I have used Miracle plumbing on at least 2 occasions in the past 2 years. And one occasion I had 3 toilets replaced in my house. 2 were upstairs. All the work was dined flawlessly and efficiently. There was no damage, everything was clean and it was as new when they were done. More recently I had a garbage disposal replace and that too was done in a professional expert fashion. On each occasion the employees showed up on time and did the job efficiently and professionally. They wore masks due to covid issues which I really appreciated. They made sure that I was satisfied with the job and on both occasions it was better than expected. I will continue to use their services for all plumbing needs in the future. I recommend them without reservation. I have had negative experiences with other companies in the past but Not with Miracle Plumbing. They are a great company and will do everything they can to provide exactly what you want.

Had to leave a review because Judy and Ryan are amazing and Miracle Plumbing deserves a stellar review! I've been dealing with a faucet that one day suddenly seemed to have lost pressure. All other water sources were working fine, but this one faucet one day was reduced to a trickle. Finally decided to call plumbing after just suffering for months. Turns out it was just a little pebble stuck in the aerator. My own fault for never bothering to check it and assuming it was a piping issue, but one call made all the difference! Mind you, Judy and Ryan could just as easily have made things complicated and send someone out to charge God knows how many dollars just to make an extra buck, but instead they provided excellent communication and a wonderfully simple and quick solution. All in all, I'm submitting this review with a great deal of gratitude for their help. Thank you again Judy and Ryan!

Our water heater started leaking and we discovered it late in the day. There was no shut off valve and the leak was pretty severe. I called Miracle Plumbing after hours and spoke with Phil. He was super nice and understanding. He found someone in the area and the plumber, Ryan, arrived within the hour. Ryan was incredible. He worked outside in the dark and was as nice and professional as could be. Ryan came back the next day and with Phil, they installed a new water heater and fixed the damaged area, as well as put us in contact with the remediation company. We could not be happier with their work, professionalism and responsiveness. Ryan was also kind enough to speak with the insurance adjuster to answer her questions. We used Miracle Plumbing to repipe our entire house, remodel both of our bathrooms, have a new water heater and new filtration system installed. Judy at the office was very helpful in fitting us into the schedule within a timely manner and was able to answer all questions. When Phil initially came to the house to give us a quote, he was very knowledgeable in the line of work being performed and answered all questions we asked. All technicians that performed work on the house were respectful, courteous and very knowledgeable in their field of work. Communication was great as well, as Phil was available at any time to get a hold of. The bathrooms turned out great and the pipes and filtration system installed was top of the line. Our kitchen sinks backed up Sunday night. I did all I could that night and the next morning but had to call a plumber. Miracle arrived within 60 minutes, called when they were on there way. Chris was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. He asked all the right questions to diagnose quickly, gave great tips on how to avoid future problems, then ran a few tests and checked out our clean-outs. The clog ended up clearing while he was here because of the work I had done and he explained why. He said there's no need for us to spend money or for him to do any work today, but to call back if we have future problems. I love that type of honesty in contractors. I've dealt with a lot of contractors over the years and Chris at Miracle is an exception. I highly recommend them.

Amazing service. Responsive. Explored all solutions to save us money! Judy, who is the dispatch operator, went above and beyond the call of duty to help troubleshoot and find someone to come fix our problem on a holiday weekend. Ryan, the service technician, couldn’t have been more professional. He arrived at our house within 15mins of the service call (on a holiday wknd). Upon arrival, he was determined to solve what could’ve been a major issue by investigating all potential problems. After making several calls and hearing outrageous estimates for a simple shower repair,, I finally made the right phone call to Miracle and met Judy and Phil over the phone... not only were they friendly and knowledgeable and accommodating , they were above all,, very honest and they also were able to send David out the following day to take care of what I needed for my shower. Had a great experience with Miracle Plumbing. Even though they ended up being a bit too expensive for my home warranty insurance to ultimately work with, their 24 hour service policy and after hours visits were extremely helpful. Judy was fantastic over the phone, and even called later to check in with us. Phil was amazingly helpful once he came to our house. He was able to proficiently diagnose our issue (no hot water with a massive leak) and promptly provided a quote to us to aid in our insurance company covering as much as possible. He was honest and appeared to be trustworthy. We would highly recommend this company for anyone requiring a plumber. They may not be the cheapest in town, but their service is excellent!

My sprinkler valve spring a leak forcing me to shut off the main valve. Miracle Plumbing squeezed me in last minute and sent Ryan out to take a look. Ryan found the problem immediately and recommended that I replace the 30 year old system rather than throwing away money on a bandaid fix. He found the sprinkler shut off valve which I didn't see and turned off that valve so I could restore water to my house. All said and done, he didn't charge a dime. Miracle Plumbing and specifically Ryan Kennedy is the most honest and helpful company you could ask for. They could have price gouged me but instead saved me money with an honest assessment. I will only use Miracle Plumbing and Ryan for my plumbing needs. Awesome job guys!

Excellent service at reasonable price! I had a water pipe leak in my house recently which caused a lot of inconveniences. I called multiple plumbing companies and Miracle Plumbing was the only company that provides same-day service, which was a huge plus for me! The staff who helped me was David. David's on-time, very professional and very candid and straightforward about the pricing structures. He was able to identify the location of the leak and repaired it, in less than 3 hours! If I ever run into similar problems in the future, I will choose Miracle Plumbing without hesitation. If you have water leak problems, I highly recommend David, as he's very professional and knowledgeable, and really knows the work.

Both the receptionist and the technician were nice and responsive. Unfortunately, that’s all the positive. The technician seemed either inexperienced or not very creative with his work. He could not figure out the root cause of my shower valve stop working issue. He diagnosed/tried exactly what I had done before calling them and gave up. They charged a pretty hefty amount for the failed attempts, $340 after 10% discount. After he’d left, I continued to troubleshoot and was able to fix it myself. Had I not continued but followed his advice at the end (to either order a new cartridge or cut the wall and replace the whole valve), it would have costed me a lot more. I’m not impressed with their service.

Service was for after regular business hours replacement of leaking water heater. Romeo the Technician arrived on time and found the reason for the leak. Romeo thoroughly explained replacement options and the installation process. Romeo took the time to explain how high usage and hard water can shorten the life of a water heater. And Romeo explained how a expansion tank and larger sediment trap would help extend the life of the replacement water heater. Romeo without a helper efficiently installed the replacement water heater. The kids did not miss their bath. We really appreciate the quick response, courteous and professional service that Miracle Plumbing and their Technician Romeo provided.

Miracle Plumbing was dispatched to our house within an hour of calling— thanks Judy! Joel came to help us understand what was causing our standpipe to overflow with sewage. He was able to root cause the problem within 30 minutes of arriving at our house. He was the third plumber we had called in a span of two weeks and the only one who was able to offer us a clear explanation of what was going on, as well as a solution to mitigate the issue (short term and long term). We agreed that a property clean out was needed and he started the job that same day! Thank you to Phil as well for helping Joel. We have not had any issues since. Highly recommend Joel and Phil for all your plumbing needs.

We had concerns about our faucet leaks, toilets, and issues with other old plumbing choroding. Chris checked everything, and described his reasoning so we could make the best decision, as well as educated us on why there were issues, and what areas could be left alone. He immediately noticed there was a safety recall on our toilets and made the necessary steps to repair. We really appreciated his professionalism and expert knowledge. We had another company look at many the same issues who told us they didn't know what was wrong (since the toilets were not standard) and never got back to us, so it was a relief to have Chris with his knowledge.

After receiving a notice from the water company about a possible water leak, I was in need of a plumber ASAP. Phil and Jose arrived within one hour after calling! They were amazing! Super professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Phil invited me to follow him around, as he explained what he was doing and looking for. After spending some time at my house, he saw the issue had been fixed and determined I did not in fact have a leak. He didn’t even charge me for his time! Very expensive water heater replacement and when I called for issues with my faucets not having pressure the installer came back and said I had to replace my kitchen pull down faucet head ( brand new). The bathroom faucet no pressure said I need a new faucet its too old. After spending $2885.00 the hot water tank was the cheapest and does not perform as well as my old one. I missed the 30 day warrenty because I was not home so I feel I did not get what I paid for. Beware not all their employes know what they are doing. My son rated them high but after a week changes his opinion so the rating does not reflect the review.

Called them at 5 in the evening, they came out first thing next day. Took pictures of the broken part, then went to buy replacements. Got the part and replaced it. The broken part had a stripped screw - i was afraid that we would have to cut open the surrounding parts also, but the plumber was able to remove it without cutting. That saved me a bunch of money. The final bill was very reasonable, considering that they came out first thing in the morning, and the plumber was very professional and cleaned up after the replacement was done. I would definitely consider miracle for my future plumbing needs.

Joel is extremely personable, professional and considerate. Judy is helpful and jovial to follow through the whole process with us. We had a main sewage problem which require immediate attention; Judy, Phil and Joel was able to provide service to our home under short notice. They provided practical advices and made immediate and appropriate actions best fit out situation. It was reasonable priced coming with top notch service. Joel and Judy are a great team. Judy was super sweet and made us feel very comfortable that our plumbing issues would be handled promtoly. Right from the start, just great service and more importantly a great experience. They really care and will recommend the right thing to do. Case in point, were quickly able to tell me my water heater ,even though it was installed 5 years ago , was still under mfg warranty and to call and get them to ship the part. Judy and Joel were great. Their system sends you reminders by text and email many times, whifh I appreciate because we have a packed schedule. They even sent a picture of Joel so I knew what he looked like and could greet him properly. Joel was very courteous and professional, fixing my frozen shower cartridge quickly. I called miracle plumbing at 9pm and they had someone over to me within 30 minutes. I thought they were very reasonable, especially for being after hours and they also were upfront with all costs as we went along. Ryan and David were my plumbers and they did a superb job of finding the source of a bad leak in my unit and they were super nice too. They worked clean as they went along too. Definitely recommend them!!

Miracle Plumbing has done two jobs for me. They are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and transparent about pricing.
