Don't waste your time! I dropped my car off on Saturday morning at 8:30am. No phone call on Saturday afternoon, I called them at 9:30am today (the following Monday). The receptionist told me I would have to "wait till the Mark got it" and he would call me. He didn't, I called at 11 and spoke to the Mark who said "down one guy mate" "haven't touched it yet, maybe by lunchtime" and frankly just talked at me rather than to me. I was very polite, after thinking it through I called and told them I would pick it up. Appalling Business practice. If you can't do the work asked, don't take it on. I took a day off of work and they couldn't even call me to tell me they wouldn't have it done in time. If you value punctuality and customer service this is not the place for you. Pakenham has a lot of local Mechanics who will happily take your business - the place I took my car to said he may even have it finished by this afternoon for me. This company dosen't even deserve one star.

The most disgraceful experience. I placed my vehicle to get serviced at this shop. The fitters damage the alternator and return the car to me in limp mode. Mind you they don’t even fill in the log book due to not finding it. (It’s in the glove box where it always has been. I’ve returned the car to manufacture and has so far cost me $1300 to repair and still more to go. Never offered to help or pay for any damages done. I wouldn’t trust these people with my bicycle or family car again.

Dropped car for safety inspection the day b4 a family weekend away $500 later. Then very next day broke down stranded on hume hwy with car full of kids thanks Mark gr8 safety inspection NOT!!!!! Went back he says oh well n tells me he will get back to me with price for new engine "NOT THAT ID LET HIM DO IT ANYWAY " Still waiting for a reply 3 weeks later.

Miles Mechanical are the best mechanics around they are extremely helpful reliable and willing to go the extra mile to help out whenever you need it. They are honest have affordable rates and you wouldn't meet more nicer people! Highly recommend!

Great service. Very informative receptionist. Booked in quickly with no hassle. Once my car was there I had a call in about an hour to inform me of any work that was needed. All up front and lovely to deal with.

Always fantastic service by Mark. He is a transparent mechanic. Will tell you exactly what you need and exactly how much it will cost you. Is great at explaining issues. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Just had my car fixed second hand ignition barrel fitted and replace barrel holder on vs commodore 300 bucks later rang around and could get it half that price ☹
