A month ago I booked in a regular service at Midas Narre Warren online, dropped off the car at 8am and within a couple of hours, service was completed. Great service, reasonably priced, and they went above and beyond - even gave the car an outside clean. Today I booked an appointment for an electrical issue, they gave me a complimentary coffee voucher for Vesper cafe as it was going to take an hour for them to fix, so it was very thoughtful of them considering it was a chilly cold and wet day… I will definitely keep coming back!! I recently had my car serviced at Midas, and being someone who is deaf and not particularly knowledgeable about cars, I was a bit apprehensive. However, Ivan, an outstanding individual, went above and beyond to communicate with me. He took the time to explain the issues with my car and what could potentially go wrong in the future. After the service, my car not only ran smoothly but even better than before. Ivan's dedication and excellent work truly stand out. There were no surprises that I wasn’t expecting and the price was as fair and reasonable. The customer service was great; friendly and professional. Is being rude a pre-requisite for working at a mechanic shop? I called up and asked if I could get a trans service booked in and done by today. Worker over the phone said no, and that he can’t help me. Before I could even try and ask for a different day, he slammed the phone in my face. Not to mention that his accent was hard to understand. Zero customer service

Joon's really specializes in diagnosis, trouble repair, maintenance, needless to say cheap and reasonable cost. I could feel how much experience and professional skills he had in various cars. In addition, I always thank him for his detailed and friendly explanation whenever I visit him!

여기서 냉각수 통을 교체하고 1주뒤에 라디에이터에서 냉각수가 새길래 (지역이동 한 후) 다른 정비소 가서 점검을 해보니 냉각수통에 이물질이 들어가서 라디에이터가 고장낫다고 하네요.. 결국 라디에이터 바꿧습니다..
