Absolutely horrific experience and I never even made it to the office. I had an appointment to have a cleaning which was rescheduled then cancelled due to the hygienist not being available. Then when I called to confirm the appointment I explained everything and was told I did not have an appointment, was put on hold and left there for 5 minutes only for the phone to be answered by someone else who I then I had to explain everything again. Then transferred to the manager who told me that they don't schedule cleanings. When I explained that someone in their office did she just kept repeating that they don't schedule cleanings on the first visit. Just a terrible experience for no reason.

Honestly, I went through a bad depression during the pandemic and stopped taking care of my hygiene properly. Fast forward 2023, dumped my ex, got a new job with benefits, and I’m the healthiest I’ve ever been. Not my teeth though. Going here, I was treated with patience and kindness - With all 15 cavities (embarrassing)! Usually no pain, and works pretty fast (unfortunately that means I have time to get back to work). I got a lot more to work on and I’m grateful to have this dentistry in my area because I know they’ll make it an easier journey for me

This was my second time getting my teeth cleaned. I’m fairly new. I’m not dissatisfied or impressed with the facility. So far so good. I normally get glasses so that water doesn’t splash in my eyes. They don’t do that here. I’m fine with it. I went in for my 3rd visit. They send a feedback form quickly. I loved that I was given the option to get my teeth clean even tho I was there to check a root canal pain. I was not given an appointment date for next time this time around, which found interesting. I’m still satisfied with the doctor and service.

Had not been to the dentist in over a decade. Finally got the courage to get myself in. A co worker told me he had good experiences at Mid Wilshire. Staff was incredibly friendly. I don’t have insurance, but after x rays and a basic checkup, I was walked thru the procedures that were recommended and given very transparent pricing. Good experience, and Mid Wilshire will definitely be my dentist from here on out. My only wish is that if would have come in sooner.

I saw several different dentists for my initial evaluation, routine cleaning and an urgent eval for some mild pain. Dentist were all knowledgeable and really spent time explaining things. Didn’t push or shame you into any unnecessary procedure. Cleaning seemed very thorough. Getting the initial eval was a bit hard, but totally worth it.

Dr. Laska and Dr. Kim are amazing! They are extremely knowledgeable and take their time to explain everything and answer your questions. The entire staff at the office are kind and patient. Would highly recommend for people who are nervous going to the dentist.

Dr Laska is a good dentist. I’ve had issues with my teeth post braces and they have helped get me back on track. Unfortunately the bridge that they advised to put in has failed 3 times and now I can’t really eat. Oh well, at least I’ll get really fit again.

This was my very first visit to this office. Dr. Laska was great! He was very kind, friendly and professional as was everyone in his staff that I encountered. Will definitely be coming back!
