Edit - John keeps on doing a great work - he's kept my car going - and helped out when I sourced a supplier for a fix and due to covid couldn't travel. He's a great chap doing a great job ... ------ So long time dealing with Nick/Customer of - was sad to hear what happened with the bankruptcy and know how many people get impacted when a business goes. Got a slip earlier in the year to say they'd reopened as Millennium Garages. Car spring broke so took the leap. So if you're an old customer you'd remember John - one of the younger mechanics - I realised he's been working on my car for most of the last 10 years- he's now running the place. As far as I can tell it's a whole new enterprise (no Nick involved - checked with companies house). John's doing a great job - Extra things like taking a video of the problem with my spring and pictures of the issues so he can talk me through what he had to fix. Nice clean invoice, clear (and much more understandable than in the past) - and I could pay super quick by bank transfer. Would suggest giving John a go - he's got a Sisyphean task building a business in this climate.

I was looking for a local garage to check out a car I was buying for my son. In London it can be pricey, but I was reassured by good reviews. I left a message, and John called back. He was very helpful with advice on what to look for in the car. (59 Vauxhall Astra). We bought the car to him to deal with the advisories, and for a service. (Definitely required even though it had had annual service history) Medium service including parts £189. He sorted the advisory re suspension covers, did the service, a full health check - even took all the wheels off and checked the tyre pressures. It needed a new battery, too. Totally reassured me that the car was now safe, and a good buy. All up £459

Millennium garage is by far the best garage my car has been to, I booked my car in for a diagnostics on what I believed was incorrect fuel and oxygen readings. The garage took apart the intake manifold and identified what the issue was related to and had a completely open dialogue with me which gained my trust. The garage even informed me of other issues in the engine bay that I would have never recognised. My car is running better, and the garage have been kind and helpful throughout. I would highly recommend them, the other reviews is what made me choose them and I’m happy with the result

Punctual, professional and good transparency about goods and services. I booked in an MOT and dealt with John at the garage. There was a quick turn around with my service and communication was high, I was able to contact John by telephone and email when ever I called or emailed the garage which is very reassuring. At first my car failed the MOT due to my tyres being unroadworthy, John ordered and installed my new tyres very quickly and I was able to pick up my car the next day. John has won my business over and I will be coming back to him for any future repairs and services.

i dropped my car at 20 past 8 and it was ready at 9.30 passed the mot originally booked for a pre mot only got charged for the main mot extremely friendly and proffessional service will deffinately use again and deffinately reccommend in fact its back tomorrow to do the roll bars. The roll bars were done today no more knocking again friendly and great service even fixed my car key central locking which wasnt working and cleaned the car brilliant

Used this garage through fixter to get my mot done. They manufactured faults such as rear brakes pads below 1.5 mm. Dangerous apparently. Wanted to charge me 100's of pounds for the repair. I know a bit about cars and declined. Took it for a second opinion elsewhere. They were absolutely fine as I suspected. Got my car mot'd today by a different garage . Didn't even get an advisory. This garage needs to get reported. Avoid. Absolute thieves.

Great experience here this week, as a female on her own you often fear going to a garage and being taken for a fool. Everyone was so helpful and went above and beyond to help me, even after I left. They gave me solutions and advice for dealing with the car dealership. Can’t thank them enough, will definitely be making them my new go-to garage!

I've taken my merc to Millenium Garages for many years. It's a rare find and since the mechanic John took over the business a few years ago I like it even more than before. John has built his business by giving customer service which is above and beyond. He has many loyal customers. What better recommendation could you want in a garage.

Took the day off work to get my MOT, then I was told that my appointment was not actually an appointment it was first come first served. So my 09.00 am appointment didn't really make any sense, so just cancelled and booked with a great garage in Hayes great service.. lost my business.

Nice friendly local garage - really handy to have a good garage in central London. Both times I've needed work doing to my car Millennium have been great at booking it in, discussing the work needing doing, options to go forward, then completing the work within 24 hours.

Kwik Fit cancelled my MOT the day off, when I was meant to be driving home for Christmas. Called these guys up and explained the situation and even though they were super busy managed to fit me in and do my MOT. Nice crew. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Great experience following a tow to this garage after a breakdown. Very helpful, with a quick turnaround following the diagnosis. A little gem of a garage which I didn’t know was there and less than 5 mins walk from home!! Will definitely be back.
