This past weekend, your company and staff completely mismanaged the Milwaukee Event. After waiting over half hour outside in the cold to get in, to witness completely chaos inside, staff having playful chit-chat at the expense of waiting customers. Staff not being informed about the sale, spreading misinformation. I was told at the check out that my purchase is eligible for two small batteries once I present my receipt at the tent. Upon my arrival, the tent staff says the saw only receives one free battery whereas the kit would have honoured a second one. Now I was in a situation where I couldn't wait in line for another half hour so they can rectify their mistake when they were closing in less than 20 minutes. I decided to call them today to see if they could propose a solution, and after spending close to $1000, you'd think they would. But they're now telling me that if I want to upgrade, not only I won't get a second battery, but I'd have to return the one I got as a gift (I'm assuming so they can pocket it). Absolutely appalling customer service, as noted by other reviewers here. You are so far behind in the tenets of customer service.

I had the pleasure of finding Mississauga Hardware through a Google search while in need of a tool attachment. They had it listed at a better price than anywhere else. Skeptical, I checked out their website and all the information was legitimate. Within a few days later and I have the part I need. For those that live far away and would rather not have your own email used for a transaction Apple allows a ‘Hide My Email’ option. I don’t recommend doing it. I lost the password, didn’t receive any correspondence, and admittedly filed a dispute through PayPal over my issue just as I received the package in the mail. I have since cancelled the dispute and apologized to them but wanted to warn anyone else who wants to use that email feature NOT TO! Thank you very much Mississauga Hardware for your help and understanding! I would definitely recommend this place for anyone shopping for great products at competitive prices!

After making a purchase over the phone for one of our technicians to pick up, paying for the order, providing proof of ownership for the cards and our technician loading all the tools into his truck: MSC decided that they wanted the technician to unload all the tools out of his truck and they would refund us our money because he didn't have the Office's credit card on him. Had this been communicated to us during our lengthy phone call, this waste of time could have been avoided. However the lack of planning resulted in a loss of several hours and hundreds of dollars in wages to my technician and office staff coordinating all of this and an alternate plan This was quite a big order, in the thousands, already paid for. It's unfortunate to see such poor communication and little client appreciation. Our company is growing and planned to spend double this in the next 18 months with them.

These guys are great, I've purchased a bunch from them but usually in store when I'm in the GTA for work. I ordered online this time, during black Friday. So it's about as busy as it gets for sales.. I ordered on the 30th and wasn't in a huge rush to receive, but a week had gone by without an update. I figured there might be a billing issue so I called to confirm everything was ok. Turns out everything was, they were just really backed up on orders. No problem, not in a rush. That day I received a shipping notice for the items from FedEx, and received the next day. The invoice originally said ship via UPS, so they must have gone out of their way to expedite my order. 10/10 recommend, this stuff happens all the time and they went out of their way to fix it ASAP. I mean aside from that awesomeness, they do have great prices on just about everything Thanks guys

I ordered a dust shield for my Makita router that I couldn't find anywhere else. It wasn't in stock but because I was in a hurry, they said that for a small charge ($10.00 I think) they could special order it for me. I agreed and it was ordered. I got a call 2 days later to say it was in and that it arrived with another order and there wasn't any extra charge. I wouldn't have known otherwise. These day to get that honesty is becoming harder to find. I buy all my tools from Mississauga Hardware, not just because of this but also that they price everything very competitively. Usually as good or better than Amazon. They keep an amazing inventory as well. I have no affiliation with them. I just appreciate service, price, honesty and professionals who know what they are talking about (even if I sometimes don't).

This company is top notch. I’m located two hours away and get better service and pricing than my local companies. Craig is an awesome guy to deal with for any Milwaukee items. Easy going, professional and just an all around good guy. Tony recently showed his true colours when I had an issue with the performance of a tool I purchased. He had a tool rep on the phone with me in less than an hour who immediately took action. Talk about backing up what they sell! What more can you ask for as a consumer? If I could give less than one star I sure would. Placed an order for about 1500$ online for Milwaukee laser, pickup, stand and a Bosch distance measurer for an upcoming job, they cancelled the whole order because of a 100$ bosch discount, that I didn’t even apply for because I had both bosch and Milwaukee tools in the same order, now I have to reorder and won’t have these tools in time for the job. When our business makes a mistake we take care of it. we don’t just say oops, sorry. Never buy here, they clearly don’t care about customer service. I went out of my way to buy from them even though the order was more money than Home Depot and then they drop the order, and don’t care??? Unreal.

Went instore for an item that was sold out instore and online at home depot. I found them on google looking for alternatives sources, I had no idea this place existed! to my surprise, it was $30 bucks cheaper as well! Also to note for the Milwaukee lovers, This store has lots of accessories that are probably special order at other stores that are in stock like special vacuum attachments, clothing in small sizes (I've only ever seen M/L/XL at other place), etc I'm sure they have other gems but it was a pretty quick in and out. The gentleman that was stocking the floor at the time (an Asian fellow, sorry I didn't ask your name) was incredibly polite and helpful. Thank you very much!

I think this is one of, if not, the best tool distributor in the area. Prices are Fantastic, variety is unmatched and no place has impressed me like they have with their customer service. I had a problem with a ratchet I bought 2 or 3 months ago and within a week a brand new one was ready for me. I work alot and I am just over an hour or so away so no way I could get there on time while they are open. I told them and without hesitation they shipped it to my door, free of charge. In my opinion they did a fantastic job. Huge thanks to Craig for helping me out and getting me set. Definitely where I'll buy my specialty tools for a long time.

I've ordered several tools online from this supplier. They have always arrived as advertised and they have fast shipping. One of the best procedures online tool suppliers I've ever dealt with ( including the big box stores, like Home Depot and Lowes) they also have one of the best customer service departments, and warranty departments. If your looking for high end tools at a reasonable price,and free shipping Canada wide...this is one of your best options. I remember when I could only get makita 9.6 volt cordless drills that really sucked the big banana and had no online shopping, or free shipping( oh what a world we live in now)

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. I used to get my all my tools from Mississauga Hardware all the time in the past but in the last few years the customer service when you walk in that place is completely lacking. The people behind the desk don’t even look at you or ask you what you need or what you are looking for. They have zero tool knowledge and don’t even know certain make and models of the items they carry. From now on I’ll be taking my business to Atlas Tools in Etobicoke even though it’s 15 minutes out of my way I’d much rather give them my hard earned money than step in Mississauga Hardware again just to be ignored.

Took advantage of a recent sale to grab a Milwaukee lawnmower. Bought online on Saturday, and opted for pickup at the store. I live a couple hours drive from the store but was in the area so I stopped in to see if I could pick up before getting email notification it was ready. Although they were slammed with orders and mine wasn't processed yet, after I explained my circumstance they agreed to search to find my order and process it so I could go home with the mower. Had a problem with my online order. Screen popped up saying I had to call their office. Office closed so I called next day and was "helped" by someone who clearly shouldn't have been in customer service. Wrote off that guy and tried again the next day. Between Email and calls They sorted out my order difficulties and even sent my large heavy purchase for overnight delivery. Domenic and crew know how to treat a customer. Will definitely consider MHC for my hardware and tool needs going forward.

Hard to get repeat positive experience in the area of tools and hardware but this place delivers on a lot of levels. Fair prices and sometimes great sale prices and also consistent product knowledge. During the pandemic they went through hoops to give great service and they continue to today post pandemic. They’re not centrally located but the delivery I’ve gotten is way above average and in most cases is free. Good selection, pricing and people. And it’s family run so that’s a plus.

Bought a track saw and track from these guys. 1) The website has been thought through....whan you buy the saw it reminds you the track is sold separately and gives you the option to add it. 2) Shipping was super fast and they sent it all the way across Canada in less than 5 days. 3) The price was better than I could find anywhere else. 4) I haven't been into the store but I get the feeling this is where Tim Allen from the show Home Improvement would shop for his tools.

Purchased an item cyber Monday. Received a confirmation email stating I should be receiving an email when item has been shipped. It has been almost a week and still have not received an update. Contacted their customer service helpline and they stated I would be receiving an email sometime last week. Received nothing. Poor follow up. Chose this store to fulfil and order for a Milwaukee 15G nail gun kit as they showed it as in stock and free delivery for orders over $149. I called late Tuesday to confirm if it could be delivered by the weekend and was told it would be sent overnight delivery the next day. Received at 10:00 am on Thursday. Difficult to reach place with unusual business hours. Decided to try Saturday to only find out it closes at 1PM. So I can't reach this place after working 9-5 and I have more important personal things I can finally get to on the weekend, but the place is practically closed on the weekends... I ordered a Milwaukee Pole Chain Saw recently on the website, and it was shipped out the next day and delivered promptly! I like the way Mississauga Hardware Centre wraps the tool shipments in black plastic wrapping (even the large tools!) for security purposes when shipping with couriers to keep it unidentified and safer!! Was sadly disappointed when I showed up to the store and they did not have the Dewalt Yeezy Shoes in stock. Was unable to give me an ETA either. after hearing great things about this store from coworkers i decided to order a new tool bag. and of course with my luck the order was cancelled due two one of the following reasons: credit card address, delivery outside Canada, i requested the cancelation and stock issue. The only one of the four it could have been was stock yet when you go to the website it says still in stock.

They sell at a very low price. Great customer service and they are all very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to sell me the makita lawn mower kit with a leaf blower. You will be hard pressed to find an owner as attentive as Tony when you are in the store. Bought a few things here over the years including a festool router, and customer service is really great. The product depth their store covers serves across many of the trades in the GTA. Definitely worth the visit here.

There really aren't words for how helpful and customer service oriented the staff are at Mississauga Hardware. I attended here for the first time today to purchase a few items. The prices are excellent, staff knowledgeable and very welcoming. I think every employee thanked me for coming in and my purchase.

So there's a battle for me with choosing where to go here or atlas tools. I do find mississauga hardware has some unique tools you can't find anywhere else. But on the other hand atlas tools has a HUGE variety, especially for veto,occidental, etc. So I'm always torn between the two. Solid 5 stars though.

Some of them can be found in their on-line shop, but can't be found there, because they're not exposed on the showing shelfs. They are stored in the back staff-only zone. Ordered online, came in a week. I did call to confirm it was going to be sent on day 6 it was sent that afternoon and i received it the next day. I saved 90 bucks by ordering through them when i called they were friendly and efficient. I will defiantly look here for any tool orders in the future.

We order lots of drill bits and oscillating saw blades, they always have them in stock or get me the back orders quickly. Their prices are the best and delivery is within days.
