Despite the negative posts, you would be fooling yourself in believing that there is a better FBO in YYC!! The staff at Million Air Calgary are exceptional at what they do. They always bend over backwards to make sure all parts of your trip are looked after and attended to. The Line guys are prompt and are experienced and in all of our trips in and out of YYC they have always exceeded my expectations and gone above and beyond what is expected of them. The girls up front take care of everything!! Cars, hotels, catering, coffee, smiles and warm honest advise about where to grab a meal or what to do for a nights layover. These guys do it right and rival some of the best FBO's I have ever had the privilege of using. There facilities are stunning and the equipment is new. If you have the choice...... stop in and say hello, you will love it!!

Don't let this new FBO fool you. If you pay for services with your credit card they illegally charge you their service fees, 3.5% I own a nice jet and twice have landed here only to receive poor service by their obviously poorly trained staff. When my concerns were brought to the owner and manager on my first experience, nothing changed on my second trip. With several other FBO choices on the Calgary field, I will not be back to this one.

Thank you Million Air Calgary for everything you did for me. There was an issue with my rental car and they fixed the issue like a pro and never stopped smiling. They hooked me up with another rental car in minutes and were able to give me directions to where I needed to go. Such great service and friendly staff. If you need to come into Calgary stop into Million Air, you won’t be sorry you did.

My experiences have not been positive. It is clear the staff are new and turnover frequently. The management lacks experience and the owner listed on their website provides no assistance or explanations for the poor experiences either. I choose to bring my jets to the two other established FBO's when I'm in Calgary. Never will I return to this place.

Rip Off! I was overcharged on my short term hangar rental. When confronted, they choose not to be available to return my calls or emails. That's ok, I can afford to pay this since they will never see another dime from my group ever again. Thanks for the future savings, all the best going out of business with your terrible business practices.

What an experience! I’ve been to FBOs all over North America and I can clearly say that Million Air in Calgary is one of the best FBO’s around. Definitely the best in Calgary by far. Very friendly and warm staff and service that is second to none. Not sure what the negative reviews were all about I will definitely be back.

Extremely nice staff. Did a transfer (Ambulance to Flights) and they allowed me to use the facilities. This meant a lot as we don't have much down time and cost likely wouldn't get to stop any time soon. 5 Star Bathrooms. 5 Star decor in main areas. 5 Star friendliness Staff. -Grateful Paramedic.

Top notch FBO with great facilities for pilots and their aircraft. The staff are professional and courteous and do all the little things right. If you are flying into Calgary, give them a call. You won't be disappointed.

Best FBO experience in Canada. We have been using Million Air at Calgary after bad experiences elsewhere. Crew is very helpful from Catering to towing. If you have the choice of FBO’s I would suggest using Million Air.

Excellent and attentive service. Always professional and friendly. A great place to have your jet serviced and hangared while visiting Calgary. The hot freshly made cookies when you land are a nice personal touch.

I visited this place during a BMW event and I enjoyed the night. The temperature in the hangar is acceptable, their entrance is comfortable and washroom was clean. Staff in e front desk was polite and welcoming.
