It states on the internet that the opening times are 7am - 11pm. I have arrived at the pharmacy at 7:10am it was not open. I then proceed to go to school run and come back it is now 7:56 and it is still not open. This is not very good for us who need their medication.

Book an appointment online to have a antibody test and paid up. I drove one hour to get there. The chemist was shut. Was told by a member of staff we are close. I showed her my email. She said nothing I can they have gone home due to lock down. Very poor service.

I am pretty sure they are charging illegally for private prescriptions! Tried to charge me over £20 for one box of 20mg Omeprazole when it only costs them 78p to buy in and standard prescription price at just over £9! So why the excessive

Refused to provide 111 urgent supply service as the "system was down", asked me to go to their neighbouring branch who "don't have it in stock". Very disappointed in the clear breach of NHS contracted services and unwillingness to help.

ive been using this pharmacy since it opened. it started well, then a few months later it went down hill as i found the staff not very helpful and rude. The staff there now are helpful and very polite. Hope it stays like that. thank you.

It is useless to go or call for any kind of help, at least the man there who worked today is not decisive at all and was rude. He did not give any kind of help for an 8 year old girl. Honestly quite a nasty deal.

The staff didn't seem to have much medical knowledge. I described my symptoms (stomach pain) but he didn't know what to suggest, and ended up reading all the boxes on his shelves wondering what to sell.
