ride. My ride home was just the basic fair. I asked to at least upgrade our ride home to compensate for missing the first train but that was absolutely not allowed. I wasn’t even allowed to wait in the premium lounge, even though I had paid for it. The best the Brightline manager could offer me was a ride credit. As an out-of-towner, that’s useless to me. Overall my experience with customer service was incredibly terrible and frustrating. Ride at your own risk.

This was my first time using Brightline. My Brightline experience started off bumpy. I scheduled a private ride from my house to the station and received a call shortly before pick up letting me k ow that my driver was en route and then they said my address and it was totally incorrect. My address that was clearly listed correctly in their system was still given to the Brightline driver incorrectly - so instead of going to Brickell Avenue he was sent to Brickell Key! And also instead of the Brightline+ picking me up - they couldn’t locate that driver and they used Uber instead. Due to the early morning time that my train left, they scheduled my ride at 5:40 in the morning but when I got to the station they weren’t even open yet. Minor things, I know, just didn’t help with my first impressions. Once I was inside the station everything changed. The station is beautifully designed, it had hip music playing, and I felt completely safe. I had premium seats so I was able to sit in the premium lounge. I also had breakfast at the bar. All of the employees were super nice too! Brightline train itself - the seats were comfortable and spacious. I’ll definitely hop on the train again.

I had a rather disappointing experience with the Brightline Train service, and I must say it left a lot to be desired. There are several aspects that have left me less than satisfied: A. One of the most glaring issues is their policy on bicycles. It's truly baffling that a commuter train wouldn't accommodate bikes. This limitation significantly hinders its convenience and utility for many commuters who rely on cycling as part of their daily commute. B. Punctuality seems to be a persistent problem with the Brightline Train. The inconsistency in its timeliness has resulted in numerous frustrating delays, making it difficult to rely on for timely transportation. C. To add to the list of grievances, there's a notable absence of any student discounts. This lack of consideration for students, who often rely on public transportation to save money, is disappointing and adds an unnecessary financial burden for those pursuing education. Overall, my experience with the Brightline Train has left me with a negative impression, primarily due to these issues. I hope they take these concerns into consideration and work towards improving their service in the future.

I took the train from Fort Lauderdale to Miami and back. I like trains and wouldn’t miss the chance to ride this one. Brightline is the best train in the US and although not the fastest, a 30-minute ride from Fort Lauderdale to Miami was really impressive for US and Florida standards. The trains are superb. Super clean, super modern and very spacious, even in smart (economy) class. The seats on premium (business?) are very similar, if not the same as in smart but with more leg space and 2-1 configuration. The train station is impressive. Very spacious, very clean and very modern, the station staff is very nice and helpful and very conveniently located right at the edge of downtown Miami. Architecturally, it’s stunning and I love that they’ve build high-rise buildings on top. The premium class lounge is amazing and is like an airport lounge with free buffet and beer/wine tap. I’d be even nicer if there was a restroom specifically for the premium class passengers as you need to leave the lounge area to go to the bathroom. Overall an amazing station. The 4 stars are for the failure of the train staff to enforcer the mask mandate in the train.

The Miami Central Station is a fantastic transportation hub that has completely transformed the way I travel. First and foremost, the station is impressively clean and well-maintained. It sets the tone for a comfortable and enjoyable journey right from the moment you step inside. The availability of drinks and dining options is a game-changer. It's great to grab a beverage or a bite to eat while waiting for your train, and they offer a variety of choices to suit different tastes. The lounge areas provide a relaxed atmosphere, making it a perfect place to unwind before your journey. Speaking of the journey, taking the Brightline from Miami to West Palm Beach has been a delightful experience. The train is not only sleek and stylish but also offers a quick and efficient trip. The scenic views along the way are simply breathtaking, and it's a fantastic way to travel in comfort and style. I'm looking forward to using the Brightline frequently for my trips to Orlando, knowing that the overall experience, from the Miami Station to my destination, will be top-notch. It has truly revolutionized the way I travel within Florida.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! Their customer service at the Miami train station is below average. Very disappointed with what would have been a really exciting trip with our 1 year old to Orlando. The manager at guest services wasted our time 15 mins before boarding only to send us off minutes before closing and once we arrived at the entrance to security we were told it was too late. I explained their manager kept us from boarding before and the attendant told us to go back to the manager and get a refund or new ticket for the next train. When we went back to guest services, she looked at us knowing we missed the train and said there was nothing she could do. No refund could be given and no ticket for the next train. She told us to call customer service. Are you effing kidding me?! What kind of mediocre answer and service is this from a manager? Extremely disgusted with bright line, we disputed the charges with our credit company so no issues there but we decided never to take the bright line after such a disgusting experience with their staff. Bright line you need to improve your customer service!

  • Shelby Dibble

First off. If you know your train BRIGHT BLUE needs shocks change them. Ridiculous. The train I was on for my return ride to Miami is the reason I won't ever take brightline again. VERY VERY SHAKY. Nervously moving around. Then got stuck waiting on a bridge in Jupiter ? Didn't see that in the brochure. I asked the attendants and they said some trains are shakier than others. The one to Miami from Orlando was a dream. Felt safe. The one back to Orlando. Not so much. Never again. Also the system is flawed with seating it should be open seating because nobody listens to the seating arrangements anyways. Overall they need to address the trains that are causing your business to lose potential customers. If it weren't for this train back different scenario you wild continue to have revenue. Also internet on the shaker train was not working on trip back either. They advised having internet issues. Mind you the trip to Miami in a car is cheaper than the cost of this train so maybe look into this review for bettering operations moving fwd.

Absolutely LOVE this train and the train stations! Cleanest and most comfortable and welcoming train station I’ve ever seen in my life (and I’ve seen plenty!). There are 2 different classes, the equivalent of coach and business on a plane; and each have their own waiting area. I’ve traveled both and they are both very good. The “select” (business class) has a more private and quiet lounge and it offers free drinks and snacks (including sodas, coffee and alcohol plus cold cuts, cheeses and breads). You can buy food and snacks on the other lounge. The “select” seats are bigger and have more pitch, there are 2 seats on one side and 1 on the other side; making it perfect for solo travelers. The coach seats have 2 seats on each side. In both classes, some seats have a table in the middle. All seats have electrical outlets. When you travel “select”, you also have free drinks and snacks on the train. When you travel coach, they are offered for purchase. Bottom line, very good and comfortable way to travel! Go Brightline!

Terrible technology and even worse customer service. Last week I took the Brightline twice. The first trip Brightline changed our very expensive premium seats without our consent, so we had to ride backwards the whole trip and we got paired with strangers at a table, which weren’t our original seats. When you pay $150 for tickets, they shouldn’t move you. On Saturday night, the Brightline moved our tickets again to a later time. We talked to customer service in Miami and spoke to Maria, who moved us to the wrong day. Later when trying to board, security was very rude to us saying they don’t care we had the wrong day. We went down to customer service and the guy working was even worse. He was so unwilling to help us, and my friend who is seven months pregnant was with us. They wouldn’t even give us a refund for their own mistake and we had to Uber home. I can’t believe how terrible the Brightline is and I’ll never ride again.

Brightline is great and convenient when it's on time. I've been using this service since December 2022, but I have some observations about the service: 1. The train is constantly delayed, especially during the afternoon. Lately trains are often 15 to 20 minutes delayed. 2. They charge you for modifications to your trip after making a reservation. For example, they charged me the full ticket price after changing my seat selection, even though I already pay $212.80 monthly for the commuter pass. 3. The train schedules change from one week to the next without any notice. 4. Last Tuesday, I went to take the regular train I use every morning to go to work, and the train appeared as reserved without any previous notice. I had to pay a $36 Uber to get to work. These factors make me feel that this is becoming just another unreliable transportation system.

  • Marissa

The customer service at this station is honestly the only negative thing. I had a trip scheduled in the afternoon which was announced to be delayed. Myself and probably 20 other passengers, continued to wait in the lounge area when the next announcement was made saying “final boarding call”. We all rushed over to board the train and they refused us from boarding claiming an announcement was already made and that we “didn’t hear it”. I would understand if maybe ONE person “didn’t hear it” but there was an entire lounge of us. No announcement was made. They announced FINAL BOARDING and still did not let us board (and train STILL hadn’t left at this point) We all missed that train and the next ones weren’t for 1-2 hours. The manager and staff involved were all very rude and not understanding about the situation.

  • Amanda Gimlin

Words really cannot express how much I hate this entire company. The app doesn't work. It won't let me view, manage, or add to the trip. I needed to switch to an earlier train and had to stand in a customer service line for over 20 minutes only to basically be told "sorry can't do anything for you". Turns out people are mass booking tickets and canceling them last minute. Which means I get to hang out at the station for an extra couple hours EVEN THOUGH I could have actually got on an earlier train. Customer service DOES NOT EXIST and won't help even IF you can contact them. I've had trains cancelled on me because of service issues, although THEY DON'T REFUND YOU. They will make you jump through hoops for a "credit" .

  • Kent Bapti

wow Wow WOWWWW, the Brightline is simply amazing. Miami to Ft Lauderdale in 30 minutes, Miami to Palm Beach in an hour or so. It's amazingly clean, has great service and is faster than driving a car by far, to get thar hehe. Miami Central Station has just been renamed Virgin MiamiCentral to commemorate Richard Branson and Virgin Trains' new management contract for this high-speed train. Sir Richard has really done this up right. The fare is roughly 3 times TriRail but whoa this ain't TriRail with its slightly smelly, slightly tattered cars. This is more like taking a first class jet, complete with departure lounge. The train's beautiful, the stations are beautiful, the service is beautiful. What's not to like?

  • JCM

My complaint is not about the train. My complaint is about the shuttle from Miami airport to the Miami Brightlight station. This is the second time that the driver goes by ignoring the passengers in an area that is extremely hot I asked is the arrival area where the taxis area, Forcing me to take a taxi that costed me additional money. This NOT the first time, this is ridiculous. They should not OUTSOURCE the shuttle. service This train is not cheap ! bad experience! Twice! Poor poor poor shuttle service. I confronted the driver at the station he totally ignore me obviously he doesn’t care. Twice I had to take Taxi to catch the train to West Palm Beach THIS NOT CHEAP or FREE!

  • Andrejko Stephan

My wife and I have taken the Brightline train many times from Miami to Palm Beach. We spend the day there, we bring our bicycles and cruise around, have lunch, visit the museum. Once we spent the night, a mini vacay. We eat and drink on the train. Now Brightline decided not to allow bicycles on the train any longer. Isn't the purpose of public transit to encourage customers not to use their cars? You only see such a restriction in FL, I have never seen that anywhere else in the US or Europe. Brightline should increase bike storage and encourage bike use, not prohibit it. There is plenty of space on the train. Too bad, I was looking forward to a car-free trip to Orlando soon.

  • Sukhana Supra

*This review is only for train operators and not of the services provided by Brightline* I have written SEVERAL emails to Brightline, my property manager, and the City of Miami regarding the incessant honking by train operators. I understand the laws and regulations around pedestrians being too close to the tracks but after multiple videos showing NO VIOLATION to crossing those boundaries Brightline has done absolutely nothing to stop their employees from going to town on the obnoxious honking especially at late and early hours of the day. This is not about public safety anymore this is about giving the wrong people too much power to do whatever they want. SO STOP IT!!!

  • H L

So the train itself is fantastic. I'd give 5 stars, except that you should know that the free ride the premium gives you with Uber to the station is not actually coordinated with Brightline. So, if you book an Uber through Brightline, and the Uber arrives 30 seconds too late which causes you to miss your train, you'll still be charged half the cost of a whole new ticket to move to the next train . Therefore, it's on you to book the service through Brightline, then go into the app and move your ride to an earlier time since Brightline's time frames are too close to make your train. While I love the train itself, I'm surprised this system is coordinated so poorly.

  • Suellen Figueiredo

Horrible experience, the chair is very uncomfortable, it doesn't tilt at all, practically you go straight, my back hurt a lot, traveling 3 hours to Orlando is a long time for the little comfort it offers, the staff are also very grumpy, not rude I recommend the experience to anyone, the cost of the ticket is very expensive compared to what they offer, it is much better to rent a car!!! I have a back problem, I'm physically disabled, there was no chair that was a little more comfortable for people with disabilities... I couldn't even stand up to alleviate my pain, you're forced to sit in a horrible chair for 3 hours.

  • Mario Martinez

Have been using the brightline to and from WPB and Miami for work. Normally smooth and no complaints but since the addition of Orlando it’s been a mess. The app glitches and sometimes won’t let me load my commuter monthly pass. When I ask the workers they tell me to just book a single way ticket and to get refunded after. When I ask for a refund the worker proceeds go tells me I can only get credit… why would I need credit if I have a monthly pass? For $400 dollars and this service, I think I prefer driving and that says a lot. I will remove the comment when my concerns are addressed but this is unacceptable.

  • Berdoph

I love the idea of Brightline. Keep in mind I rode Brightline plenty of times. It’s a necessary evil in a way Pros: Train Lounge Bar Premium is amazing Might be better than driving Clean Beautiful Empanadas!!! A few pleasant people I would suggest as a date idea. When the service is good, it’s amazing. Cons Might be better if you drive or Uber The trains can experience some issues or even delays The service can be bad, like greyhound bad. Refunds are not possible Kind of prejudice Inconsistent Underfunded Also, keep in mind I would ride brightline again Even though their service is bad.

  • Luis Torres-Vega

I visited the Miami Central Station and I was very impressed with the station and the customer service provided. Ms Valentina Maldonado was very polite and courteous and demonstrated a high degree of professionalism. She was able to resolve an issue I had purchasing the tickets for a trip from Miami to Orlando. Valentina was very gracious and make my whole experience very pleasant. I recommend she be informed about this review and recognized for her hard work. Job well done Valentina! I wish you and the rest of the staff Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 2024: The Torres Family: :-)

I have ridden to and from Miami several times via Brightline but recently started to buy the Select Tickets to get access to the Select Lounge, Platform, and Coach. It's a little extra but you get free beer / wine, snacks, sodas on the train and in the lounge. Also in the lounge there is a printer copier for use. I do prefer the Select Lounge in Fort Lauderdale over of the Miami lounge but both are nice. My main gripe with Miami is the lounge has no booth style seats and last time the garbage was about to over flow. Give a thumbs up if the review, vids, or photos are helpful

  • Elvira Duenas

I wish Brightline would have a policy in which everyone on the train would have to use ear buds. A few people were listening to music or going on tik toc etc… on their phones… and I found that a bit annoying. Who wants to hear other people’s taste in music etc? Other than that… the Miami Station was impeccable… very clean… and quiet. The train was also impeccable… very clean and roomy. The restroom was A+… and large too! The ride was great… pretty smooth. I was very impressed!! I just hope one day those ear pods will be implemented.

  • Anthony Slaughter

Never again. They promote to get you down there for marlins game then when the complimentary shuttle leaves later than it’s supposed to and you miss the train by 2 minutes ex mall cop sherrelle comes over with her walkie talkie treating you like a criminal . Of course the only thing they can do is put you on another train at $60pp when you were just doing the $10 marlins promo with no one there . I paid $100 to Uber rather than give these crooks money. Marlins you should not associate with them as it makes you look bad !!!!!

  • Greg Rosenberg

Myself and 8 friends took the brightline train from Fort Lauderdale to Miami on a Saturday morning. None of us have ever taken the brightline, and we were all pleasantly surprised. Every single staff member we encountered was incredibly nice and professional. They provided the customer service you would expect at a Ritz-Carlton. Once we boarded the train, we were offered complimentary drinks which we gladly accepted. The train was clean and the ride was smooth. It took what felt like 30 minutes to return to Fort Lauderdale.

For God Sake take these black dotted papers off from windows Cannt see outside properly and it gives bad headache. The only reason I am writing this so it will help everyone and I have no way to communicate to owners so they will understand how irritating these back dotted sheet on windows.. thanks soo much for reply it really bothers the eyes and eve the staff working inside they were feeling the ill effect too. I am a doctor and I can see how a migraine patient will get attacks from this

My new favorite way to travel!! Brightline has impressed me soo much, never would I have thought a train station could be so nice. The moment you get into the platform and the moment you arrive to your destination, everything wad so pleasant. It was my first time riding it from FLL to Miami, and boy was it really quick! The station was amazingly clean and the staff were super friendly. I can’t wait to use Brightline again!! Both FLL & Miami station was such an amazing experience.

  • Joel Franco

I made a video of my experience on YouTube (JoelFrancoVlogs), but I’ll give a bit of what I enjoyed. I love this station and Brightline! Right when you enter, you’re met with a very pleasant scent (not sure what it is). Everything is clean and state-of-the-art. They have many great dining options and even a full sized bar. The security process is seamless. The Premium lounge is well stocked with snacks and drinks, and the views of downtown Miami are unbeatable!

  • Dakota Dancy

The best train service in the US by far. I only journeyed from Miami to Fort Lauderdale but it was simply amazing. Purchased a Premium class ticket and was very impressed with the product. Premium lounges with small bites to eat and drinks including beer/wine. Upon boarding the train we were offered a cold lavender towel and a snack/drink once the train departed the station. Seats were also very comfortable and power outlets were abundant.

Brightline, which just changed it's name to Virgin Trains, is a convenient way to travel from Miami to Ft. Lauderdale or West Palm Beach. This is maybe the 5th time I've rode the Virgin Train. It is super comfortable. One of my favorite things is that they have a lounge area where you hang out before you board. The seats on the train are very comfortable as well. They also have fast wifi and outlets for you to charge your electronics.

The 1 star is for how they have organized there call center at the Miami station. Automated machine says interested in providing top service, but there is none. System says 3 min, goes beyond that and announces no one is available (this has occurred multiple times). Aside from that, for over a month there's been a back / forth showing Miami-Orlando trips, then suddenly that was removed. They have to get it together, operations wise.

  • Sabrina Pottinger

Do not get the train if you're travelling to Miami Airport. The shuttle service to the airport is on a first come first served basis and has a limited number of seats. So you may be left stranded at the station and a taxi will cost 30USD minimum. Also be aware that you will be forced to check-in luggage weighing more than 40lbs and will be charged 10USD per item. The service is new and shiny but doesn't offer value for money.

  • Luis Lopez

Horrible what they are doing!!!! I loved using your service until today! How is it possible that from $18 they raise it to $84 when there are seats available... and they raise the rates just like that in a minute. By the way, if you arrive 10 minutes early they don't let you board and you lose your ticket and your money... because they are not clear and have a fixed rate. It seems to me a lack of respect for users

  • Hema Tilwani

Outside the Miami station and on web it is written doors open at 6 am, but they don’t open by 6.45 am which is misleading. And then the security guy comes out and yells because Iknocked at door not knowing if I was at the right entrance. Totally disrespectful and unsafe. I was waiting outside alone from 6 am and didn’t feel safe at all. Respect the timings please. I got there early to see as it was my first time.

  • Donna Kassin

One of the most pleasant experiences ever on a train. We went on a family excursion on a Saturday afternoon and the hour-and-a-half ride from West Palm Beach to Miami seemed way too short. We didn't want to get off! Seats are comfortable The coaches are spotlessly CLEAN. And they serve champagne and snacks on board. Keep it up, Brightline. Your state-of-the-art stations can rival anywhere in the world.

  • Juan Lopez

First week in service. You can tell that this is as close to a first class option to travel around south Florida as you can get. The waiting area is gated only for passengers with a ticket ride and there are X-Ray scanners on the entrance of the building, so it should be very safe. Good product and service. Wondering what ride passes, packages and the non-introductory price will be in the future

  • Timothy Halevan

Decided to check out Brightline one day and we were impressed. Went to Palm Beach for lunch and shopping at Restoration Hardware. Walking distance from station there. The train got us there so much faster than a car would have. Both stations were great. Very clean. Service was first class. Wish airlines were more like this. Such a great way to travel intercity. Excited for Orlando to be added.

  • Cecily Lyvonne

Love brightline!!! This station is very nice with Central Fare food options during the week. Convenient location. Can Lyft or Uber to destination or take Metrorail. Bikes to rent. Clean, high tech bathrooms. Food and beverage is kinda pricey. Waiting areas are comfy and equipped to recharge yourself or mobile devices. Friendly and helpful staff. If you get lost, just ask.

  • J Johnston

Terrible service !!! The shuttle is nowhere to be found at the airport ! Waited almost an hour and finally took a cab from airport to station.. BOTHH shuttles were sitting at station just hanging out talking... missed Briteline to palm beach and spent 100 dollars for an Uber to get home ! Will NEVER use again. DONOT RELY ON THEM FOR AN AIRPORT RUN. VERY UNRELIABLE

  • Diana Briceño

Customer service is non existent. I just spent 45 min on the phone - no answer until my battery died. I sent an email, no reply in several days. When purchasing tickets online it is impossible to find a seating chart/map, and impossible to know if you are buying a front or rear facing ticket, also impossible to know if there is a table. They need to improve asap

  • Kevin Foster

Horrible service .just Missed the train at the marlins game because the shuttle was running late and the lady security guard was completely nasty to an entire group dealing with the same problem . We all ended up having to Uber back from Miami to west palm . Needless to say none of us will be doing this again and will make sure to warn everyone to stay away.

  • LiLi P

I was told my reissued trip vouchers would expire on a certain date yet they expired 2 weeks earlier. Brightline owes me 6 one way trips, no luck getting ahold of a decision maker. What a disappointment. I got the expiration date in writing and yet they expired earlier. I'm not asking for anything for free, I just want what I paid for, this is very unfair.

  • Patricia Ayuso

I love it. The stations and the train are modern and clean. Finally I feel that Florida is getting into a smarter, greener, safer, car independent state. We traveled from Miami to WPB, enjoyed the City Place and the Norton museum of art. It was a nice Sunday trip avoiding traffic and SoFla drivers... Looking forward to travel to Orlando like this soon

  • Matthew Orr

Beautiful station and great people. The staff is super friendly and helpful from the front counter to security and on the train. The station and train are so clean and well maintained. The ride was comfortable, smooth and quiet. I really enjoyed using the Brightline to get between Miami and Ft. Lauderdale. Will definitely use this service again!

  • Michelle Kaewchandee

A beautiful and clean train station! Managed to use a Brightline promotion to get 2 tickets at half off so my partner and I decided on a trip to Miami was needed in our Florida visit. The ride from West Palm was only an hour long. I would definitely recommend the Brightline to my friends and family. The workers are helpful and resourceful.

  • marwah david

I had a 5:45am train from Miami to Orlando. At 6am they told us to leave the train and wait in the lobby because there is a mechanical issue. There was no one here to answer our questions. Then they told us we are leaving on the 7:45am train. I just lost all my money of the parks. Thanks brightline. Horrible service. Also, your wifi sucks!

  • Nazario Alberto Carlos

This new terminal is conviniently located in the downtown government area and offers a high speed railway to surrounding counties. Serving a large number of commuters daily and offering a range of amenities on site. There is also user friendly automated terminals as well as guest service personnel to assist with your trip.

  • Bruce Serrano

First time trying this service. I am impressed. Extremely clean. Efficient. Friendly staff. Travel time from downtown Miami to Fort Lauderdale in 30 minutes. Everything is digital. Purchase tickets through the website. Your bag goes through security. Since this location recently opened, it’s empty. Highly recommend.

  • Rebecca Landesman

Unremarkable is an understatement. Given the price, this is not a sustainable transit option. Parking is an extra expense on TOP of an already often costly ticket. I was also incorrectly issued a parking citation and a notice from a debt collector. If this price-gouging money pit doesn't fail, I'll be shocked.

  • Jo Chen

Fast and comfortable way to get to FLD from Miami. More Americans should appreciate and use this way of transport. A shame that we we're almost on our one on the train from Miami to FLD. Meanwhile cars over cars were standing in traffic jams on the nearny roads and highways. Do you notice something?

  • Josh Curto

Amazing and smooth ride. For anyone wondering, they do have a shuttle to the Miami airport. I highly recommend purchasing tickets ahead of time so you can get the best price. I also recommend getting the Select ticket for free drinks, food, and more space on the train and in the waiting lounge.

  • Lanash Lath (Dezignstar)

Amazing and beautiful station to catch the brightline train. Everything looks brand new, all the colors inside are very welcoming they have gigantic screens everywhere and the staff here is very helpful. I must note that the bathrooms are probably the cleanest and most modern I've ever seen.

  • Carlos Quintela

After the bad experience in premium on Dec 5 I went back to Orlando on Dec 9 11.45 am The five stars are to honor , thanks and recognize DIANA DESIRE she did an excelent Job handle a full train and MAKE EVERYONE FEEL GOOD AND SPECIAL … Please keep this wonderful employee and compensate her

  • Michael Sellers

Clean, modern, safe, organized, and on time. Our tax dollars wouldn't build something so nice and useful, so a private transportation company built it. The train was very clean. The employees were very friendly and helpful. You can order snacks, drinks, or alcohol on the train.

  • Mehmet Ali Dinç

Very clean trains and train stations! I've traveled Europe, North Africa, East Asia and some of the U.S. States. Never seen that much clean trains. The new stops in Boca Raton and Aventura was a smart move. We are expecting an extend to Orlando and 1 new stop in Fort Pierce.

  • Lee Koplin

Noel in customer service in Miami excellent customer service skills. He assisted us 12/26/21 with a ticket change. Very friendly and nice and knowledgeable!! Also the trains and stations are clean and impeccable. The entire experience had been 5 stars plus extra credit

  • Alejandra Agredo

Honestly Brightline made my trips from Miami to West Palm Beach and back so much better. Everything's clean, with air conditioning, and you're treated first-class even on the cheapest ticket. It's more expensive than Tri-Rail but infinitely better. Worth every penny!

  • Sandra Miqui

Service at the station is terrible, the app doesn't work! I paid for the monthly pass, but today I missed a trip because the app didn’t work! I got horrible service at the Miami station. He was very rude and I would have made it on time if he was more efficient.

  • Ian Murrell

Brightline is amazing and the stations and trains are far and beyond better then expectations. I live in Orlando and am already waiting on the edge of my seat for the chance to ride the new extension. I'll definitely be a life long customer.

  • Sylvia Hodes

It’s a great ride, but there are no signs to get to the Brightline when you arrive to Biscayne blvd in Miami, NO SIGNS WHATSOEVER , signs to the Aa Rena but not to Brightline and gps was no help. Missed my train, had to wait an hour for next

  • Tim Cronkhite

We took a cruise and decided to take the train back to Palm Beach and have family pick us up there instead of driving in traffic to Miami. It was so worth it! The staff was very nice and helpful they took our luggage for us. The train is so

  • MIMI

On 03/19/2022 was the very first time i experienced riding the brightline train. i had gotten the premium seatings and they are fantastic, the service was amazing they greated you while coming inside they were so respectful and even though

  • Shanel Amari

My train arrived to Miami at 1:00 pm. I opted in for a shared ride to my final destination which was 20 mins from the Miami Brightline station based on advertised ride eta’s. My shared van arrived at 1:10 pm. Instead of dropping us off at

  • Habib Bakshi

Quite honestly this is the best train transportation system I’ve experienced in the United States at an incredible value. My girlfriend and I travel internationally and this is very close to European rail luxury. We did the premium cabin

  • Zar Kitty (Zara)

Brightline has shown how great rail travel can be when money and effort is put into it. Best of the best service, trains, and value. Whenever I go to Miami I always make sure to see if my plans allow me to take the Brightline, and 90% of

  • Francisco Valero

Amazing clean station with extremely friendly helpful staff. I used premium service and for 37 dollars it was very well worth it. I will be using bright line again in the future and would highly recommend it to anyone considering it

  • Jake Patacsil

So clean, futuristic, and people only smile and nice helpful, and kind (just kind very kind). Free Tesla shuttle to my home! Friendly driver very good experience, everyone should try it once or more. The smell, security so good

  • Kitty Cat

Nice open airy seating. Prebook and choose your seat. Charging USB stations at each seat. This station has a nice selection of places to eat and drink prior to boarding a train. Download the app and get first round trip free.

  • Kevin Harris

5 out of 5 stars! Great trains....excellent staff.....impressive stations....superior service.....Brightline has it all!! Thank you for bringing this train to S. FL! Makes the Metrorail look like a locomotive from the 1800's!

  • Wally S.

Great to have more public transport options here in South Florida. This station is modern, clean and bringing a new level of mobility to local and tourists alike. Can't wait until it goes all the way up to Orlando.

  • NB SB

The new way to see south Florida. Clean, fast, efficient, and just flat out nice. Facilities are modern, staff are over the top. It doesn’t get much better than this. Can’t wait for you to get to Orlando & Tampa!

  • Jules Caceres

Station is great but missed my train because I couldn’t understand the what the person on the intercom was saying. Guest services was zero help. If you don’t understand gibberish, pay attention to the screens.

  • MB M

By far the worse experience I’ve had with customer service. After doing exactly what the agent Toni told me to do, I ended up losing my seats and then just getting a credit. Insane. Just refund my money.

  • Jason Dukhi

First time riding the Brightline train from Ft Lauderdale to Miami. Super clean, technology forward ticketing system and superior service. Can’t wait to use it again - especially with service to Orlando.

  • Richard Kaz

I am very glad that I was able to find and ride the Brightline train. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness at the station and in the carriages. I bought a ticket through the application

  • Ori Eizenberg Weinger

The decision to not have a train from Miami to Boca between 7:45am and 10:45am, every single day of the week, is a horrible decision. It shows a complete disregard to your customers' needs.

  • David Inguanzo

Amazing facilities!! First class restaurants and snacks, Bright Star line to West Palm Beach and Ft. Lauderdale, Tri-Rail coming soon. Must visit when in Downtown Miami!!

  • jalstons

Upscale transportation station. Multiple activities and shops available. Links to Miami Dade Transit (Bus and Metro Mover). Limited accessibility for disabled traveler.

  • Greg Page

Very clean, efficient station and stocked with good food and drinks. Great travel experience and perfect location to easily get to all the downtown Miami attractions.
