During our time of grief, the staff at Miles was superb. The director was very knowledgeable about the process of the final services- all the way from where to hold the funeral- she offered her own home church- down to fans for my grieving family's comfort during the service. She was prompt and kept to a tight schedule. She kept us all on time and on track as it is easy to get sidetracked during all the commotion at a service. She was the epitome of professional the entire day. I will continue to recommend Miles Funeral Service despite what the other reviews say because of the white glove service that I received. Thank you to Miles Funeral Home for helping us through the rough time of burying a loved one. Ms. Allen (the director) could not have been better. I will certainly think of Miles first if we ever need a funeral home service again.

Ms. Denise Allen, gave me the least expensive options available for the funeral service and burial of my son.She helped me with a contract, after hours, in her office.I traveled from Philadelphia to New York on the bus.Unfortunately he had no insurance, but she worked with me and my daughter-in-love's church."Mountain of Fires and Miracles Ministries," on Blake St., in Brooklyn, NY. It took many prayers and even a GoFundMe page, to pay the total amount due, in advance.We had one small problem at the cemetery.Ms. Allen got on her cellphone and worked it out. They had clean Lincoln Navigator Limousinesand good drivers. I appreciate her patience professionalism and understanding as we laid my son to rest.I highly recommend "Miles Funeral Home!"

Extremely helpful, polite staff. I was shocked reading the reviews because that is the exact opposite of what I experienced. The director I think her name is Ms. Allen was so nice to myself and my family. She truly took a lot of care with our relative and advised us on many things. she even offered to help us print programs, etc. She made us feel very taken care of the whole time. Communication is flawless as well as her time management. Would use this service again if I needed to. Ms. Allen made us feel loved- as if we were apart of her family. And she took care of us as such.

Very Arrogant Nasty Disrespectful Lady they have as a secretary, the moment I called, she was so argumentative. Her first question ! WHO IS THIS ? HELLO !!! NOW HOW MAY I HELP YOU ? the question asked was how does your company provide services when experiencing a lost. ( first time experiencing this ) she YELLED WELL WHAT DO YOU WANT. LETS GET REAL HERE. MY response was GOODBYE. Please people if you don't want to feel worst sending your loved ones away don't choose these people. They have no compassion. I didn't want to even put a star, but it was needed to comment.

Totally unprofessional will never use them again!. Lack of genuine compassion. Bordering on calling the BBB on them. Way too over priced. Money grabbers. No communication with our family after our cremation service. I had to call the cremator myself a month later to find out if my relatives remains were ready....I was furious to find out that they were ready 3 days after the service and nobody from Miles bothered to call us. There's much more I could complain about but. Ill End With this. MILES IS Terrible. .. do not use these people. 7

Just had to bury a good friend. They could not have been nicer. During my grief, they showed compassion and strong support. I couldn't thank them enough for all the have done. They worked with us on pricing and Miles Funeral Home was much less expensive than other prices we received. I would recommend them highly. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
