I have had an irrational fear of all things dental for over 50 years. When I first visited Mississauga Smiles Dentistry I was still terrified but the caring and compassion of everyone in that office was quietly and confidendently working to erase the fear caused by old memories and today I am thrilled to report I was able to undergo a treatment that I could never have imagined even just a month ago. Everyone in that office was ecstatic for me and the success of the treatment performed without drugs or sedation and I personally am still in shock..there is a customer liason in the office who works closely with patients to meet and exceed the patients needs and she is truly amazing. The entire staff including hygenists, reception, right up the chain to the dentist himself have earned my trust and respect but more importantly have allowed me for the first time in many many years to look foward to having the dental work I need to have done, actually done! Trust me when I say this team is the best in the GTA in my opinion, and Mississauga should be proud to recognize and honour businesses like Mississauga Smiles Dentristry.

I visited Mississauga Smiles after my husband, who raved about their dental cleaning a lot, and he is very particular with his teeth! I went for my first cleaning with Lynn (I hope I pronounce it right) and she has excellent bedside manners. She has a calm and compassionate approach. She explained the whole process to me , the equipment she is using and what the measurements mean etc and I really felt calm as she did the x-rays and whole process. Another thing worth mentioning, the place was extremely clean and neat and during Covid time that was a very important thing (as a lot of stuff goes into your mouth in the dentist chair...) She also recommended me to use an electronic brush ( she didn't push for it, gently said it works for her, too) and I decided to try her suggestion - it is definitely much better. I saw the doctor very briefly and my interaction with her was also pleasant. Next week I will go for the second part of my cleaning, I will update this review depending on how my next visit goes but so far I feel like I found my dental cleaning home in Mississauga.

Both my wife and I were patients of Dr.Mohamad at the Mississauga Smiles Dentistry. I had traditional braces on for over two years. And my wife had Invisalign for under a year. We are extremely pleased and happy with the outcome. The staff were always courteous and helpful. Dr.Mohamad was upfront on what was possible and what was not. He answered all questions patiently not just once but throughout the 2+ years. The only time there was a confusion with the billing, he personally intervened and ensured that it was cleared. I have always appreciated his personal touch and involvement with his patients. A special word of appreciation for Timina, the specialist, who worked on my braces the entire duration. She was professional, competent, patient and friendly. The front office staff were also very helpful. Tiara and Karen helped process our insurance papers in a timely fashion. They would also call the insurance office on our behalf where needed and helped us out. Definitely a great place to get your dental needs satisfied, one that I would recommend for sure.

If I could give -100 stars I would. I came here over a month ago for 2 wisdom teeth to be extracted. I was told this wouldn’t be complicated and booked and had the procedure done within 48 hours. They sent me home with pain medicine that didn’t work, and told me that I should be fine in a few days. Fast forward a week- my pain kept increasing and I called and left a message for an emergency appointment. Nobody got back to me. Thankfully I found another dentist who dealt with the complications of what Mississauga smiles did; without getting into detail I had serious issues on both extraction sites. It is now a month later and I have nerve damage, jaw pain and migraines daily. DO NOT GO HERE. Update: After leaving this review, I was contacted by their reception. I explained my experience and all of my complications I’ve had since the procedure and the person on the phone just hung up. If you are looking for good dental work, a quality procedure, or even basic respect this clinic is the WRONG place to go.

I am reviewing this to add that I did get a call from the owner Dr. Mohammed who inquired about my experience at the clinic and wanted to get my feedback personally. I highly appreciate his call. Few things to complain about. 1- I only went there for 2 appointments for a check up and the first of 4 sessions they recommend. I then completed the fixes at another dentist. The other dentist had to redo one filling after it broke. 2-Wait time were a bit long knowing that I was ontime for my appointment. 3- They sent me a 14$ bill 2 months after I was there. After I inquired they said that some thing was not covered by the insurance. I for sure went back and paid. But at the time I was there they had someone who reviewed the insurance policy and I paid all what was pending. I have to say that the staff was nice and very helpful. My review is for my personal experience there. I am sorry I have to write this reviewed. I usually try to stick to positive reviews only.

I have been a patient at Mississauga Smiles Dentistry for a year now. The service and respect that I’ve received at this dental office has exceeded all expectations. I completed the entirety of my Invisalign treatment at this dentistry, along with a filling and multiple cleanings. The staff at the front desk were very courteous as they booked my appointments, gave me a detailed consultation for my treatment and helped to set up a payment plan that worked best for me. Dr. Mohamad is an extremely professional and knowledgeable individual who made the entire experience worthwhile. He explained the entirety of my treatment in detail and happily addressed all questions I had throughout the process. He made sure I was 100% satisfied with my results before moving on to the final steps of my Invisalign treatment. My teeth now look great and I love my new smile! I would highly recommend this dentistry to those who are looking for a great dental experience!

I had to go through 2 treatments. One was tooth filling and another was extraction. I was really satisfied with the first treatment but when it came to extraction, they asked me to wait for the specialist "Dr.Marwan". I was asked to wait for 3 weeks for him and though I wanted to do the extraction ASAP I was ready to wait for him. On the final day he came and got disappointed to know that I had to do extraction only. Their staff was trying to convince me to go for implantation but from day one I was clear that I just wanted extraction so they said doctor is busy and come later. I was unable to understand if he has given me time so how come he is busy suddenly because its extraction. Then they said to come after 2 weeks which I was not ready and even they offered to see me again in the afternoon same day but I it was too late by then. It was not that great experience.

Then, I was a loyal patient, and I'm happy to say that the excellent care, patience, and commitment to great service have continued with the change. Lynn, my hygienist whom I see every four months, has this incredible way of making the dental visit surprisingly enjoyable. The reception team is not only welcoming but also super knowledgeable, and every staff member seems genuinely happy to see me. Dr. Mindy, my new dentist, is amazing! She has a calming aura that keeps any anxiety levels you arrive with outside the door. Karen, the office manager, is a true professional. This was hands down the best dentist practice that I have been to, in all my life. They are very thorough (one could argue almost too much, but I liked it) They requested a detailed estimate from my insurance in advance so I would know what I would be covered / paying if there was any balance. I loved their advance technology and couldn't stop watching the screen when they took photos and a 3D map of teeth. It was touch screen so they could show exactly inside and out (to indicate the wear & tear of my grinding - yikes) I loved Dr. Mohamad's explanation of the exam plus the dental hygienists' work on my teeth (she wasn't heavy handed and answered all my questions, plus she showed great empathy/ bedside manner) I have recommended this place to many of my friends and family. Keep up the great and friendly work!

Worst dental care provider in terms of service. I had my child treated here for her cavity. They almost used complete insurance coverage with multiple visits possible. Perhaps the actual issue was not treated. At last I had to look for another dentist who addressed the actual issue and treat it. Mean while I had to pay $500+ for the treatment out from my pocket. Since all the insurance was utilised unnecessarily by the Mississauga Smiles dentistry. If you have insurance coverage they tend to charge you as much as possible. While I needed treatment for my self. I requested for a consultation appointment. For which they included multiple processes as possible which would have costed me $660 + tax Please take caution before visiting the care provider.

"If you have an emergency and think that you need to see a dentist immediately" DON'T CONTACT THESE GUYS!!! My wisdom tooth is touching and has been irritating a nerve for 2 weeks now. I sent my x-rays and booked an appointment to see their dentist on Monday April 24. Took the day off work, so that's a full day no pay. 2 hours before my appointment they called to tell me their dentist can't do the extraction because they'll need an oral surgeon. So they book me in for Friday April 28 for a consult and possible extraction. Took another day off no pay and now they call to let me know they need to refer me out to a Dental specialist. Couldn't have told me on Monday so I wouldn't waste another day?! No regard for people's lives. YOU NEED TO DO BETTER!

The best dentist and dental clinic I’ve ever been. The staff are friendly and accommodating from the time I walk in to the moment I walk out of their clinic. I had my root canal and dental crown done and as expected it was exceptional and the procedure was done professionally. They also made sure that I am comfortable while they are doing the procedure. I had severe pain and headaches before I visited Dr. Mohamad, but he provided me with amazing orthodontic care. He really helped me fix my teeth. Also, the clinic provided me affordable payment schedule and was very considerate of my circumstances. It's only two and half years and covid restrictions but I finally have no pain in my jaw or teeth and not as many headaches as I did before. Although there were days I had to wait half an hour or more to see the doctor, I think it was worth the time, since my teeth are so much better now.

Dr.Mohammad Khorshid had done a work of art on my smile makeover and it was a pleasant journey from day 1. he had explained to me throughly everything about the whole process, gave me options and recommendations which made me so confident in my decision to do PORCELAIN VENEERS by him. Had the pleasure of having a cosmetic procedure done by Dr. Khorshid. From the initial consultation to the final follow up appointment, both him and his staff were great and extremely welcoming. I could not be happier with my results!! The only thing I regret is having not done it sooner! Getting your teeth cleaned is one thing, but having a gum lift and a composite bonding procedure done is complete artistry; something which Dr. Khorshid definitely has an eye for. Absolutely comes with my highest recommendation!

Honestly I thought for once I found a nice place that wasn’t so bad and could help me. After visiting so many other dentists to help me with my wisdom teeth and no help other than consistently wanting to charge me more money for a scan and more X-rays. I give up no one can help me without me going bankrupt to pay them. Even when I have insurance coverage they still manage to find a way that a scan cannot be billed to my insurance. I’ll just have to live with it, I’m tired of people taking advantage of me.

Initially gave this clinic a 5 star review but - since the pandemic started - it's been difficult to navigate given my health and others in my family. I've had to reschedule a couple of times and the receptionist was rude about it. I completely understand if I wasn't rescheduling for legitimate reasons, but they are very transparent with being displeased with you and letting you know that you'd be a low priority going forward.
