I love this location. The people are friendly and the store manager resolves issues timely and with care. You don't wait long at all for curbside pick ups. I've shopped at this location and the Zona Rosa location. They could take some pointers from Bri and her staff. I don't shop there anymore. This location is the only one I like.

The staff here are super friendly and knowledgeable. I know nothing about crafts and they helped me figure out oil paints and canvases for a Christmas gift. The store is exceptionally clean and features a multitude of items for every project. I never realized how much this store has to offer until I walked through the doors!

Great selection of seasonal decorations. Most types of crafting supplies are in stock. Watch for sales. And always be sure to visit their website or use their app for a coupon. Some are even good on sale items every so often. Watch their weekly ads too, many sales cycle through the year. Buy one get one, 40% off, etc.

I often come here for art supplies, and they always have great sales for them. I mostly come for paints and canvases and their canvases are an excellent quality. You've got lots of choices so if you are just starting out, you've plenty to choose from, all the way up to more professional levels.

It's a larger Michael's than some of the others in the metro but seems less staffed every time I arrive. So if you know exactly what you need, great! They should have it! But if you need to check out fast or if you need some help you might be waiting longer

Not stocked well. We chose items stocked on a sale display, the brand clearly matched the numerous sale signs attached to said display. At checkout, the sale was not honored and the cashier chose to argue it instead of try to resolve it. Poor selection.

Most of the time you have what I need. I love that your always stocked on shirts. With you had a better dye section. Never have black or soda ash. But mostly I like that your not hobby lobby. I'd rather give my money to a company that values diversity.
