I understand negative online reviews damage businesses sometimes unfairly but have given Milano an opportunity to respond and they have ignored my messages for weeks and deleted anything I posted publicly. Despite the chaotic environment, this place is set up elegantly. Most of the staff are professional but had one very bad experience with an entitled waitress that blatantly ignored our table to publicly flirt with a male customer. Her colleagues weren't impressed but she did not seem bothered by the backlash. Seeing Milanos lack of action on play after complaints, shows the organisational culture. I do not recommend this place.

A hidden gem at the Bamburi mwisho stage.. Some nice music on the background, decent coffee and nice food. The prices are also affordable.

Ordered the Tuesday Pizza BOGOF. The delivery unfortunately took soo long and had to keep calling to confirm if the pizza is ready. We ordered the bbq steak and chicken. The crust on the pizza is thin and crispy,wished the filling were more,but this is what you expect on offer pizzas. But they were delicious!

Dined in here. The service we received was nice. We went in at a time where we were alone in the restaurant. Had their pizza. It was made fresh. However it took longer to be served than what the waitress had told us. It was also greasier than expected.

Very upscale designed rustic meets modern with Italian, swahili ,coffee ☕️ and a bar all sections and an outdoor veranda with beautiful plants and shade enclosed from the busy main street. The lemonade are freshly made and delicious and the lemon mint also. The menu is very reasonable and a romantic place to take a date .the ambience is awesome and waiting staff helpful

Delicious pizza, lively bar club. Perfect combo! Crispy yet soft crust, fresh toppings, diverse menu. Energetic atmosphere, great music, friendly staff. Impressive drink selection. Trendy decor, comfortable seating. Memorable culinary adventure. Highly recommended!

A very beautiful place but I got tge worst service ever, I waited for one hour fifteen minutes to get my pizzá which was absolutely nothing worth waiting for that much ‍♀️‍♀️pizzá is supposed to be chewy and stretchy not some hard dough and burnt meat... I'm dissapointed Milano's really really dissapointed …

Resturant is beautifull but the food isn't upto stardards..got dissapointed with their bhajia,jamani ngano ni mchanga tupu,couldn't even eat half the plate..other time i ordered pizza but was dissapointed still,i'd rather stick to pizza inn for pizza and other places for swahili food.

Nice food and nice waiters. The new bar next door BLAQ is pretty cool!

Meat Balls with Fries

Milano has a nice set-up, look and feel, with decent food. Saying that though, customer service needs a lot of work. Floor staff can be quite loud and noisy, as well as unprofessional.
