I went into the Pharmacy today to collect medication. They could not find it on the system. They checked a few times and said there is absolutely no prescription on my name (Nerinder Sekhon) I telephoned Minal Pharmacy later and asked them to check it again using my NHS number and they reiterated that there is nothing on the system. I then telephoned another pharmacy and when they checked my name, they found the prescription immediately. Absolutely shocking service from Minal Pharmacy. Twice they confirmed that they could not locate the prescription on the system, when it was on the system all along. Disappointed with Minal Pharmacy as when people are unwell, they should not be giving them the run around due to poor service. Minal Pharmacy should be doing their jobs properly!

Popped into the pharmacy, having seen the Tympahealth notice in the window, and spoke to a very helpful young lady who explained the whole process to me. I was able to arrange an appoint for the next day, Saturday. I attended on Saturday and was introduced to Nash, the Tympahealth consultant. She explained everything to me and then carried out the procedure on both of my ears and the result was amazing!! I can hear again properly. Nash advised me regarding aftercare and recommendations to prevent any further build up of wax in my ears going forward. I would like to say that the helpfulness of the pharmacy staff and of Nash was fantastic. I would highly recommend this pharmacy for all of anyone's needs.

I have used this pharmacy for over 15 years on an extremely regular bases (more so as I get older lol) and have always found the quality of service A1 from Mr. Taylor and his locums along with staff who go out of their way to help you even during the pandemic and when they are obviously busy and under stress they manage to keep moral up and continue to serve with a smile - I wish to thank them for all the help over the years and also for staying open when we (Joe public) had to stay home and keep safe.

This is the worst Pharmacy. I have medication I need to take daily and they know this. I put in my repeat prescription in one week early and now for the second time in a row they don't have my medication as they couldn't be bothered to contact my Dr. My advise is if you actually want your medicine do not go here. Also the Pharmacist there is extremely rude and could not care less about the fact they have made a mistake. I will be forwarding my complaint to the pharmacy regulation.

Very unprofessional. My medication was sent electronically. The member of staff claims to have looked their records and said that the pharmacy didn't get my medication. I called the pharmacy only to confirm the fact that the medication was sent. Staff were rude and avoiding me mainly focusing on finishing their shift which was to happen in over half an hour. I. Very upset! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this pharmacy.

Fantastic pharmacy, with knowledgeable and caring staff. Well stocked and willing to give the best advice, whenever I needed one. The pharmacist saved my elderly mum from serious health complications, examining her then urging her to see doctor immediately, he also gave us a list of all out-of-hours doctors. The staff at the pharmacy go the extra mile to help and they always do it with a smile.

Horrendous pharmacy. During this pandemic I have sent my father to their pharmacy twice and I even confirmed on the telephone his details before I sent him the third time for his blood pressure medication which he really needs! Don’t only did they leave him standing around but they sent him away three times without an apology! Pathetic misinformation and terrible service, it’s appalling.

I visited the pharmacy today and the first thing I saw was a member of staff ringing up a customers items at the till do a huge sneeze into her right hand and then continue touching the customers items without a second thought for hygiene. None of the staff had face masks on and they were allowing impatient customers to go the wrong way around their one way system. I felt sick.

Lovely family run pharmacy. Mr Taylor the owner is always on hand to offer any health/medical questions etc. Reasonable prices for products and always willing to order any goods not in store. Always treated well by otger staff members too. Mr Taylor is a very patient man who always offers his time to make sure you get what you need and give advice on all medications issued etc

I went to have my ears syringed and I felt completely at ease and happy with how this was done. She was completely amazing and showed me the before and after process through pics and videos of my ear canal. Never had that before and price was completely acceptable for both ears. Will definitely be using here from now on if I need syringing or anyone else I know that needs it.

One of the worst customer services ever... I rang them regarding about food allergy test so the lady said call back after 1 hour so I did then he put me on hold for about 25 minutes and phone disconnected... then today I rang them again same happened she asked me to hold I waited for 20 minutes and phone disconnected... very very disappointed

Great and helpful staff, with good knowledge, ready to help. Offering good prices and alternatives. Using as my repeated prescription pharmacy, cannot fault it.
