Jason’s expertise, skill and wonderful customer service is beyond exceptional. I had a bad experience with poor workmanship from another mr minute and when I showed Jason he immediately made me feel confident that the ( gift knives) could be made beautiful. He Re engraved and improved the original and then engaved the opposite side of the knives with a stunning display of pure God given talent and skill. The knives are now a work of art that will be used, enjoyed and commented on at each birthday and major milestone in twin girls lives. Thank you seems so little but Thank you! ( oh and he wouldn’t take payment ! Just wanted to correct a bad experience and replace it with a good one!) mission accomplished indeed.

Mister Minit? More like Mister month, that’s how long it took for them to return my watch for a repair quote. Was quoted $250 for a simple repair which was more than the watch itself. Took it to another repairer who charged $50 and did it on the spot! The owner of this shop should seriously consider using another watch repairer very unreliable and overpriced. Stick to key cutting and shoe repairs!

30 years ago, my dad gave me an engraved pewter mug for my 21st birthday. Today, Jason engraved that same mug for my son's 21st birthday - and he did an absolutely amazing job. He was recommended to me and did not disappoint. Now I recommend him.
