I was a uni graduate working and staying in Melbourne on a temporary visa (Temporary Graduate Visa), and wanting to get a permit to stay as a permanent resident. I had some consultations before with different agencies, however the pathways to get there was still not very clear to me. The main challenge was that the occupation that I’m aiming for or “that I know” I am qualified for is no longer on the list of occupations on the Immigration Department - which make the chances of me to get a PR become dramatically slimmer. As I started working and knowing that my employer is willing to sponsor me, I begin more robust research and was referred to Guner H. and have been working with him on my visa applications and consultations for well more over than two years now. During this process I also had my sponsorship nomination got rejected and had to stay under Bridging Visa C (BVC), which very difficult for me as by the regulation I am not allowed to work and at the same time I have no financial support. ✅ My experience; As someone that is considerably new in a strange land, not much knowing about the regulation landscapes, having to work and other different commitments, I found that each consultation with Guner and the service that he has been provided was a solid one. What I like and that distinguished him to me is that he is willing to listen to you and understand your whole situation. He’s able to explain and make it easy for me to understand about the regulations around it, provided a clear options and pictured me some pathways for me to choose, while work on it together. I also very pleased that he always keep me up to date and shared all the crucial things that I need to know (so I got no doubt) which is expected, but he did it without even me had to ask. Apart from having knowledge on what he is doing I feel like he is also committed to his work and client. He would go extra mile to get your problems sorted. ✅ Talking about the outcome; Some notable outcomes that he has done were appealing to the higher court so that I am able to work while in BVC and organising my visa application that now my then rejected sponsorship nomination has been approved. I’ve been very pleased working with him and has referred a couple of my friends to him which was happy as well with their outcomes. Experiences to each individual may be unique, but I got to say I’m very happy with what he has done for me.

My father used Migration Lawyers Melbourne to obtain a visa for his wife who lives overseas. Migration Lawyers Melbourne has been very helpful in obtaining accurate and fast information regarding the visa. It was especially helpful when Guner Hussein provided, regular updates to my father of the status without chasing for the information. It was a bonus for my father considering Guner was bilingual and was able to connect with him on a one on one basis without a third person to assist. As a family we would highly recommend Migration Lawyers Melbourne to anyone.

After along awaited application that got delayed an extra year by Covid, Guner from GSL came through with a huge case to get my application processed and finalised. Gratefully, today we received the approval and could not be more happier.
