Visiting Mississauga's Ram Mandir was an incredibly enriching and soulful experience that left me awe-inspired and spiritually rejuvenated. From the moment I stepped inside, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of serene tranquillity and devotion that is truly unparalleled. The stunning architecture of the Ram Mandir is a testament to the dedication and craftsmanship that went into its creation. The intricate carvings and exquisite details transport you to a place of divine beauty and reverence. The temple's design not only honours the rich traditions of Hinduism but also provides a welcoming space for people of all backgrounds to come together in harmony. The spiritual vibes within the premises are palpable and invigorating. The soothing chants and melodious bhajans resonate deep within your heart, creating a connection with the divine that is both profound and heartfelt. The temple's sanctum sanctorum, where the magnificent deity of Lord Ram resides, exudes an aura of divine presence that is truly humbling. One of the highlights of my visit was the warm and inclusive community that thrives within the Ram Mandir. The staff and volunteers are incredibly kind and eager to share their knowledge and experiences. Whether you're a long-time devotee or a first-time visitor, you are embraced with open arms and treated like family. The Ram Mandir also hosts a plethora of cultural and spiritual events that add a vibrant dimension to the temple's atmosphere. From traditional festivals to informative workshops, there's always something captivating happening here that deepens your connection to both the Hindu heritage and the wider Mississauga community. In conclusion, Mississauga's Ram Mandir is more than just a place of worship; it's a haven of spiritual solace, cultural enrichment, and communal harmony. If you're seeking a profound and uplifting experience, a visit to this sacred abode is an absolute must. My heart is filled with gratitude for the blessings I received during my time here, and I eagerly look forward to my next visit. Jai Shri Ram!
Firstly i would like to say that its a beautiful temple, clean and peaceful. i went there for the first time despite being in canada my whole life and i regret not going here earlier. but i was shocked to hear the negative comments on the temples statues, the priests and donations. people are concerned about the temples statues having minor cracks but dont understand the true purpose of statues in the sanatan dharma. statues in every temple might have minor imperfections but the concept of them is not to find the flaws of these statues. it is to view these idols and remember the stories of these gods and there importance and learn from there lessons. Also once pranpratistha is done in an idol it is not correct to just remove them due to flaws they get over the years due to aging. as these idols are leaving beings as per our beliefs and we dont throw out living beings because they are not pretty to our eyes. as if that was true then we will remove every being from our life as your parents, partner, friends and other family due to flaws they might have. and coming to a priest being rude or unfriendly then i am sure that someone that has taken an oath to serve the rest of his life in service for the religion or the temple can have such malice in there heart. yes he might have a different way of doing things then our expectations or talking differently from our expectation but that should not discourage you to think that the priest should have such malice in there heart. and coming to donations at the temple, then as per our dharm and any religion. donation is not given to get things you want to see. as the phrase for that is paying price for your work. and this is not the case donation means you giving something to somebody or organization for them to use as they wish not as you wish. so its not right to question the mandirs intentions
It would have been really hard for me to believe if some one would have given a negative feedback for the temple prior to my today’s visit. I regularly visit the temple and have not come across such a behavior from the priest. I visited the temple today for Janamashtmi and was very happy with the effort the temple management had put in . Once my family was done with the prayers, we went to collect prasad from the priest but I was aghast to see behavior of the priest towards my 4 year old . We have been visiting the temple for the past 4 years and the same priest had performed multiple rituals on my kid and my family had highest regard towards him . But today his behavior was not acceptable. It seems that either he was agitated with so much crowd or was not in the right frame of mind at that moment of time. I understand that it would have been a hectic day but that does not give him the rights to speak inappropriately with my 4 year old kid. My family is really saddened with today’s behavior and still wondering what made the priest react in the way he did today.
I should never, never be giving 1 star rating to my Religious Sanatan Place. But this one star is for poor management of Our Beloved Bhagwan Shri Ram Ji's Mandir. This management is arranging marriage parties in our Holy place and they are singing and dancing on bollywood Songs like ' Aaj ki Raat Hona hai Kya'.. Really Really Shameful. And these guys have put Our Gods Idols on the entrance and everyone has to pass through them by wearing shoes, which is totally a Disrespect too. Upon talking with Pandit ji and A lady from management, they were not seemed to be serious about these things. But now they have to be serious about this or be ready to be hit my a wave of Sanatanis. Either you have to manage our Holy place properly and with all the due respect or you should just shut down the Mandir and run it as A Banquet hall. Its our warning, Do something on these issues or we all Sanatanis in Canada will take legal and religious action against you guys.
This temple is very old + clean+Mharaj Very polite , always respectful welcome Everyone nicely, give always good fruit 2 Visitors & Sweets, Location in Quiet place Temple cleaned out side & inside every 1 Love this RAM MADER Me2 Parking place Also very clean, no dust no snow, no garbage in parking, Entrance both doors Is Automatic KOOL & Quiet out side & inside also, also they good windows with Alls gods Very Lovely Pictures for sale very God price, some time I also Love 2 theses Pictures & figurines, theses very beautiful And very cute Alls Hindu people Love very Much, good things is free to visit zero charge. I request to everyone should visit, And get happiness for him R her & theirs Family. If I say anything wrong I’m asking Hum KA Forgiveness they give Thanks. WELL COME EVERY ONE PLEASE (G.B)
Heartbroken n very bad experience. We have been coming to this temple for over 14 years but today on my daughter’s birthday we got stuck somewhere n reached the temple exactly at 9 pm which is the closing time we know but we were the only family in there, we entered n just started to bow down and the pundit ji there was so rude he started switching off the lights as we were heading towards the idols he was shutting off n as we reached the shivling he took away the bucket of water n poured it in the sink so that we couldn’t had the chance to worship at all . He didn’t have any courtesy at all , very rude n unacceptable behaviour. He shouldn’t be a pundit n work in such a holy place ……very bad experience.
We came for the Rudrabhishek Shiv Pooja which we had booked & paid for. We were informed it takes at least 30 minutes over the phone by the lady in the office. Our understanding of this Pooja is that it takes about 1.5 hours. But the actual Pooja was over in less than 15 minutes. When asked about it we were given vague & unconvincing reasons/ couldn’t explain the the discrepancy. We hope we can have a better proper explanation so that we can understand & have the peace of mind that our pious Pooja was done correctly. We want to politely know which Pooja did we do. It is not about the money we paid, but about trust.
Nice clean temple, great for meditation, peace and prayer. Check the website for timings of events and different times for prayers. It said 12pm there would be Aarti but missed it. There is a big hall wirh round tables and chairs and a stage for special events and performances and occasionally when they have prit bhoj. I think the hall is rentable as well. There is one main panditji and I have seen him perform a few weddings, the great thing is that he can describe things in English. He is quite strict and outspoken and will call you out. I like going here when it's quiet and special occasions. Jai Mata Di!
Mississauga Ram Mandir is a beautiful place. You will find all God Idols here and also if you want to offer water and milk on Shivling. They have kept it right besides and you can use it. Also if you want to get it from home you can do that. They do not allow ghee and stuff which is difficult for drainage later. Temple is very clean and quiet. They have different celebrations, Pooja and satsang. Accessible for Handicapped and senior citizens. Very spacious and also big parking space available right outside the temple. You name a God and it’s present to bless you in this temple. Loved the management.
Every temple has its own impact and vibes. Peaceful place and positive vibes which can affect our inner soul. Those people who prefer to meditation then this place is really good for them. No noise, no one talk loudly and peaceful ambiance. Once you enter in this temple, you feel like you’re stepping your foot in heaven and all in all you feel positivity and peace. They have good arrangements for all the rituals like mundan, naming ceremonies, gruhpravesh and they are proving various classes. They also arrange celebration of every Hindu festival which gives one to enjoy blessings from god.
Aesthetically appealing, clean mandir. Priests are not the greatest however. Rush you to do puja on Mondays. I was trying to focus on the Aarti playing, however a priest was video taking me to be a part of a reel or some video on social media. It made me feel VERY comfortable and made me lose my peace. Last time I was there, there was Hindu music blasting while I was trying to focus on meditating. This mandir is not your place of worship, it's more for the show.
One of the best temples in GTA area for worship. We frequently visit this temple and do not miss on big festivals like Janmashtami, Diwali, Navratri, Holi etc etc..It has huge parking space so you don’t have to worry about your parking. The premise is always neat and clean. The vibe of the temple is so peaceful and healing. This temple has idols of all gods and goddesses so you can worship them. I would highly recommend to just go there, worship and sit there!
A nice clean temple! Statues of the main Gods adorn the temple hall and one can freely approach the deities! There is a shivling outside the hall where one can offer milk water etc! There is a small temple shop as well ! All hindu festivals are celebrated here such as karvachouth deepawali etc! The washrooms are spotlessly clean as well Ample parking area is there and the temple is on the ground level making it easier for darshan
It’s a very peaceful place to relax and get darshan. I used google maps and had hard time locating the entry point to the temple. Mandir is well maintained, clean and accessible.I liked the way prasadam was individually wrapped and handed out instead of people using fingers to touch. Proper sanitation methods are used across the temple with hand sanitizers conveniently located. Also, plenty of parking near by.
Replying to Ruchi B, my Kids Garvit & Kanishka attended the summer Camp July 2023 and it was smooth and enjoyable. My kids has learnt lot of matras and ended up acting in the Ramanaya Act . Volunteers loves my kids and bid a nice farewell on the last day. They feed my kids 3 times and I Never heard of any spider room at all . Please do not misguide other . It’s the safest place for kids ❤️
Replying to Ruchi B’s post. Both my kids have attended the Summer Camp at this Mandir in the past years, and they were enjoying all the activities in the camp. Moreover, my children have learned prayers and many things about the Hindu religion. We need to verify the facts and understand the proper approach to this matter before commenting anything which can mislead others about the camp.
A divine experience Located on Derry Road opposite the Peel Police Headquarters, this Hindu Temple is a peaceful, serene place. There is the gorgeous display of the gods and goddesses in a large, carpeted hall. The cloakrooms and washrooms are clean and there is ample parking space at the rear. Aircraft landing at Pearson can be seen flying low over the edifice.
The temple has statues of multiple gods and It's really enchanting when its time for aarti. it is very lively. They provide prasad at all times. Temple is very clean and nicely maintained. There are lots of volunteers during occasions. the temple has enough parking but on occasions like Holi, Diwali, etc, the parking is a nightmare but people Park the car on Roads.
Mississauga Ram Mandir, is one of Canada’s leading Temples is providing exceptional quality service in the form of Spiritual guidance and Cultural preservation. Located in Mississauga Ontario, one of Canada’s most exquisite cities, the Temple attends to the needs of
Visited today and I must say it is a very nice place. There was live bhajan being sung in a very classical manner and it was extremely soothing. Though it is called Ram Mandir, you'll find most prominent gods and goddesses represented here. It is very well maintained and kept neat and clean. It was a very pleasant experience and we'll surely visit again.
Visited Ram Mandir for Diwali celebrations and had a great time! It was so well-kept and organized. Staff was amazing and accommodated us with our young children... Special thanks to Sunny for being so kind to my family. His enthusiasm and love for Diwali and Ram Mandir definitely showed. Had a great experience. I highly recommend. Jai Ramji Ki!
Recent update: We visited this temple on Gokulashtami. It was beautifully decorated. The crowd was very well managed. Very well managed. Clean. We love visiting this temple as it is serene. Now during the covid times, they have made sure to keep the idols at the entrance for devotees to have a quick Darshan.
A peaceful and very quiet place. Dieties like Ganpati, Lord Vishnu-Parvati, Laxmidevi, Lord Shankar, Sarasvati devi are some of the dieties here. Big mandir capacity, has rooms to rent for events. Many creative classes are held here. Priests are helpful and phone calls are answered quickly.
This mandir is very spacious with all the facilities like clean washroom, basin, kitchen etc. All god's idols are very beautiful and refreshing. The sitting area is large. A lot of car parking space is there. This temple gives an actual feel of spirituality and calmness after visiting It.
The temple is defintely good and the ambience inside .I visited it during the dussehra festival. I would like to say that that the food we get at times during big events is relly not of a very good quality particulary the sweets. So please visit for worship and not indulge in sweets.
It's a nice mandir but people outside of the main murti room talk soo much and soo loudly. People are there to worship and looking to get darshan, not hear you talk to your family about gossip or how good looking your children are how your 15 kids will be getting married soon....
Location, temple and all staff are good except 1 priest over there. He was extremely rude and behaved mannerless. He didn’t even answer properly and arguing illlogically. I believe his quality does not meet the position of priest.beside that everything else is really good.
Going there frequently after covid restrictions are lifted as they celebrate all the major festivals. Its a great temple in Mississauga with peaceful atmosphere. Ram Mandir has beautifully staged idols of the hindu Gods. Sharing few pictures from Holi. Jai Shri Ram!!
Wonderfull place for the worship and cleanliness( hygiene ) even though number worshippers participate largely. Place maintained very well and orgized. Some times little messy since mostly because of Indian ness other wise it’s best place to visit
Very nice mandir, and very nice pandit ji over there. I went with my brother and we came downstairs without Prasad cuz we didn't see anybody there. The pandit ji took us back in, gave Prasad and tied moli. Very nice maintenance of mandir as well.
Hindu Temple! I often go there and always loved going there. Ample parking and very spacious. If you purchase a new house or car or any other auspicious occasion, you can contact the temple for having panditji at home or offerings at temple.
One of the best place to pay visit and do some meditation. Priests over there are really good and the shop girl too. If you are looking to do community service, you can go there. They also have various holy activities from time to time .
My daughter goes to summer camp here. She likes it she gets to learn sloka and stories from Ramayana including english math arts drama . I like how she very comfortable going there. Its a peaceful place very clean and well maintained.
This is amazing spritual place of inner peace. I will recommend to visit this place. They have a complete schedule of aarti and events. Very systematic, decipline and cultured management. They also organise cultural and music classes.
The entrance is from back side and not from Derry. Parking seemed limited but sufficient for normal day.for special occasions you might not get parking in the compound. Inside the temple is very spacious, nice and well maintained.
There is no direct access to the temple from Derry Rd. You have to enter from Export Blvd. Temple is peaceful. Prasad was distributed along with a nice meal plate full of rice dal and subzi plus a sweet.
Replying to Ruchi B’s post. Our kids are going to Ram Mandir camp from over 10 years and there is no truth to any of your comments. We should dig in deeper before commenting online and misleading people.
Loved the temple. Must visit if living this place. You will get statue of most of the gods. Good place for Hindu marriages, Car puja. Many activities also going on like Hindi classes, tabla classes etc
Such a calm and peaceful temple It's my first visit to a temple in canada I really loved visiting there. Especially the new Hanuman ji's idol was so mesmerizing I felt like I'm in India ❤️ …
Beautiful Temple. Kept very clean and organized. The festival celebration events they have are great as well. This Mandir has an amazing impact and wonderful vibes, its a must visit. Jai Shree Ram!
Went there just to visit, but ended up staying for 2+ hours, till the end of sunderkand! Loved the vibe! Great place to connect with community and get closer to god! Felt like home away from home.
I bought a new car and went there to perform puja... pandit ji was really nice and knowledgeable.. ambience in the temple is really peaceful...and the best part is they are open throughout the day
We went there twice for Friday evening aarti and we're really impressed with the way they conduct it. There are screens available for all the devotees to sing along with pandit ji and the group.
After reading some reviews encouraged to write. Good programs special days. Good volunteers. Especially funny guy at the entrance. Saw them clean the place. Looking forward to coming new year
The camp they have is amazing my son is learning so much and is excited to go every day! He begs us on weekends to take him there. We see the love and dedication of the staff and counselors.
You can feel the presence! Beautiful temple, and peaceful ambience! Very spiritual and heavenly! Enter the temple as a believer (with shraddha) and you will feel unburdened and at peace....
Perfect place for peace and tranquillity! First choices for any hindu ceremonies, rituals, puja, darshan or even kids activities to keep them connected to the hindu religion and culture!!
Enjoyed the sermon, it is good to visit other regions and understand the community. I suggest everyone in there life time visit other persons regions, just like the Christians!
The place is big inside with rooms where you can buy religious items. Good parking spot and being at location that is easily assissible if you are residing in mississauga.
Google maps shows you that there is an entrance from Derry Road but you will have to either access it from Export Blvd or Beckett Blvd. The temple was nice and serene.
This is one of the most beautiful temples in the whole GTA. We love going there all the time. We feel very positive and energized every time. The vibes are fantastic.
No words to describe this place of worship Whenever I go there and come back I just feel so refreshed! The Pandit ji is very inspiring and a great human being …
This is ok had one session with Mr.roop but it can be better and interaction would be more convenient versus when delivering lecture and providing your introduction
This is grate Hindu tamale, I visited so many times. They have very well organic events. for all Hindu festivals. When you are in temple you feel piece of mind.
Very vibrant and you will definitely feel positivity.. our kids had a good time doing puja, aarti and chanting shloka.. will visit frequently. Thank you …
Spiritual mandir with enough capacity for visitors with amazing pandit ji who speaks hindi n English both. Along with that superstitious bhajans and music.

I visited Ram mandir for the first time to take blessings on the new year and I found it very good. It was a peaceful place and well organized.
Good to go for peace but the priest are not good. They will be like if someone provides donation they will go after them to guide so not good.
We went on lohri festival as well as on holi. I like that they celebrated all hindu festivals with so much love. Keep organizing such events!
