Jo from Midnight Locksmiths was amazing! I first called him out for a job which he soon realised needed a garage door expert. Even after realising he couldn't fix the problem himself, he managed to figure out what the issue was, called his contacts, explained the issue and organised for them to come after hours on a Saturday. Jo then stayed to explain and help. I was so happy with Jo's service, I called him back to change the locks on my front door and cut extra keys. Jo was practical (explained to me what was necessary and what wasn't required), efficient and reasonably priced. Jo's passion for his work was extremely evident and he was just a lovely, friendly guy! Will definitely be using Midnight Locksmiths again, highly recommend!

My boyfriend and i got locked out of our house on a public holiday. After we spoke with Joe on the phone, he was even quicker than expected to come by. During our conversation on the phone, he'd asked us what type of lock we were using (we described it as best as we could without knowing much about locks) and he came prepared with the right tools for the job. I expressed that i was afraid of damaging the lock and he said he was going to try everything he could and would leave any extreme measures at the very last resort. Joe from midnight locksmiths and security was no word of a lie - A LIFESAVER! I waited over 3hrs for a different locksmith after getting locked out of my unit - even tho I didn't originally go with him Joe called to check in when original guy arrived and turns out he was fake and couldn't even unlock it. Joe made sure I was ok and once the guy left arrived within 15mins and shortly after got me in!! It's not often I forget my keys, but when I do, you can bet that I'd forgotten to give a spare to my relatives down the road as well, classic me. We were given Midnight Locksmiths & Security's number from a neighbour, one quick phone call later and Joe was on-site within 20 minutes. I had Joe come over and install a deadlock on my front door and I was pretty damn impressed with his work. Not only did he arrive earlier than expected (a first for me with tradies typically coming later than scheduled), but he pointed out a few aspects of the home which needed further improvements, and he threw in making some keys for my window locks for free. I got a quote from Joe quickly and he was cheaper than the other locksmiths I contacted too. No complaints from me.

Joseph was so quick and efficient. We locked ourselves out, and after we called he was at the property within 15 minutes. He unlocked the door in a matter of seconds, then tested all our keys (some which had been given to us incorrectly!) He also cut 4 new keys on the spot so we could have a second set of the correct ones. We thought it was going to be a lot more of a hassle but Joseph was very speedy and we were able to enjoy the rest of our night. Thanks so much!

My Mum’s front door lock was broken and it’s difficult to replace an identical lock. Joe is very helpful, friendly and patient. He helped her to obtain the same lock and matched it with old keys. I highly recommend Joe’s service. We would like to use his service any time.

Joe installed an ADI bolt on the main doors of our venue to increase the security. He was able to make the new lock work with our existing key which was very convenient. He did a very good job and also vaccummed up all the mess when he was finished which was great.
