I don't often write reviews unless I have either an exceptional or horrible experience. A few weeks ago I had an EXCEPTIONAL experience at Millcroft pharmacy and I felt the need to sincerely take the time to thank them and make sure others know just how awesome they are. Up until now, we've always gone to the Rexall across the street. We ended up at Millcroft pharmacy because they were the only place we could find that had the Flumist nasal flu vaccine this year. Dale (the pharmacist and owner) was phenomenal. This truly feels like a family owned business. From the moment my daughters and I walked in, we felt welcomed. One of my daughters was terrified of the nasal mist after receiving a Covid Test weeks ago, but Dale was patient, calm and kind to her (and to me)! My daughter took a very long time to calm down, and I never felt rushed or like a burden. I truly felt like Dale and her team care about their customers as people. We will be making the longer drive to switch to Millcroft pharmacy - it's totally worth it! Thanks for the excellent experience and customer service.

We are so grateful that we found Millcroft Pharmacy when we moved into this neighborhood. For those looking for that comfortable feeling of days long past where your pharmacist actually knew you, knows your name and your kid’s names and actually cares about you - this still exists at this place, The owner - Dale - is extremely knowledgeable! She is legitimately concerned with the health of each individual customer and she treats each and every one of us with kindness and patience. Other pharmacies that are run more like assembly lines with faceless people in white lab coats who seem more interested in your credit card than your health (you know the ones I’m talking about) are put to shame by locally owned pharmacies like Millcroft where old-style caring amd concern for the individual is put before profit. If you’re looking for a pharmacist that actually cares about you… switch your business to this place… we are very glad that we did. ✅ HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ✅

Reg AZ vaccine - After 4 weeks of repeated calls but no response (i called like 10 times) the pharmacy finally picked up the call today and their answer was - " They are fully booked for AZ doses and they were given only limited doses and i was asked to call Ministry". Halton has been v poor compared to Peel to administer AZ vaccine. I've registered on Shoppers and Rexall in Halton but it has been 3 weeks now. My feedback to Millcroft Pharmacy is if you are listed as approved AZ vaccine providers at least pick your phone (not 4 weeks late) and ask me to call Ministry.

You will not find a more dedicated and caring professional than Dale Regis at Millcroft Pharmacy. It is so refreshing to have a pharmacist that cares about her customers because they are treated more like patients or clients. You won't find this level of service from your grocery or department store pharmacy. If you live in in the Appleby/Dundas/Upper Middle Rd area, you need to make sure you get your prescriptions filled by Dale and her team. I've made sure to refer all my family and friends in Burlington. You won't be disappointed. A++ highly recommend.

What an amazing pharmacy! Went here for my Covid 2nd vaccine and was so impressed with the pharmacy. It looked neat and clean! Most importantly, the pharmacist, Dale, is amazing. She has such a positive vibe and I can see such a warm smile behind the mask at all times. ❤️ I’ve never met a pharmacist as personable and caring! I don’t live in Burlington but I would be more than happy to drive here to fill a prescription! I had such a great experience and walked out of the pharmacy happy! Thank you!

I can't say enough amazing things about Dale and this pharmacy. The kindest person EVER. She goes above and beyond. She also has an incredible memory! Literally the nicest pharmacist and one who explains usage without feeling like they are rushing you! It also is very awesome this pharmacy carries Squish Candy. I cannot go there without leaving with a bag! :) 10/10 recommend EVERYONE get their prescriptions here.

I got the AZ vaccine at the Millcroft Pharamcy and want to express my sincere gratitude to Dale and the team. The whole experience was fantastic and I will be forever grateful to Dale for her professionalism, friendly demeanor and service oriented approach to very difficult time for all Ontarians and Canadians. Millcroft Pharmacy is one of the best places to get quality advice and service for your prescriptions. Dale and her team goes above and beyond any pharmacy/pharmacist I have been a customer of. Dale is knowledgeable and always has a smile when you walk in her pharmacy. I wish I can give her a 6 star review. It is a must to visit as you will not get this service from Shoppers or Costco....

Millcroft Pharmacy is an amazing family run pharmacy. Dale is awesome and so knowledgeable. She always makes time for you no matter how busy she is. You always few welcome when you go in, even if it is just for a chat. The rest of her staff is also so amazing. So if you want a warm, friendly, knowledgeable pharmacist, then Millcroft pharmacy is where you want to go!

I agree with all the reviews... Dale is an amazing person and pharmacist. The attention to detail and people/families is something rare to find. We have a couple of complex people w med history in our family and were hesitant to switch because of that issue. Absolutely no issues and transfer was done with a day. 110% recommend this pharmacy!

I wish I could give 10 stars. I needed a compound pharmacy for a mouth rinse. I was extremely impressed with Dale and the Millcroft Pharmacy. They went above and beyond my expectations and made a magic mouthwash that helped my son immensely. Dale is extremely knowledgeable and gave us helpful advice.

Visited Millcroft Pharmacy today to get vaccinated and had an extremely pleasant experience! I was absolutely impressed with the friendly customer service and care Dale and her staff provided. Even my six year old son mentioned how he enjoyed the visit (which is a major compliment in itself).
