I have been a patient of Dr. Metwally for few years now, she is a wonderful dentist. Dr. Metwally is very professional, thorough with her examinations and cares about her patients over-all dental health. Dr. Metwally referred my son to see an orthodontist when he was just 11. The orthodontists originally said that referring a child at 11 is way too early until he examined my son’s teeth and said that my dentist was absolutely right to refer this early for proper dental treatment. Fast forward 2 yrs and my son is getting his braces off, and Dr. Metwally has routinely monitored his progress throughout the time he had his braces on. Dr. Metwally has addressed many concerns with respect to my kids teeth and we can see they are on a great path with oral care and great smiles. I would highly recommend Dr. Metwally for your family’s dental care. The entire staff is just amazing and treat you like you are family.

I am extremely pleased with the experienced Dental Hygienist who has cleaned my teeth on my last 2 visits. She patiently and skillfully cleaned out all the pockets that had formed from bone loss to try and save my 74 year old teeth. She is extremely friendly and professional. I appreciate all of her diligent efforts and attention to detail. She even took my blood pressure on my last visit ---because I couldn't remember what it was. I am a long time patient of Dr. Ian Walker --- and now Dr. Reham Metwally, who took over the business after he retired. Over the years, I have had many different Hygienist's working on my teeth --- but none better than the most recent one (who has evidently been with Dr. Metwally for a long time). I wish I had known her earlier in my life --- because then my teeth and gums would probably be in much better shape. I will visit her every 3 months, as recommended.

When I moved to Ontario the dread of having to find a new dental office that was conveniently located, honest, trustworthy and just overall pleasant to have to deal with was gone when I stumbled across Mississauga Dental House and made that first visit. Not only does Dr.Reham Metwally and her team act with utmost professionalism, this dental house provides a warm welcoming to all. They are all friendly and really get to know the patient. I see Fariba for my cleanings and the fact that she remembers everything I’ve ever shared with her from day one is truly impressive! Even though I’ve moved to another city I will continue to go out of my way just to get my services done by this team. 100% Recommend…no scams here, just a group of honest people doing what they are trained to do!

Extremely unprofessional and sloppy dental work. I got my fillings done a while back and was recommended more work than required. Upon going to a different dentist, i was told my roots were touched excessively and fillings were not properly done. Will not be returning. (Reply) Update: I am positive that you are aware of patient confidentiality. Unprofessional that you are disclosing confidential patient dental work history on this platform. I am aware of the work i have gotten done. The dental work I'm referring to was DEFINITELY done and recommended by the dentist here as I was the one getting it and not you. I don't know where you get your false information from but I think that you need to stop blaming the client and focus on the practice.

I've been going to Dr. Reham for the past 6 months and I like how they work. The team is amazing and personable. They call to remind appts and call to offer should any earlier appts come up, of which I appreciate. Dr. Reham has been doing my fillings, and I can't complain. She even managed to save me from a root canal. I like that she didn't push for it even though I have insurance coverage because she knows she can still salvage it. I like the efficiency whenever she works on my teeth and so far everything has been well. I also like that she takes a before and after photo for me to see the difference. Their dental hygienist is also good. Overall, will keep going here for my dental needs.

Dr. Metwally and her staff are one of the best dental offices I've been too. They welcome you with a smile, stir up conversation and make you feel at ease before your treatment. Dr. Metwally is the best dentist I've ever had. She is kind, trustworthy, very honest and thorough with her work. She's fixed the damage I had with other dentists and saved my teeth from further damage. My family and I have been going to her since she moved to the area and will continue to do so. Worst dentist my family has ever been to! Since the new dentist took over, she was nothing but rough and mean! She took a chunk out of my mom’s cheek because she “slipped” and proceeded to tell me my mom was crazy during my appointment. Also had my wisdom teeth removed here and traumatizing experience where they gave me the freezing I was allergic to twice! We will never go back here and suggest you find another dentist unless you like having cuts all in your mouth. The ONLY positive to this place was the hygienist - she is absolutely lovely

I have been coming here for years!! Dr. Reham is absolutely amazing. She definitely know what she's doing when it comes to teeth. When I have a cavity filled in there is this bite process I have to do and then she drills to make the teeth line up on the bite... she does it flawlessly. The office is so clean and smells so fresh! Every staff member there is so welcoming! If your looking for a place to fix up your smile, this is the place to go. They will make your smile beautiful! :) 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I went to this location to do a teeth cleaning and the procedure was so complicated and pricing was unfairly expensive as over the phone they told us the dentist will do it but the hygienist did the procedure and a peace of my tooth come off and the dentist even did not checked the hygienist job, and I still have gum ache and bleeding for 48 hours. Definitely would give them a -5 start if I could.now after all this I have to find a person to fix my tooth that they destroyed.

Dr. Reham Metwally is a really good doctor! She removed my wisdom teeth all 4 of them. Before the surgery, I was really nervous but she was amazing. I felt no pain, nothing! During the surgery she was always trying to calm me down. She is also very gentle and attentive. I also have a lot of filling to be done. She did all my treatment and all my dental problems were solved. I am very pleased. I want to thank you Dr. Reham and Ms. Meltem for everything!!
