I have been a loyal MH buyer for over 15 years. Today I took my ring in for its bi annual check. I handed my ring to the lady and then she preceded to explain the process to which I disagreed (not the issue, I’ll go to another mh) the issue arises when I asked for my ring back, and she held it away from me and said “I won’t give it back until I explain this” to which I advised I no longer had an care to give to listen to her, and again asked for my ring back again the woman held my ring away saying “I am explaining something to you” again but angry this time told her I wouldn’t be listening to her and wanted my ring back (again she didn’t) she asked if I wanted to speak to her manager to which I emphasised for the third time, no I just want my rig back. Will absolutely be taking this higher, as she was rude as hell.

On Sunday the 1st of December I visited the store in Narellan town center. I was served by a woman named Julie, Julie was rude and invasive towards me. This got to the point where my I felt uncomfortable. She was asking questions about my job, salary, up selling and speaking down towards me. I was looking for an engagement ring and was treated as if I could not afford it. I understand that retail stores use certain tactics but to this extent is too much. I would like a written apology and some proper training provided to employees. Regards Mel

Michelle helped me pick the perfect engagement ring I was after and there was no issues in getting the ring I wanted in that wasnt in stock (Rose gold engagement rings are hard to come by). The communication was great and Michelle explained the care plans available and showed a genuine care and interest in everything I enquired about and made the process rather enjoyable! For such a personal decision the entire process was super smooth and Michelle made it a breeze! And she said Yes! Thanks Michelle!

Disappointed !! I bought a watch and it had 3 clasps fitted after going back with the spare links was told it will be sent off to change links 2 week turn around and my partners watch needed a battery again after it was changed here before with in the hour I was told it also will be sent off for 2 weeks to change it what a joke do not waste your money here plenty of places to buy from

Had resizing issues of 3 rings with the Store Manager at the Wetherill Park store. Went to the Narellan store where my Husband and I were very warmly greeted and assisted by the staff and Store Manager Ben. Very friendly and kind hearted customer service. Resizing of rings were rectified easily and no issues. Would highly recommend this store and all the staff. Thank you.

I don’t recommend this store to anyone if u want to get anything from this store make sure recording everything because if u get something from them non refundable and full of lying …

Was just in there, didn't even get acknowledge was about to spend $6.5k on a ring..such a shame. 2 ladies were attending to one customer and I was the only other customer in store.
