The Petsmrt in this Shopping Center is THE ABSOLUTE WORSE SERVICE I'VE EVER RECEIVED!! I Was In There Over 3 hrs. BC I Couldn't Get Any Assistance From Any Employee's For 1, I'd Ask Some Young Kid Walking By About What I Needed & I Either Got "IDK?!" or "Well, Not Sure, Whatever's Out Here!" Plus, Every Single Time I Got The Patent Answer They'd Just Walk Away...NO "I'll Check" or "Let Me Ask Someone Else" Or "Is There Anything Else I Can Help You With?" Or "Let Me Help You Search Thru All The Disheveled Out Of Place Isles" NOTHING HELPFUL AT ALL!! I WAS TOLD THEY ABSOLUTELY DIDN'T CARRY THE FIGURE 8 LEASH FOR STRONG PULLER DOG'S, WHICH CORRECTS THAT BEHAVIOR, BUT THEY DIDN'T EVEN KNOW WHAT IT WAS!! THEN AFTER 2+ HRS. ANOTHER SHOPPER/ CUSTOMER SHOWED ME AND GAVE ME ADVICE ON HOW TO USE IT (It Was Right There In Front Of Where I Had Asked The Employee's) I Didn't Recognize It bc I'd Never Used Or Seen 1 B4 But The Employee #1 Didn't Even Look, Know What It Was Or Even Offer Any Help Whatsoever! This Was After Asking Every Person Who Worked There (six) 2 At The Register (8 Total) & The Store Was Practically Empty 2-3 Customer's At a Time In The Whole 3+ Hrs.!! The Customer W/Dog Said "It's Right Here" He Showed Me How To Use It & How Well It Worked, I'd Say He Took Minimum Of 30-40 Mins. His Time To Help Me Find Everything I Needed & Didn't Need To Go W/It!! Plus This Was All Taking Place In An Isle Where I'd Left My Son & Went To The Register & Asked Them To Send Someone To Help Me, No One Ever Showed Up To Help Not B4, During Or After This Man Was Helping My Son & I, So Ya I Was Pretty Irate By The Time I Got To The Register To Spend 231.$ Just To Find ALL 6 Floor Worker's & 2 At The Check-Out Joking & Discussing Food, "No, My Manudo Is The Best!" My Tamales Are The Best...!" By Now Bizz Had Picked Up & I Had Ppl Asking ME For Help!! BC ALL 8 Employee's Were Up Front Standing Around Gabbing!! I Was Infuriated As I Was Getting Rung Up & Still Had Ppl Asking Me Questions...SO After Spending $231.+ I Told The Guy Ringing Me Up How Long I'd Waited & Asked Why Hadn't He Sent Anyone To Help Me But He Shrugged, So I Asked For The Mgr. & 1 Of The LITTLE GIRL'S/MAYBE 20 If THAT CAME UP (1 of the employee's who'd walked away while I was asking for help)She Says "Yes?" I Said "You're The Mngr.?" "No, But I'm In Charge!" That Was It For Me, I Said "Why Are You Guy's All Up Here Joking Around When You Have Customer's & I've Been In Here 3 Hrs. & It Took A Nice Customer To Help & Finally Get Me Out Of Here?!" She Shrugged & I Lost It, Thought Seriously About Having The Employe Who'd Rung Me Up Return My $$, The Only 1 Who Was Actually Maybe 30 Yrs. Old! The Rest Teen & EARLY 20's!! But Didn't Want To Wait 3-7 Day's For My $$ To Go Back On My Card!! So I Got The Name & Number Of The General Mngr. & District Mngr. & Filed a Report W/Name's & All, Explaining That They'd Lost a Loyal Customer For Life, Who Spends $150.-$350. Mo. EVERY MO. On My German Shepherds& Not Just That Store But The Entire Chain That I Was Going To Petco From Now On For The Rest Of My German Shepherds Lives But Also For The Rest Of Mine As Well & Any Future Animals I Will Ever Have!! I Would Rather Pay Xtra $$ & Have Good Service Than Ever Be Treated So Disrespectful & W/Such Distain For Even Being In The Store, Bothering Them At ALL W/Questions Let Alone Like I Was Intruding On Their Ability For Fun!! The Very Worst Part Is That ALL Of Them Were So Young,That Most If Not All Could've Been My OWN Children!! (Thank God, My Boy's Were Taught To Not Only Respect Their Elders But All Ppl, Especially Themselves! Which Is Why They Would Not Behave In Such A Way As To Disespect Their Own Employer's By Having Such Lackluster For Them Or The Job They're There To Do & Do Well!!) Good Ridance Petsmart Dara Crippen

Watch out for this guard on the Midtown Plaza lot. We were harrassed by him this morning as we are getting out of the gym and back to our van. We have been traveling around the country for 7months in our campervan and had just recently retuned home this week and we have never had any experience like this one (yes we are not homeless we have a house in Mid City) this man came and knocked on our door as said "sir you cannot live here" my husband calmly responded "we do not live here" to which this man replied "yes you are! I've been watching your van since 6am" we replied "sir we've only been in the gym for an hour" he is very persistent and accusing us of staying in the parking lot and "living there". My husband suggested that we all go to the gym and confirm the time we checked in. The system showed it was a little after 8am when we checked in and it was pass 9 when he knocked on our van. We've sorted the time issue but we didn't get a sincere apology from this man. He was still hung up on the issue that I called him a liar which I did. We explained to him that it wasn't about him inquiring about us being there, it was the tone, demeanor and the accusations. If you start a conversation with an accusation nothing positive will come about. He didn't like that I called him a liar, but he doesn't see how his behavior caused all this unpleasant exchange to happen. We tried to speak with the owner (his boss) but apparently he doesn't want to get involved. I am writing this for people to be aware and be careful with this man. Next time you see a van like this, please know that it is a leisure van and whoever owns one cannot be homeless. And to the owner of the plaza, I hope you be more mindful on who you hire. This man is not equipped to interact with people. We are reasonable so we were able to handle him, but it only takes another crazy person like him to escalate things and that would not be good for anyone involved.

I haven't been here for several years, and it has changed a lot from when I was growing up and seeing all the different stores that came and went. They now have an Olive Garden, Yoshioya, UPS Store, Yogurt land, and many other shops and eating places. I had to pick up some meat from Ralph's, and the parking lot was busy since it is the day before Thanksgiving. It is to be expected that there is a lot of patrons coming on and out. The patrons here are on the ghetto side, talking trash to the clerks at Ralph's telling then to hurry up, and people opening their car doors hitting the car next to them without a care. This is why I love being in Vegas because you can do a curbside pick up of your groceries or park far from others since there is a lot of parking spots available to avoid your car being damaged in a parking lot. Despite trying to make the shopping area look nice, the people are still the same from 20, 30, 40 years ago when there was a Sears and then later an indoor swapmeet. I am going to Smart N Finals from now on because I can't deal with these crazy people.

  • Kevin Atkins

Grew up in the same neighborhood as this shopping center. I love this area deeply! Its where my faintest memory is set and always reminds me of my humble beginnings. Of course its got erthing you could want here. From a extensive choice of premium cuisine, to "bag it & smash it" fast food! From roller skating rink to a 24 hour fitness! B of A of course "represent represent!" Lol Then the the company of all company's , Kroger aka Ralphs! Im biased. Used to work for em in colorado! But they really do out-"everything" their competition and rivals! And if that aint enough...the class of people who shop here regardless of what or where...is a Cut above the average individual. Lol Real talk tho! The women are beautiful! The men brooding and looking good! Everybody looking good cause they feeling good! And feeling good, cause they lookin' good!" Midtown Shopping Center is ALL GOOD!!!

  • Ed K

Lucky us, we've got a prime location with a tricky entrance and plenty of parking... I mean, who wouldn't want that? I mean, sure, a Costco would have been nice, but apparently we weren't good enough for them. Instead, we've got a Lowe's with its "awesome" service and "helpful" staff. And let's not forget the $20 fast food Chipotle and the hair salon, pet clinic, dental clinic, Chase bank, beauty supply store, and supersized Smart and Final store with a line of 6 people waiting for the one cashier who's overwhelmed and mentally not there. And if that's not enough, there's always the Ross store where the company must have forgotten about it altogether, with outdated decor and a layout that will leave you scratching your head. But hey, at least you won't have any trouble finding the tops and bottoms that are conveniently separated! Yay!

The owner of this building should be cited. The elevators are chronically broken. He should therefore not list it as handicapped accessible. Neither the name of his company nor that of his elevator company is posted anywhere near elevators so people could bombard them with complaints. The person who answered the phone in the elevator with its doors open asked if I wanted her to call emergency services and I have to say I was tempted. A very nice man from Lowe’s carried my cart full of groceries down to the second floor for me. I don’t know where the disabled person who was also waiting for the elevator went. I offered to drive back up to drive him down to ground level but he disappeared.

  • Jae Elijah

Meh. Store: They have quite a few retail stores but I don't frequent any of them. The only stores that bring customers (in my humble opinion) is the Lowes and Smart&Final. There's also a PetSmart, Ulta, Carters, and Bob's Furniture. Meh. Parking: Ample parking. For the size of this place, they really expected a lot of customer traffic but that's a negative. The parking floors between the top and bottom levels are always empty, give or take a few brave souls. There's an elevator in the parking structure but it's made for nightmares. It may be large but it's slow and makes anyone nervous due to its slow mechanics. You've been warned.

  • David Y.

This is a nice hidden gem of a shopping center. Good selection of stores, including a Ross Dress For Less, Smart And Final supermarket, Ulta beauty supply, Chase Bank and at least a half dozen other stores. A view of the Hollywood sign is a nice little perk for out-of-towners. Never mobbed with crazy crowds, probably because all the stores are sort of invisible to the surrounding streets. It just looks like a big parking structure from the street. The stores are all on the top level. I believe there's also a Home Depot at ground level.

  • AshxBash

Midcity is a whole plaza filled with food courts and shopping sites for all your needs and essentials. It's a cool lil plaza that really has everything you can tick off your shopping list. Cvs, Lowes, Ross, Wingstop, Five Guys and more! Then across from the shopping center is a strip on the right that holds Jersey Mikes, T-Mobile, Panda Express, and more! This is a great place to chill with the homies, but if y'all get food, you're gonna have to carry it until you get home since most, if not all, places don't allow dine-in.

  • Dana S Schwartz

The restaurants are good and represent a good cross-section of different tastes, but the large stores like CVS and Ralph's are worse than average. Both have a limited selection for large chain stores. Worse is the fact that customer service in both stores is poor at best, despite the fact that there are a few employees in each store who are extremely nice, professional, and helpful. Unfortunately, overall, customer service in both us atrocious, particularly from management.

  • That Dude Los

There's a variety of stores and small restaurants to choose from this location. You can get a good amount of things done at this location in one spot. The only one gripe I have with it is the parking situation. Sometimes it gets packed on the top floor, however there's always parking a level down. I come here frequently for a lot of my needs whether it be a chicken bowl from Chipotle, if I need some workout clothes from Ross, or to get a quick haircut at Great Clips.

  • Johnny Pina (limitimil)

It's very diverse, and everyone is just trying to get by. The Ralphs security guard helps everyone, good man. The food places are trying to help homeless while they help themselves a little too much but sometimes it's hard out there. The workers in Ralphs are great and energetic, the women at subway are nice if you talk with them, very clean area. Olive garden not too far off, very clean also.

  • Hussain Schneider

Little did I knew, this mall that I went in was pretty fantastic. The saleslady was amazing and hospitable to cater to my needs. When I already have the thing that I needed, I immediately run to the cashier, and they greeted me “good morning” so nicely. I was in so much gratefulness with their goodness and professionalism. I would come back again and again. Have a great day!

  • Vicky Ford

This is a destination on my bucket list. This is one of the best shopping centers in the region. This mall is one of my favorite shopping destinations because it is well-designed and offers excellent deals. There were a lot of beautiful rooms to pick from. The party's participants are polite and accepting. This advertisement was both spectacular and hilarious!

  • Beau Morris

I'm so thankful because this place truly has it all. From imported products, food courts, boutiques, and many more. I was having the best time here because the place was so amazing and everything else was perfect, especially for my family. This shopping centre is indeed the best when it comes to providing products and its services. Highly recommended!

  • Jill Manning

I love Midtown Shopping Center. It was, my go to place when I lived in the neighborhood. You can satisfy just about every need there from haircuts to home improvement. My only beef is with the way drivers use the parking lot to avoid traffic. Be careful when you are there because I have had my fair share of near misses and have seen accidents.

  • Lela Hoffman

The music has made this place magical. In the evening, I suggest that you visit the park. The mall itself is massive, and anyone will find a nice store or a place to eat. The only thing is, it's hard to find in this mall, since there are a number of exits and entrances. Overall, we were happy with our shopping time and stroll around the park!

  • Mē B.

WOW..is the bomb, haven't been here in some many years, but the place brought back allllll the ole school memory's that were made here ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨ Oooo.and the ramp still didn't take me down, I do wish they would turn the light down though so you can enjoy the strobe lights and such...but still all and all great place.

  • Carmi Abarca

Went to the Planet Fitness there. Super busy! Didn't even want to work out after the terrible experience there! I was in the bathroom talking on the phone and one of the PF employees told me to refrain from using my phone because others were waiting yet she managed to sweep all the other stalls around mine... Never going back there again!

  • Hector Silva

Visiting this huge place it's not necessarily the entire shopping center they have several business from a Chase bank to a Ralph's market from a Starbucks to a Denny's Restaurant I normally go there cause of the Denny's located in there however everytime we go the parking lot seems to be always busy so I assume that it's a great location

  • Caroline Louis

There is many options to go I live close and I like it is very convenient for me and the neighbors around..you can find a little of everything you’re looking for, groceries pharmacy many restaurants..the planet fitness is closer too Ross store petsmart Ralphs, smart&final Lowe’s and more enough parking lot..I’m lucky to live closer

  • Wanda Cabin

Its ok but you get crabby attitude from Ralphs Market locking up liquor that I'm buying for someone else.Cashiers ," I don't drink what is that you get it." I say no please hand me the product brand. That chicken wing place mixes up online orders &leaves off whole orders or the combo drink. Thats the for purchasing combos. …

  • rebecca alvarenga

Very nice shopping center with an outstanding selection of shops. There is a very large Ralph's supermarket with a Starbucks inside in addition to a deli and a meat and seafood counter that will fry your fish if you ask. There is also a Five Guys, a Subway, a Yoshinoya and other eateries. Plus a Living Spaces furniture store.

  • Lianne Corbiere

I really like this shopping center. It only has a few stores, but they are good ones: Petsmart, Lowe's, Ralph's and others as well as a few decent places to eat: PizzaRev, Chipotle, Jersey Mike's. Parking is always free, but crowded on the top level. Try the middle or lower parking level to get easy open spaces.

  • Douglas “Douje” Smolens

Theres just about anything you could need in this shopping center. But it is pretty gross overall and attracts some very sketchy people. So just be vigilant at night. My wife was harrassed by someone who clearly wasn't all there but it was still scary for her. She still goes to this shopping but is more careful.

  • Janice Doutt

Love this shopping center. It pretty much has everything you need. Home depot, Best Buy, Target, Restaurants, Desserts and more. I'm glad they opened up this place. It's like a MINI VERSION of santana row minus all that fancy cars & bars. I come to the plant for everything. You can always find me shopping here.

  • Kelly Vallance

I shopped at both the Ross and the Ralphs stores in this shopping center. Both stores were clean and pretty well stocked. This Ross seemed to have much more inventory than some other Ross stores I have visited recently. The lines were fairly long but moved pretty quickly at both stores.

  • Benjamin WasHere

An odd assortment of stores ranging from food to furniture to pet supplies. So long as what You're looking for is here, you're good to go. Lots of ample parking, and the parking is really the fun park. As you exit u have an immediate downhill sprint...assuming you would want to do that!

  • Blake Kibō

The plus side is that there's a lot of parking. The downside is that there's a lot of people and things are not labelled so I had to ask around where certain stores were. In all I was able to go in and out without a problem. I could do without the extra steps however.

  • michelle russell

I really like the convenience and location in this center. I went lunch, picked up a few things at Lowe's, did some banking at Chase and picked up my grub for the week at Ralph's (you can also Furniture shop and work out). The best part is traveling is under 2 miles.

  • Robynne Jackson

I like midtown shopping center I've been going to midtown shopping center since zody's was there I shop at Ralph's sometimes and it's clean the customer service is on board and it finally got to be a safe shopping center even though they reopened the skating rink

  • Marie Edwards

I stop by here in morning to get smoothies at JJ or breakfast sandwiches at Subways and sometimes at Ralph’s for coffee and sandwiches. The shopping center well kept and has ample parking spaces. They have a variety of restaurants and stores to choose from.

  • L. Claybourne

Shopped at Ralphs market and all was good The Midtown center has changed a lot in pass years. I lived in that area about twenty years ago,the shops are different. But I did feel confident in shopping there being a senior and walking with a cane.

  • Nythia Very Jewish (Stop NF Logan warriors)

Ops it's a nice lil erea to just get a few errands done and maby a lil browsing at living spaces Ralph's made the bday cake on the spot it looks great no? Good too our Stop N F Hero loved it he will be driving there soon again for a new bed !!!!

  • Palito Man

This is one strange shopping center im not a big fan of the area it’s not a nice place yet they have soo much good stuff here from sweets to munchies to straight out grocery. This place is convenient for your craving and needs.

  • mrkind man

The parking lot has plants 'cat tails' which are so pretty, but so UNSAFE! It's hard to pull out into the exit from the parking-rows to the street traffic. It's frustrating and dangerous. Otherwise, the rating would increase?

  • Mathilda Boyd

This is an excellent place to go shopping! They have a beautiful ambiance and are very well maintained very hygienic atmosphere. It’s one of the best shopping malls I’ve visited in my life so far. I will come back here again!

  • Bri C

Lot of great shops. Bit tricky to go from parking to the shops. With kids can be long process to get there especially with one small elevator which is closed half the time. Very diverse crowd along the way to say the least.

  • Jmpride1930 Neptune

An upgraded neighborhood community service center offering a wide variety of your every day survival needs. Groceries. Medicines. Desserts. Hair products. Eateries. Whatever you might need...tis a one-stop deal gas saver.

Go here to do some shopping at Ralph's market, work out at the Planet Fitness. My son has gone to the World on Wheels to skate with friends. Nice to see that it is still open for the new generation of skaters.

  • Arie Azri

Great place to do some grocery shopping here. Also you can grab something to eat, get a haircut and do some banking. Also Lowe's is located here. Best of all free parking and the parking structure is huge!

  • dd jj

This is the perfect place to get in and out for quick shopping. The design isn't the best since it's soo closed off from the street but the shopping is great. There's also a cute Cafe downstairs I enjoy.

  • Momo

Lots of parking, and lots of people double parking. Good to get in and get out, seems to draw some problematic crowds, some improvement after the world on wheels closed. But still be alert and cautious.

  • Alto Theory

Mid city at its best. Grocery, beauty supply, furniture store, and retail close to public transit making it convenient for all commuters: pedestrians, drivers, and patrons of local and beach transits.

  • Lealani Revestir

Its a good small neighborhood market place by my friends parents house. Especially knowing that they hve a Olive garden restaurant now. And a roller rink too. Man do i miss rollerblading …

  • Nelly Acosta

I changed my tires here a friend recommended this place and it was a good experience. The staff was very professional I didn't have to wait for a long time. Their service is really good.

  • Amanda Jefferson

Because i am a resident in the area and it is convenient. The only lacking place to shop is Ralphs. It's not clean, produce is a C and let's not speak about the one register being open.

  • Lisa Bruce

I’ve been coming here to this shopping center for over 20 plus years on this occasion I brought my daughters and niece to the skating rink #worldonwheels they really enjoyed themselves

  • D Rogers

Interesting Ralph's, they'll fry your fish on the spot. Not the greatest mini mall, but serviceable. There's a living spaces, a CVS, a yougurtland. Easy parking. But run down.

  • Fuego Aloha

If you're not into skating might be boring unless going w friends etc. If you LOVE skating this place is for you. Cool environment. Cool staff. Too cool actually.

  • Vivian Scranton

Went to Ralph's for some produce. They had everything except spinach in the bag; no worries though..we got fresh. Did pick up a few things. No lines. In and out!

  • ELIZABETH “LISA OR BIG LISA” DIAZ

Everything is always fine, except the security guard who's very rude n yells alot at strangers. Parking is great. I never have any problems their.

  • Carol Cumberland

I visited the very nice Ralph's on Christmas day. They were open until 5pm! Great selection of merchandise and good Rice's on most items.

  • Chris Stankewich

We placed an order late and they quickly and professionally worked hard to fill the order, they kept me updated every step of the way.
