I love having alternatives to Hobby Lobby and Michael's usually has great deals! The staff here have always been helpful and polite --- the only issue I have is that they tend to always be low on stock. My alternative is Jo-Anns or a local arts/crafts store.. I'll still continue visiting this location because it's overall worth it

I placed a pickup order for mold rubber. The box I received had been opened and USED. Naturally I went back to exchange or return the left over used materials. Did not have anymore on the shelf and couldn't give me my rewards dollars back after selling me a product that had been opened and used. Feel ripped off

Super helpful people there, just ask them what you need and they will direct you to which Isle you need to check. I went there to get a special glue for the puzzle to keep them intact. There is a self check out system as well so it's even more convenient and fast!

Waited in line to get $200 gift card. Then was told will you have to pick one off the wall? I'm like I don't care. Just need $200 gift card any will do. Waited back in line then told you have to pay with cash. Never mind I guess it's too

The store itself is on just a typical overpriced hobby/craft store. Obviously anything on nine markets like AliExpress or Amazon or temu are all going to be 50% to %90 cheaper. But over the past few months I have attempted to purchase items

I used to LOVE Michael's. Went in today to buy paint for an art project, I just knew from past experiences that they would have just the colors I needed, and they did. What a shame that they were SO OLD that one brand was totally liquefied

Was looking for items for my grandsons storybook project. Found everything he needed and on sale. Also found items for a fall pumpkin project I'm doing. My grandsons project looks fantastic. Thanks to everyone that made my visit easy-going.

Went and biked for foam board, except all the product was disorganized, like a walmart shelf. None of it was priced less than $6.99 per each, and later when I went to order online, the order was accepted, then canceled because: "items not

One of my favorite craft stores, this place always has great sales and if you shop online and pick up in store there are almost always coupons available for additional savings and discounts. Prices beat out most craft stores and they have

Do not allow them to open up a new credit card account. Their system glitches out and it does a hard inquiry on your credit and automatically reduces your credit score and because the system glitches out, no credit card is ever issued.

This Westside location is the better one, they had everything I needed pretty much. The Wyoming/Montgomery store was kinda small and unorganized. This store is nothing exceptional but good at what you need it for, no complaints.

The watercolor class had a very community vibe. It was nice. People came and went, some knew eachother. Would've been great if they had a stock of the supplies that we used right there ready to buy. It was pretty self directed.

All the employees are very professional and helpful and very friendly. And I love that store there's so much stuff that you can find in there you can do your own crafts or find stuff already made! Will continue to shop there.

Kind staff and I found incredible prayer candles. Walk in, make a right after the register /candy , right, then the candles are on the right shelves. They are also very affordable. I bought many at $1.49 each. Thanks ️ …

My first time coming to this location and not sure if I'll be able to come back here I use a mobility scooter and the isles are really narrow some I had to avoid even to turn on the main isles was kinda of difficult

Great staff, very helpful and pleasant. Prices are good and I love the selection. There west side store is a bit bigger so naturally they have a lil more of selection but both stores are great!!

  • Zack Bennett

Good selection, not as great as some of the larger stores, though. Very friendly staff, solid quality products, great for the hobbyist or those with an eye for fun home decor. Would recommend.

Wondering if their no longer going to sell t-shirts.. shelves were left empty t-shirt boxes, looked awful. Think maybe this is mainly an art store now. But nice selection of everything else.

Didn't have a lot of items we were looking for since they didn't have the specific things we were looking for but employees were helpful on where we could go to find what we needed!

Lots of colorful, handy and useful items to keep my children entertained. During this pandemic it's like going to the movies and it gets you out of the heat.

I use Michael's to find unique supplies for wrapping gifts and party decorations. I can usually find something that i need,, in the right size and color.
