"It's a metro grocery"
"Mediocre experience"
"My most recent visit was a very disappointing experience"
"follow covid-19 requirements"
"Highly reccomend! The quality of food you get and the staff are what keep us coming each time we shop"
It's a metro grocery. Average to above groceries with the price to match. Great cheese selection with knowledgeable and super friendly staff. Shoutouts Lillijana(hope it's spelled sort of correctly) In store butcher with great steak if your buying AAA or higher, which they thankfully have. Cheese bagels and pizza buns "can" be amazing from Metro's but vary from days to locations. The biggest gripe I'd have is the frozen seafood bins. It's an eyesore seeing all those freezer burnt shrimps and scallops. I made my last mistake with some shell on, thinking they looked fine....they weren't. Anytime I've been in since I'd look at them but they look like the same nasty ones from before
Mediocre experience. Staff still seem to be pretty grumpy as a legacy from the pre reno Metro staff. I had one of the cashier chide me for not using the self check out as efficiently as he would like. Referring to me as "buddy". I am hoping that the new reno of metro lifts the grumpiness of the older staff and does not pass onto the new ones. Small selection of international items (Indian, Chinese, Caribbean etc.) especially for being the biggest in the area. You're better off going to Fresh Co down the road for that. Selection of grocery store food is okay
My most recent visit was a very disappointing experience. Everything about this supermarket is good except frontline staffs could have been better trained. Being not familiar with this particular self-checkout machine, the associate was quite rude in pointing out where to enter code as tough they didn't want my business. I have given the store a good review before, but this visit changed my mind. I hope the management will train their staffs better.
follow covid-19 requirements. the only issue is that they need to ensure they know where their stuff is placed. I came with my brother in law to pick up some stuff for his son. I told them it might have been by the cash already but they didn't bother to check. It took them around 30 minutes after searching everywhere to realize that his order was ready at the cash register to be picked up. Other than that, 5 stars.
Highly reccomend! The quality of food you get and the staff are what keep us coming each time we shop. We are valued customers and that is what everyone should look for when they go to shop at a place. If you're not treated fairly or as a human being, then choose to shop elsewhere. Many other places to shop, and money talks - and a lack of money/revenue talks even more!
I usually go to this place to get nice coffee from Starbucks, to visit Shoppers Drugmart and LCBO. This palce has lot of parking space and very convenient location for me. Some times I go to Bombay Bhel to get spicy Indian food. Also visited to Ontario service center and Eye clinic. Overall, this place has everything in it and best shopping place near my residence.
Good mall. Lots of shopping options. Food selection is great at this location from sit down restaurants to quick grab fast food items. Groceries, liquor/wine/beer, all available. There is a plenty of parking available and there are many entry and exit paths in and out of the shopping mall - from upper middle and from Appelby.
It's a very good one; lots of shopping options from grocery (Metro, Shoppers Drug Mart), home & hardware (Canadian Tire), electronics (Canada Computers & Electronics), LCBO, TD Bank, Starbucks coffee and lots of restaurant, bars and takeout options. It also has plenty of parking spots available.
Has all the shops, banks, lcbo, take out places, you'd ever want and need. They have Canadian Tire, and Shopper's there, too. Fantastic for one stop weekly shopping. Go there before 11am and you'll have the stores to yourself. Lots if people start coming after noon.
There is enough parking space here, however be careful driving in the parking lot as it is designed poorly and leads to cars pulling out from everywhere, turning, stopping and just generally being in the way, especially around the McDonalds/Beertown area.
This shopping centre has a variety of stores that we often use on a weekly basis. Vast amounts of parking depending on what shop you're using, but we just park in the back everywhere to avoid the people that don't know how to park or open their doors lol
I was passing through this big shopping plaza and I will be totally honest with my review. Very conveniently located this place offers lots of parking spaces, restaurants, big grocery store, gym, Canadian tire centre, and so many small businesses .
This place pretty much has everything you need, from LCBO to Beer Store to Metro to Canadian Tire to a host of fast food joints and more! Like all plazas in Burlington, it's a bit of a maze but there's a ton of parking once you wiggle your way in.
Visited beertown restaurants in this plaza hard to see all that is offered in the night but a reasonable variety of restaurants and shops. There is a Canadian Tire store and an east side Mario's and other restaurants some of which serve
It's actually a great place with many different options to mostly choose from which is appreciated. Restaurants, department stores, a gym. Parking lots are pretty good and the layout of the place is well thought out for drivers.
Within walking distance from home and good cross section of retailers. What more could you ask for. Caution, try to avoid Starbucks drive through during the morning rush. Customers won't let you pass or exit the parking lot.
Had a phone fixed, new battery. Got mixed quotes which was odd. Also, minor damage to front of phone, then denial. I didn't push it, but was obvious. Likely best to bring stuff in less than perfect condition to start.
METRO GROCERY STORE FOR A 16" FAMILY SIZE PIZZA FOR $9.99 (3) THREE TOPPINGS GOOD SIZE PIZZA AT A GOOD PRICE ON MOST WEDNESDAYS..... AND EXTRA TOPPINGS ARE AVAILABLE AT A REASONABLE PRICE TOO....
Great menu! Fabulous breakfast for early morning. Best coffee I've ever tasted. Huge hamburgers. Great fries. Neat atmosphere. Give it a try and it will become your favourite place.
Fabulous food. So happy it's finally at this end of town. Decour is nice and modern food was awsome and service fast and friendly. Definitely our new regular spit to eat out.
Got singled out on 2nd hole by Marshall because we have kids to play best ball only the 4 some behind us said take your time it wasn't them which was nice of them.
So so, lots of islands. Curved laneways makes driving harder. Wider spaces. Tough to navigate at night. Likely designed by an architect that doesn't drive.
Can get your hair cut, nails done, have lunch, get a nice bottle of vine, work out, get an oil change, pick up groceries. Easy to waste an entire day here.
Newly renovated Metro why do they let lazy customers in? Can they not think of the poor young teens who have to gather up the abandoned shopping carts?
Went to Shopper's Drug Mart actually. Fabulous girl working the cosmetic counter. I've been there before and it was the same great service then as well
I find it to be too big. It is not for a quick in and out. They have everything including pharmacy. They have an excellent prepared meals section
The newly renovated Metro was a pleasure to shop. Aisles are wide, well spaced and well stocked. And the staff were excellent aa usual
It's your typical strip mall anchored by a large grocery store and several restaurants/services. I enjoy the wings at Anchor bar.
Great renovation on the Metro grocery store. The addition to the wine and beer selection makes you feel like your in the US.
A good shopping centre for most of your everyday needs. Plenty of parking with easy access into and out of the centre.
Great Metro but the surrounding strip mall is ok. A cigar shop, td, mcdonalds, shoppers, hair salon and shady pub.
Good selection of stores. Grocery, restaurants, fast food, general retail. Nice and close for people in the area.
Always a huge selection of items. Definitely some cool finds here! Lots of good quality books and clothes.
Sad that wimpy's is gone, but definitely happy to see a nice dispensary open up in such a great location!
Prices at most Metro s are higher than most but decor is very nice. Walmart is cheaper but decor is blah.
The value village here is fantastic I found so many great furniture pieces and lots of lululemon stuff
Overall a pretty nice and clean newish shopping center. Parking is pretty decent.
Lots of nice stores in the plaza. Looks like it is well maintained
Has everything all one convenient place. Tons of open parking.
Has almost everything you need to check it out for your self
Great place to shop with plenty of stores to choose from.
Close by for quick drop in. Small mall small choices
Had my hair cut at super clips! Great job
There are a couple of good Restaurants!
Pretty much has everything you need.
Should be more bike accessible
Metro for meat still number 1
Love all the funds at Mark's!
Good shops and services.
