My dentist was simply fantastic. They took their time to listen to my concerns and answered all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand. They carried out a thorough examination and explained every step of the process, ensuring I was comfortable throughout. I appreciate their attention to detail and the care they took to make sure I was happy with my treatment. I was also impressed with the level of customer service provided by the staff. They were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a positive experience. They even followed up with me after my appointment to make sure I was doing well and to answer any further questions I may have had. The dentist lady I had clearly doesn’t have a clue about what she is doing. I have a small hole in my tooth and her option was to rip it out or she told me to go and find a professional that can push back my gums which to me makes no sense at all. My friend had an appointment before me with the same dentist and she came out with no tooth. Seems to me because this little new dentist doesn’t know what she is doing the east option for her is to rip everyone’s teeth out. I haven’t had a tooth out since I was a teen, and last year I had 4 teeth saved via root canal that were in a lot worse states than the filling I need in my tooth that does not need to be ripped out. I’m appalled by her condescending attitude towards me whilst showing me my x-ray. And I’m scared for people going to see her in the future because she does not know what she is doing.

I have a chipped tooth with a filling that fell out, this happens every 2-3 years or so, it happened again so I booked with them. my new filling fell out after 2 months. I went in again after a call with a receptionist who agreed to replace it free of charge, which was conditional on me returning as I didn't trust the same thing wouldn't happen again. once inside I discovered no one knew about this free of charge talk and after another lengthy discussion they agreed to do it. wasn't very professional but the job was done.. or so I thought.. that filling lasted 24 hours. Im cutting my losses, fool me once, fool me twice.

Avoid this dentist especially if you are under NHS. On my first visit the 2 receptionist ladies were talking about an NHS patient who ‘should be paying’ and ways to charge them extra! The dentist was in such a rush that she did not remove even half of my build up and plaque. My gums are still bleeding. I called up the dentist and they said they will do nothing more unless I pay extra, despite the fact my teeth were not cleaned properly the first time round. Sent several emails following this and all have been ignored. Really poor service. Seem’s like all they are interested in is making extra money.

My partner was left with stains on her teeth after a clean up during a hygiene appointment which she felt was very rushed - they just wanted to hurry up and get the job done. Additionally, she had booked and paid for next appointment already but decided to cancel due to the poor service received for that treatment despite being pregnant and should be under NHS. The company still have not refunded her money and continue to ignore all communication. Extremely unprofessional to deal with. Avoid this place!

I have visited the practice in the past with a more peculiar issue. I have a system not used very often in the UK. Several dentists have tried to help but failed and I was loosing all hope of solving my issue. That feeling stopped after I have discussed my issue with the dentist and she went above and beyond to help me. Thanks to her diligence and commitment I can confidently smile again . I have nothing but good things to say about everything that is that practice. I highly recommend it.

I came into this place a few weeks ago in hopes of finding a new dental practise, immediately I was introduced to a lovely young receptionist with a warm and welcoming smile. She was flawless in terms of customer service, aided me through everything their practise had to offer and offered to call me later to confirm if I had wanted to proceed with their practise; which she did. Overall, 100/10 experience so far. I believe her name was Wunish, amazing receptionist 1000/10 .

Really difficult to get through to the practice over the phone - on endless holds. When you finally get through, one of the receptionists is really unhelpful, incompetent with poor customer service. Appreciating that some delays are out of their control, there was no appetite to follow up with their supplier and refused to do so after I had proactively asked them . Would not recommend this practice - avoid

I decided to try this practice as it has good reviews, and I cannot fault it. the receptionist, Saad, is lovely and made the registering and appt booking process very easy, and is a joy to chat to in the waiting room. Dr Hassan was brilliant and fixed all of my issues stress-free. Very welcoming and friendly environment as well as great dental work. I would recommend to anyone! Thanks guys!

Mill lane dental practice is a new and separate practice From choose price dentist . They Share the same premises . The Receptionist at Mill lane practice is wonderful very Professional kind , wise ,friendly and helpful too / Just wonderful . The dental team are amazing , Very gentle , highly professional and very kind . It’s a new and wonderful team One which I highly recommend.

Took 3 weeks before my 5yo could be seen, then the filling cracked within 24hrs, no one calls back, no sense of urgency or compassion. The reception think it’s ok to put the phone down on you rather than communicate in a professional manner, they couldn’t tell me basic information about the location of a pharmacy. They took my 5yo off the books with no warning and wasted our day.

Recently I visited this practice for the first time and am part way through extensive dental work. So far it's been fantastic. When you walk in you get a warm welcome from the receptionist - very professional. Dr Samriti Batta is a gem - very caring and very thorough. Thanks to the fantastic dental assistant too. I highly recommend this practice.

Excellent Dental practice, all the staff are friendly, welcoming and attentive. I only started going from april and in that time the dentist has helped me get my teeth in to a healthy state. Dr A Patel is lovely and will explain everything she is doing (as per my preference) but also in way that you understand what is going on and remember.

Lovely refurbishment with the practice. Staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. Would definitely recommend the practice to nervous patients as I have previously suffered with a bad experience, but I am extremely confident with the staff at this practice who made me feel so relaxed!

Terrible. They charge you as private patient even though I booked an appointment as NHS patient and exempt due to pregnancy. They do not even get back to me after calling and sending emails, they just ignore, knowing what they did is wrong.

I was greeted with a smile by the kind receptionist. All staff were really friendly and helpful. It was a really nice environment as well as offerening affordable and reasonable prices. I will recommend to all my friends and family!

Went to Dr. Mahrukh for emergency treatment of a failed root canal that had a terrible infection. Followed by extraction of the tooth. Very happy with the treatment and Dr. Mahrukh. She has a very calm, kind and gentle demeanour.

I recently visited with my daughter who needed teeth extractions for her orthodontic treatment. I am pleased with the service and can highly recommend. Very caring, professional approach and painless experience for my daughter.

I went for a filling which fell down one month later. I called and they were unable to attend me. On third call ,they asked for my phone number to call me back , days past and they never called . Very unprofessional.

Appalling experience with this dental practice. Chipped a tooth and need a crown which didn’t fit. After 3 further attempts and 4 months was promised a reimbursement which they have not done. Avoid at all costs !

Avoid at all costs. No internal communication between receptionist and dentist has led to excessive treatment in spite of being asked not to proceed. Poor service, over priced, lack of sensitivity.
