I wanted to get my car serviced to ensure it was able to take me to Marion Bay for a holiday. Luckily Midas found that the engine petrol pump was leaking onto my engine which would have ended up causing a car fire if I took it all the way to Marion Bay with me. So appreciative that they found the problem, kept me updated and fixed it in a very short amount of time, very friendly staff also. The only bad thing I would say is that they broke a button off of the inside of my car and hid it under the centre console but when I told one of the staff they fixed it right away and said that he would talk to the person who did it which is good that they follow up and help each other improve.

2017 Subaru WRX Clutch throw out bearing was replaced but when I went to drive the car away the gear stick was not centered which the guys did try to fix, it was still stiff but thought it might loosen up over time. A few months later the gear stick is stuck to between gears 1 and 2 and was very hard to get into 3rd and 5 was completely locked out. Took the car to Subaru at Kensington Gardens and they have confirmed Midas didn't adjust the selector cables correctly which caused accelerated stretching of the cables and they had to be adjusted with the transmission out. Cost me $450 to fix a mistake with installation that Midas made.

Without a shadow of a doubt, Midas Magill are THE best mechanics around the North Eastern area. I noticed a noise around my left wheel last year, which got louder when I applied my accelerator in my Nissan Pulsar. I suspected a worn wheel bearing and sure enough, Matt was able to diagnose a worn wheel bearing! He replaced it promptly and gave me some useful info on what the wheel bearing does in the car and some other care tips. Matt and Nick have outstanding car knowledge, and normally do a very busy trade. Both mechanics are very friendly, easily approachable and professional. I couldn't recommend Midas Magill enough! Fantastic!

Got my 05’ Honda Accord a few months ago and have been visiting these guys for repairs and servicing. Top, honest, and friendly blokes who know and love what they do. Always explaining things step by step, showing what needs to be fixed and how it has been fixed after, and always giving the best advice for planning future maintenance plans and the priorities. The boys at Magill Midas always provide a friendly and professional service. This commences from the time you drop off your car until you pick it up again. They explain everything clearly to you and ring you to advise and discuss any unforeseen issues with your car. My car has always been completed on or before time. Thought I had an exhaust problem - turned out to be a simple issue which Midas Magill fixed at no charge. So a gave them an opportunity to quote on the repairs to the bonnet & boot struts. I was pleasantly surprised when they quoted a quarter of the price compared to the dealer who regularly serviced my car. It pays to get a second opinion. Midas Magill will be servicing my car from hereon.

Absolutely fantastic service and very reasonably priced. Nothing is too much trouble and they seem to really pay attention to detail. They also run through any potential issues coming up, and suggest a cost-effective maintenance and safety plan going forward. I highly recommend, and I now can't imagine trusting my car servicing with anyone else. They definitely deserve their 5-star rating.

Never had my car serviced there yet but the mechanic was extremely helpful when some icon lights up on my dashboard and my coolant was low.. the mechanic helped to fix it without charges as it's a minor fix for him. Good samaritan! Will def visit for next service when it's due.

Dropped of the trailer for the bearings to be done, and when collected they had replaces a coupe of other essentials at no extra cost. Great to see some old fashioned service without the inflated price tag.
