I brought my vehicle in for an oil change here. Everything was fine, I was quoted $59.99 plus a $5.00 disposal fee. When I came to pick up my vehicle it was parked by an employee ILLEGALLY in a fire lane that clearly states that there is no parking. My vehicle was then hit by another vehicle who was backing out of his spot. The kind gentleman provided me with his insurance information and we both went separate ways. I went into the shop to ask for their insurance information because their employee was the individual who ILLEGALLY parked my vehicle in a fire lane, subsequently causing an accident. I have an INSURANCE LICENSE, actively work as an INSURANCE AGENT, and am very aware of the rules of liability in these situations. The accident occurred on private property and while not in their garage it was a MIDAS EMPLOYEE WHO PARKED MY VEHICLE ILLEGALLY in a fire lane. This shop refused to provide me with their commercial business owners policy and told me to call back on Monday when the owner is in. To turn insult into injury the shop manager JAY WAS RUDE, UNAPOLOGETIC, AND DEROGATORY in his manner of speaking to the owner via phone regarding me and the situation at hand. He mockingly said “she’s an insurance broker”. On top of that he informed me that they misquoted me the price of my oil change, conveniently after this incident occurred and said “I could charge you “$79.99 if you want to play that game”. The game where I hold your shop liable for the actions of your employees when handling your customers vehicles? He was uncooperative and told me “show me where the law says we’re responsible”. Well Jay, show me your COMMERCIAL BUSINESS OWNERS POLICY JACKET AND I WILL GLADLY SHOW YOU EXACTLY HOW LIABILITY WORKS. But he continually refused to provide it to me on MIKHAELS RECOMMENDATION NOT TO PROVIDE ME THEIR INSURANCE FOR WHICH THEY ARE LEGALLY LIABLE. If you’re so sure that you’re not responsible then why did you refuse to provide me your policy information? It’s because the establishment is afraid they may be liable, which they are. I ABSOLUTELY ADVISE AGAINST PATRONIZING THIS IRRESPONSIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL ESTABLISHMENT. Not only will they be hearing from me again but furthermore my attorney. Not only did they REFUSE TO ASSIST ME WITH THE DAMAGES THEIR EMPLOYEE CAUSED but they also threatened to charge me more than the price they quoted simply because I attempted to hold them liable for their damages. This will be reported on every review outlet as well as the better business bureau and the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any business and their employees.

DO NOT GO to the Midas located on 3232 N. Durango in Las Vegas ( THEY ARE CROOKS and INCOMPETENT). In the name of repairs they'll mess up your car then deny any wrongdoing. They will not take responsibility for their misdiagnosis and guess work!!!! . That's exactly what happened b to me. I have disclosed my auto's symptoms and they've diagnosed the problem based on visual & guess work method. They gave me a long list of repairs which were irrelevant to the problem. After performing the repair they had recommended for the specific car problem , they've ruined my car as the check engine light came on immediately after the so called repair and added other costly problems to my car which they refused to repair. When I complained, they said they don't have the right equipment to diagnose my model and year!!! In Awe, I asked them then why did you touch my car in the first place? Knowing you are not equipped with the right tools, shouldn't you have turned the service down in the first place? PS. OWNER is a dishonest LIER and Dan, the receptionist is an arrogant, rude and bitter person who thinks he's Mr know it all. He is especially rude to women. They Ruined my German car by causing major, costly damage to it and never fixed it for me. The star given is one star too many for this dive. In order to enter your comment, it's mandatory to give 1-5 stars I guess!!!! I give them TWO THUMBS DOWN instead. Note: Ellis must be alias for the owner itself giving himself a 5 star and complements!!!!GOOGLE the business owner and you will see the owa The same management as last year, THEY ARE CROOKS. The owner pretended he is compassion but didn't do anything to help. He's full if hot air. They offer good LIP Service if that's the kind of service you want. Don't fall for these phonies who ruin your car, service your pocket then don't do Jack to fix it.

My car has a loud ticking noise coming from it. I brought it in, they said it was coming from the rear for sure. It was hard for me to tell sitting inside the vehicle. He diagnosed the noise was from the rear. They told me rear hubs and maybe even differentials 600 or 1200 dollars for both. He said the quote was a 4 hour job. I let him know my hubs were new. (within 2 yrs old and within 20k miles, I HAVE THE RECEIPT) I agreed, 600 dollars later, and only within 3 hrs later. Got charged for an EXTRA hour I asked him as I picked up the vehicle, "The noise is gone?" His answer was YES. As I drove away the noise REMAINED. I came back few days later, he told me to come in tomorrow at the same time. I did, empty ghost town office. Customers came and left unattended. I went back the next day, his excuse for an empty garage was they were busy. This time I drove with them, I pointed out the noise. And he said DEFINITELY from the front. I said you said it was the REAR a few days ago?! His excuse, it was going bad anyways.. They took my car again. Said the noise is definitely from the front, but we don't know what it is. Here is your car back. We can not help you. 600 Dollars and 4 visits total. The diagnosed the sound from the WRONG SIDE of my vehicle. Said my sound was gone. Then, pull a no show for an appointment. Then cant help me my next visit, SAVE YOURSELF MONEY, and throw eggs at this place. If you show up to this place with a flat tire, they will probably fix something on the opposite side. I WANT MY 600 BACK AND MY NEW (so called bad, which I have the receipt for!) PARTS BACK

I said that wanted full synthetic oil, they told me that they use Mobile 1 and I said great. Then they put in Sinclair synthetic blend and tried to pass it off as synthetic. I caught them and started complaining. They lied to me saying that the container was Mobile 1 when in fact it was a cheap brand blend that costs way less. I have the photos that prove what they did. Finally they ordered real Mobile 1 full synthetic and it was delivered by O'Rileys because they don't even have Mobile 1 in the shop even though they told me that is what they were using. While I'm watching them take the cheap oil out of my car some grumpy lady starts complaining about me watching and tells me to get out of the shop. I said I need to watch what they are doing since I don't believe anything else that they said. She makes me stand back so far that I can't watch what they are doing. I was going to get a lot of other work done on another visit at Midas but since they tried to scam me by charging 3 times the price of my oil change. I will never ever go to this den of thieves again. Do not go to this Midas. If they will lie and cheat on a simple oil change they will lie about anything. Stay away from this dishonest place.

This is hands down the worst shop to trust your vehicle with. Ive been over the top patient with this place over the last year. Ive had quite a few repairs done to my car one repair took them 4 weeks. They didnt update me one time on the vehicle but made me call 5 or more times over that time period each time no progress had been made. When my car was returned the check engine light was still on due to them stealing my catalytic converter and putting on some junk that wasnt even compatible with my vehicle. I went to a different shop to have the midas job completely replaced at a fraction of the cost. Next they “fixed” my ac compressor again this was June 2021 and here today june 27 2022 my ac compressor seizes. I call and ask if they can do a replacement and before i can finish my sentence im met with “no but you can bring it for us” the nastiest attitude ive ever had from someone. Now im frustrated not getting any help im out 3 racks and this place ruined my vehicle. Please whatever you do DONT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE

Spent $3000 to get my vehicle fixed. When to pick it up and car and it was a total disaster. Catalytic converter was put in wrong, car also now stalls, rand new brakes that I spent $1000 replacing squeak. Have an appointment on Monday at a real repair ow to see how much damage they caused. Deborah up front is absolutely atrocious. Has no business in customer service much less a car repair place. She was rude and demanded that we pick up our car even after her technician said that the car was not safe to drive. When I would call to see what they had done to the car she would pick up the phone and hang up. Not sure what the relationship between the owner and the manager is but he defended her all the way and called all of his technicians garbage. Until Deborah is replaced absolutely do not take your car to this place. There are 3 other places in the same parking lot that will do better by you. We unfortunately now have to take them to court. This after they kept my car for 5 days.

Not a place to take your car. Any review on here that is positive is fake and/or by a family member or friend of people that work there. You will not have a good experience if you take your car here. Took my car here and ended up having to take it to a different shop to fix all of the damage that they did to my car. Do not risk taking your car here. Best case they might be able to do an oil change and not mess it up however, I doubt it. The owner and the customer service lady Deborah will lie about everything. They will nickel and dime you for more money even when they are fixing something they messed up. I urge you DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I gave them many opportunities to do the right thing and they never did. Cost me over $5500 to get my car done and it still is not working correctly. BAD BAD BAD place that will not be in business 2 years from now unless the crook of an owner sells to another person that has integrity and knows the value of taking care of their customers.

Be weary to buy a Groupon for services at Midas. They told my wife that, "90% of Groupon customers (for the AC recharge) will end up having to come back to pay more money (equating close to the full cost) and 70% of those people don't seem to have a problem after that." Do with that information what you will, but to me it sounds like they purposely don't recharge your AC correctly 90% of the time so that you have to come back and pay more money--defeating the purpose of the Groupon and getting back some of the money they lost due to the discount. It sounds like only 70% of people were willing to go back and make them fix it. We took our car to Sun Auto instead, and they not only found the leak, but they also found that my entire compressor system was shot. Need an entire replacement. I imagine this would have taken several visits and a lot more money to find out through Midas. What a shame! If they don't want to give a discount, they shouldn't be on Groupon. Just saying.

OMG!! Everyone here is awesome from the front desk, to the owner, to the mechanics. I want in because I was told by another car repair place that I needed a new transmission (for a 2015 Kia purchased brand new). After talking with a friend (that recommended I get a second opinion, and that I find a Midas near me). Let me tell you, not only did I NOT need a new transmission but they took such good care of me! I called and explained my situation to Deborah (front desk) and she was sooooo nice! When I left, I gave her a hug :). I took my car in planning to take a Lyft home and the owner of this location not only took me home but Deborah had her daughter come and pick me up one my car was finished. These are REALLY honest and caring people. They're not out to just make a buck. Turns out I didn't need a new transmission!!!! They repaired the issues and now my car is running smoothly. No matter where I move in Las Vegas, they've got a customer for life!!!!

It’s taken me a lot of consideration into writing this poor review. I bought the Groupon and got an oil change done, went on vacation and came back 5 days later to my whole driveway spilling oil. I went to oreillys to see if they detected anything and told them I just had an oil change. They suggested I go back and ask them to tighten it up and so I did. When I arrived he had the mechanic that did my oil change look at the car and told me to come take a look and that the previous mechanic that changed my oil put the wrong screw (idk exactly the term) in and he just assumed that I knew that but never discussed with me about it or offer a solution until I had to come there. Mind you, my “previous mechanic” (valvoline), never had a problem. Basically Midas stripped my oil pan and didn’t take ownership of it and now I’m left with a $900 bill when all I needed was an oil change and got screwed over. I 1000% do not recommend you going here for anything.

I brought my car in today for an oil change and when I came to pick it up my car they first didnt know where my keys where because the mechanic left and didnt tell anyone so I waited 45mins till the found them. Then I go to my car and the windows down and my keys are in the car and my window is off the track. I go and get the manage to have him look he said it should be an easy fix he will have someone look at hes sorry half off my visit for Friday. I stay calm and go back upfront 30 mins later they tell me the window cant be fixed and wont go back up they have to tape it the mechanic said he head a noise when he was rolling it down but it was fine when he left. So who broke it and who's going to fix it. He says he has to talk to the owner hes not saying it's my fault but he dont know such a horrible experience I will find out tomorrow I dont recommend this place to anyone

I went to go get my alternator replaced and as they told me the "battery module" which all cost @$1800+. Also mind me the alternator is refurbished and I'm not sure about the module since I didn't see it or showed me where it was. As soon I turned on the car the steering malfunction warning showed up. I asked how much to get it fixed well a dollar sign lit up. Just a couple thousand plus labor. I said heck no because it didn't have that before. Took the car home nothing mechanically wrong nothing that affects the steering or the driving conditions. My OCD activated and I started going through the main cause of the problem and baaaam! Found the problem, someone or somebody pulled that power steering reservoir plug underneath. It has to be pinched and pulled to remove it. So yeah go to them at your own risk. JFYI

These guys deserve every single one of these 5 stars! They have a new crew in place and they are simply amazing! I needed some urgent front end repairs on my SUV and brought it in after 5pm, and Hasia (thank you, thank you!) still got me in and said they would try to give it back to me same night. And, that promise was kept! Mike and Jordan in the shop stayed well after hours to complete all the work. The officially close at 6 and the guys stayed until about 7:30 just to finish and return the vehicle to me. I was ready to pay extra for all that effort and they refused to charge me anything above the regular (and pretty modest) price. I've used this shop many times before and they were always very good to me. But now, they are just pure perfection! Thank you, again!

Crooks!! Came into Midas for a oil change I had a coupon for $19.99, was told I needed to upgrade to synthetic oil for my nissan Sentra which would cost $35, not a problem. But for some reason they opened up my engine air filter and cabin air filter hatches and told me I need to have them replaced, then told me both my belts were also ripped and they would charge a little over $300 to repair, I told them no and they repeated to try to persuade me in to paying for the repairs, I paid the $35 and told them my husband would fix the rest, they left my filters on the car floor, now since I left, I hear a knock and hissing sound coming from my engine, I came there with zero noise or concerns. I would never return or recommend this place. Crooks!!!

I am always trying to work on my own vehicles but sometimes you can’t. I hate saying it but I am also leery of automotive places unless I know the people. I am new to Vegas so I didn’t know where to go and relied upon Yelp to pick one. This particular store has worked in two different vehicles for me and have bent over backwards to help and also worked with me on pricing. After I had the front brakes replaced on my truck, one caliper was locked up and was overheating. They admitted that they neglected to suggest replacing them so they fixed it for cost only. Super friendly, way helpful in explaining, and awesome attitudes. This location will get all my future business.

RIP-OFF JOINT. BEWARE!!! Took my F-150 in for a brake job. They asked me if I had ever done a brake job before and I told them no. I have really done dozens--I just wanted to hear what they had to say. Worse than I expected. They wanted to charge me just a few dollars under $1000 for a brake job. They said it was so expensive because it would take over 5 hours and it had an integrated seal assembly that could not be repaired but had to be replaced. The assembly is $15 +/- at any parts store. I told them what they could do with their quote, went to O'Reilly's and did my own brake job with top-of-the-line parts, including a new rotor, for $155 in under 1 hour.

I need to know if it’s worth having my car in to be inspected for Uber X. I wanted to ask if scratches and a slight crack in front windshield would be a problem. Representative just insisted to bring my car in, it costs $25 for car inspection I’m hurting on money she should of been able to answer my question about vehicle damage. I don’t need to support a company that won’t even answer a simple question. Also pep boys is charging $20 for vehicle inspection while Midas is charging $25. Pep boys answered my questions about vehicle damage so clearly going to pep boys because they want to actually help me with my vehicle concerns.

This is the first that actually tells me the truth about what I do and don't need. I've been ripped off by other places but not here! They go out of their way to find me the best deals on parts and discounts to lower my bill. They treat me like family and I will never go anywhere else. If they seem to be busy all the time it's only bc they are that busy helping people who trust them just like I do. They also offer a Midas credit card if you're short on cash. I wish I'd been going here from the start. I'm moving out of state and will miss the great customer service I always receive here. They also give 10% off for uber drivers!

Paid for tire repair as there was a visible nail in the tread of the tire. The tire continued to leak so I brought the tire back and was told there was another nail and was supposedly fixed again. My tire continued to leak air, so brought it back again and was told that I now need a new tire, there's a nail in the sidewall that cannot be repaired. I asked for my money back since the tire was not repaired and the sidewall issue was not identified. They actually told me I magically damaged the same exact tire in a few days time and won't give me a refund. I would not patronize this place, or any other Midas store again.

Efficient & considerate service. I bought Groupons for a full synthetic oil change & for an A.C. flush/recharge. They estimated 2 hours on the phone, I brought it in and told them no rush, and they had it done in 2.5 hours. When they called, they alerted me to an acid leak in my car battery. They advised me that I might want to take it elsewhere to get it replaced because they only had high-end expensive batteries available, and I decided to do that (get the battery replaced elsewhere) - I appreciated their candor about it. Would absolutely go back, even without a Groupon. Glad to have a healthy car again! :)

Brought my car in for a new alternator. Not two hours after I left, my radiator starts leaking and I have it brought back to Midas. I’m told I now need a new radiator and it will cost $580. I tell them to hold off and I pick up the car. Come to find out the radiator was fine and that the hose had just come loose. My car is running fine and I feel this was just a way to get more money from me. My battery had been drained by the alternator, so it had to be replaced and it was under warranty, so I’m thinking the money lost on the battery was going to be made up on a new radiator. Not trustworthy in my opinion

This location is not customer friendly and have never had such a hard time setting up an appointment to bring in a few cars to have some work done. The lack of customer care and the attitude of the representative on the phone on July 1st is enough for me to never do business with this establishment. I know this is a car care place but you should feel your business is valued and appreciated. I was planning on over a grand in service that were needed for my vehicles and was brought to another shop were they appreciate customers. It a matter of principle when your are in the customer service industry.

I was in a rush to get my oil change done and Leville not only rushed my oil service but offered to patch my tire which saved me hours. While making the appointment he politely put me on hold and I was impressed with his sense of customer service while overhearing him politely discuss with an elderly lady the itemization of her bill. I am a business analyst and consultant and I must say his attitude and dedication to providing a positive experience should be adopted by all employees. He is an asset to this business and is what I look for in employees. I would give him 20 stars if I could !!!!

Went in back in June 2023 for a standard oil change. Everything was great but didn't get a Midas Touch Courtesy Check Report. Thought nothing of it. Went to a different Midas today (Charleston) for another oil change and was informed that my ENGINE AIR FILTER was missing. Unfortunately, this Midas (Durango) was the last one to handle my vehicle. Cutting my losses and bought an air filter of my own at Autozone to replace myself, but word to the wise to double check that all your vehicle components are present prior to leaving the shop. My son went for an advertised $17.99 oil change and rotation of tires. Talked to a person on the phone to schedule. When he arrived they told him it would be 49.99 because they had to use synthetic oil.. He Was like ok.. he verified this included a tire rotation and paid ....They did not rotate his tires... he is 17 and they took full advantage of it. I called and the lady was like oh that promo isn’t for Las Vegas..so I asked why his tires were not rotated.. her response was I don’t know, I don’t come In Until 10. At this point I’m not even sure the oil got changed.

Outstanding!!! The place 2 doors down wouldn't do my a/c compressor same day, it is a big job, but Jay said he'd stay late and do it so I could get on the road home. AWESOME!! Owner gave me a ride, just phenomenal service and I'll be back to give my business to people who deserve it :) Can't say enough how much I appreciate being able to get this done before attempting to cross the desert! And in time to go to work tomorrow (next day) So glad the universe led me into this Midas, because that's where the helpers are it's also almost $200 cheaper.

Horrible customer service from the guy who answered the phone on 7/1 around 1030am. Had a groupon and of course price higher than the "$3-$5" stated on the groupon(He quoted $12 more) Which is fine, except the guys attitude was unbelievable. Thennhe stated he couldnt accept our appointment time for 2 cars. Every response had a rude attitude and condescending. Refunded both my groupons and went somewhere else. Refuse to give my money to a place that treats people like garbage. Unfortunate because we've been looking for a new Auto shop since we moved.

Went here for an oil change. The people were friendly. After the oil change the check engine light came on. They said it was probably a loose gas cap and reset it. On the drive home the light came back on. The next day I noticed that the car was now leaking oil. Took it into the dealership. The oil change had to be redone to fix the oil leak and they found that the check engine light was caused by a broken cord to the evap system, that just happened to break when it was in for the oil change. I don't trust this place and do not recommend it.

First I want to start by saying Deborah was very polite friendly as if we had been friends for years and this was my first time here she didn't judge me by my appearance she was very helpful and honest with me. I got my breaks checked and replaced great price great customer service very friendly place and they also show and explain to you what you need and what's best for me and my budget I most definitely will be back to this location and I recommend this location over the one on Rancho do not go to the Rancho location trust me!!

Trusting the Midas touch. No reservation, Walk-in for a oil change. My very first time getting a oil change, so it was very convenient that the gentleman at the front had knowledge of what oil my car needed. While the prices were not listed, and the cost is based on the type of car/ needs he made sure I understood the price before work started. Didn't want to get all the work done and then to realized it would cost an arm of mine if you know what I mean. Would come back for another maintenance if the price is comparable to others.

This Midas shop always does a great job on my Nissan. I drive a lot between Northern California and Las Vegas and have a lot of miles. Whenever I need to get something done on my truck, I no longer do it in California. I wait until I come to Vegas and bring it to the Midas shop on Durango and Cheyenne. Like always, they inspected everything I could imagine and took care of the priority repairs that same day. That was perfect, as I was driving long distance the next day and that drive was so much better with fixed suspension!

I took my truck to this Midas for the second time because the first time went well. I supplied them the 0w40 oil and filter both times I went since they don't carry my oil. The first time they charged me 20 dollars and did the oil change no problems. The second time they charged me 30 and the next day I checked the dipstick the oil was black. They stole my new oil, put my new filter in and put my old oil back into the truck. They are shady, will rip you off and ruin your vehicle. I will not go there again, ever.

Do not go here. The guy at the counter was absolutely rude. He was to busy drinking his coffee and texting on his phone while I waited 20 minutes for my appointment waiting for the computer to load. Finally after it loaded he tried to get me to sign for a $20 increase for an oil change and said he would fix it on check out because he couldn't fix it right now. I refused to sign it and he stood back with his arms crossed and said Really. The owner was right there and didn't say a word..Beware people!

Leville went above and beyond with customer service. Friendly, strong integrity and looking out for the customers best interest. He was able to fit me into today when my alternator decided to fail. He provided options and ensured that it would get done in same day. My vehicle was also in need of an oil change and made that happen also. This was my first time at this Midas and will only go to this shop from now on. Thank you to the entire crew for getting me back on the road within a few hours.

Showed up @7:45am for an oil change that I scheduled the day before. The guy there said I didn't have an appointment, but after giving him the name of the man I spoke to the day prior he was able to honor the time. Waited 2 hours for an oil change and some engine air filters to be replaced. Aside from the lack of communication they were very helpful and got the job done. Tip: Make sure they have you in their system otherwise they might not honor your appointment.

Went in to get leak fixed. Was told it was a hose. Went back to fix hose.They said it was the water pump charged me $550 was making noises when I picked it up. So They supposedly fixed that. Told me I needed brakes and rotors. Took my car to Brake masters they said my brakes and rotors were fine at 50 percent. Midas told me I had 10 percent brake pads left.. Now I can't trust that they really fixed my water pump. Won't be returning been going to them for years.

All my lights went off like a Christmas tree. I freaked out and made an appointment. I was impatient and called. The person that answered calmed me down and told me to come in now. I dropped my keys and gave them my number because I was going to walk around the parking lot (there’s a lot of stores). Litelle, the dude that helped me walked down to give me my keys. What a great person to calm me down and give me the best treatment ever.

This use to be an amazing place to get an oil change and an A/C recharge with Groupon... NOT any more! Since the newest office manager has been there, very rude customer service, shoddy work and up sells galore to the point of ripping (stealing) people off! Extremely disgusted and am reporting this to the BBB! If necessary, court proceedings may be in the future! To think I really liked doing business with them before! smh

Omg. purchased a groupon for a synthetic oil change, cost $57. Including oil change filter and maintenance package. They changed me an additional $26 for 1.5 quarts of extra oil. Plus disposal of oil. Add that up, $87 for an oil change that cost $69. We always went here for our vehicle service. Under new management and she is awful and disrespectful, so is her mechanic. Not worth purchasing a Groupon again, please beware

Tom at Midas was the person who assisted me for two days of mechanical issues! Tom answered all my questions. I had the wrong part I needed a Negative battery post. He told me if I went and got the right one he would put it on no charge! He did just that. The next day I needed a censor again, his knowledge and the time he took with me was impressive and I have finally found my new place because, honesty goes along way!

I have been bringing my car and family members' cars for years to this location. The service writer I usually deal with, Leville, is very upfront, and won't sell you services you don't need. He also explains your options with potentially expensive repairs; for me this was replacing the oil pan gasket. The mechanic who helped me, Kenneth, also very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this repair shop.

Got an oil change and as I’m driving away from the shop my check engine light comes on. I’ve had my car for 4 plus years and gotten multiple oil changes and never once has it had the check engine light come on. I understand cars naturally start to break down if you don’t take care of them but mine is very well taken care of. But what a coincidence that the check engine light comes on right after I leave.

It's not my normal spot and I didn't know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised with the service! It was quick and painless with no added fees or guys trying to up-sell me or take advantage of me. I was in and out in about 20-30 minutes and would definitely return to this location.

Getting an appointment was fast and easy, everyone was great. The service was amazing both with my SUV and the customer assistance I was well informed and updated on my Honda progress during the inspection and the repair. I am not impressed. Inpaid for the oil change and maintenance package which claims to rotate tires. The receipt and sticker on my window says tires were rotated. I have a slow slow leak in my front left tire. So I was waiting to see where that tire went. Guess where that tire is...the front left ....so what else was not done? That is scary. Plus they had my car for hours. Fraudulent.

Very nice and helpful people working there. My car was shaking in the front tire. They looked at my car in no time , they showed me that my tire bearings needed to be replaced. Told me it could be done in 6 hour but was done in 4 hours. I drove home and was so happy there was no shaking. My car runs perfectly now. Thank you. Do not go here. Got brakes done they still made noises. Got the catalytic converter replaced and said that I would like the old one back. Was told I had to pay a $500 core charge. Please do not take your vehicle here. They unfortunately are not professional and are not good at fixing vehicles even though they are in the business of fixing vehicles.

The manager was professional and experienced. He explained I purchased the wrong oil Groupon, and showed me why by opening my hood and showing me the type of oil needed and the correct price. He honored my Groupon and adjusted the discount to the type of oil I need. Life is about learning if your no learning your not growing, I grew a little today.

I was told my free oil change was no good because the person that gave it to me doesn’t work there anymore. They didn’t put the engine plate on correctly so it was flapping when I drove on the highway. As I waited for my oil change many customers came in with coupons or Groupons that were not honored. Unfortunately this spot really let me down. Brought my company vehicle here. Spent almost 800 on new brakes. 1 month later now need to have calipers pads and rotors replaced because they neglected the issue with the calipers. Also took them all day to do the job poorly. Will never spend another dollar hear.

Honestly my car stayed in their shop for 21/2 months believe that, but in all fairness it's not their fault, the crew in midas was great! I had extended warranty with a company who was the worst company by far, delays on getting parts for my car took forever but the midas crew was great.

I went in because my brake pads were squealing. The mechanic told me that my brake pads were in good shape and we're good for another 30,000 to 40,000 miles. I greatly appreciate the honesty. The inspection was $55 though, that's the only reason for a Four star review.

The worst experience ever blew oil all over motor because of improperly installed oil filter lost 2 qts of oil on my way home. Drain plug not tight. Destroyed my paver driveway as they never cleaned the undercarriage. Has refused to take care of the damage .

Took them 40 minutes to inspect my car for Uber, a 2022 Tesla Model 3. Since the mechanics don’t see them often, they decided to drive it around… which is not necessary to get an inspector. DISGUSTING. Wouldn’t recommend!!!
