Worst experience of my life!! I went into this jewelry’s to purchase a Miami Cuban link chain for my husband that we saw a few months ago. Coincidentally, when I went back a few weeks later they said the chain was gone. I traded in my husbands current chain and charm that I paid $8k for back in 2014. The short Israeli guy said it was 10k and and he could only give me $1,000 credit towards a chain I was purchasing. I decided on a Cuban link 97 grams, chain was $6,100 Basically I got stuck up without a gun. My husband came back to the jewelry store with me to see the chain and potentially put more money down on chain. Let me say my husband was not happy at all! The guy this time was of Indian descent and his attitude was absolutely disgusting! No morals or understanding of what customer service really is!! Stay away from this place, HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!!!

I love this store so much I have many pieces of jewelry from them . I have my engagement ring my wedding band my sister necklace my necklace my fiancé gave me 3 years ago for Christmas, they fixed from a horrible necklace from a store in sunset they fixed it and made my necklace so beautiful I’m so happy with the results I love them so much and trust them and guys go to Eliot !! He’s really the one and only !!!

I recently went to have a ring repaired that was purchased at Michael Mathews, when the ring was purchased they boasted about a LIFE-TIME free repair service; however the Manager refused to honor it, even with a receipt. He instead tried to convince me to pay to have it repaired after having paid $1,800 on a ring. I love jewelry but I will never shop here again.
