It is a functional car wash but I would NOT recommend. All the different options on the dial work as intended. The places to hang up your mats to wash are broken. There are always people hanging around begging for food and they will keep begging as you try to wash your car. They will count the quarters you use and complain that you used too many and that some of those quarters should have been given to them.

This business is a joke. The only reason it is open is to give a place for drug dealers, gang activity, and human trafficking. Why the city doesn’t shut this down, I have no idea. I have tried contacting the owners of the business for years to see how we can help make it a safer environment, but they are entirely unresponsive.

So I have been going to this car wash for a while and while I know about the crack heads that hang out there and almost live there tonight I went to the second bay from left and the metal box that you put money in has now got about 90 volts running through it and I wasnt able to even put my money in it will be reporting it.

You are looking for a place to wash your car in midtown Kansas City Missouri regardless what time of day evening or night it's always a clean and healthy environment and plus if you don't feel like doing it it's always somebody there is willing to earn a buck or two to clean your car

Great place to hand wash your car. There's plenty of guys who will towel your car off for a small price. If it's your first time of many, do it. Give em a $20. Beers are cool too. Don't expect a perfect job. Do feel good about helping someone out. DO NOT GO AFTER THE SUN HAS SET.

My favorite car wash in all midtown John the owner keeps the hot water on all year round so you wash and rinse in hot which is good for watching vehicles gets off all the soap even the towel rinse sink water is hot I pass maybe 4-5 car washes to come down to midtown car wash

If there was anyway to rate 0 stars I would. The change machine ate a $5 bill with Noone to report this too. This along with the Homeless asking for a hand out, my response? Get my $5 back and we'll talk. My recommendation is to stay as far away as you can from this place.

Seems alright but as it gets dark earlier outside, not gonna lie---i was in a hurry to get out of there! It is well lit however, its probably just the area that kinda creeped me out. I have gone there numerous times throughout the years and nothing has ever popped off...

No issues, a sweet man took cash to wash my car for me and I was happy to oblige and stay warm on a freezing cold day. We discussed spreading peace and love, and I think accomplished our goals, including a clean car!

Too busy in great weather there will be a line but prices to wash & alot of times there are homeless or side hustlers help by washing car for yu for a small fee....night time be aware of surroundings though

Cool little spot for quick wash, there's a change machine here for quarters I believe twenty dollars is the most to change out, early in the morning always the best time to beat the traffic here...

A hidden gem. $1.50 to start the wash and it is worth every penny. Best car wash in downtown KC. Never a line. Water is hot. Soap is always soapy. My favorite place to wash my car.

One of the most depressing car washes I have ever been to in my life. The place is surrounded by bums harassing you for money and half the equipment is broken or has been stolen.

Great price for a hot sudsy wash. Always someone around offering and willing to wash your car for you for a few bucks...but never aggressive if you turn them down.

Poor the change machine took my money $5 then then I tried to buy air freshener and Damned SOS pad came out never again I'm going to 47th street and pay 50 cents

Lived in the area for over 25 years. First time using this car wash in several years. Too many people just hanging around. Don't quite feel comfortable.

I've been working my car there for years does crack addicts that will help you dry your car at the end they're actually very friendly people …

Wish it had more space to park and dry off your car but other than that it was clean and everything works …

Good car wash. You just have to tell all the guys that come up to you "NO!" a couple of times and they'll leave you alone.

This is the place I like to wash my Audi I don't trust those automated washes they never get my car clean like I like it

Vacuum machine doesn't work. Put a quarter in the machine and it got stuck. No owner on site. Smh

It's a decent car wash. However the vacuums are expensive and they don't give you much time.
