The lady in the shop is always so helpful. I have purchased about 5 items from this store. I have even had to exchange a pair of sandals, the customer service I received during this exchange was wonderful. I am coming again over the weekend to buy some things for my Aunty and myself

The shop and quality of shoes is great. However in the Westfield Stratford store they should put a sign when they shut the door whilst people are still inside the shop. You can easily hit your head against the door if you dont see well. They should be more careful!!!!
