I’m a new patient in this clinic for more than a year now and doctors like Dr. Gill and Dr. Malookaya is so accomodating , answers all your questions and never rush you. Both are fantastic drs. Listens well to my needs. I am very happy to find a nice doctors like them.And lately May 6 the receptionist with strong chinese accent ( i am not a prejudice but just voicing out my experience) she is so rude no manners whereas was talking to her in a nice manner.This kind of a receptionist should not be answering phone calls if they don’t have patience in answering questions and favors to pass to the doctor concern. DOCTORS ARE EXCELLENT BUT NOT RECEPTIONIST.

I'm so fortunate and greatful to have a family doctor like Dr. Julia Malookaya. She's caring, compassionate and you will feel that she's there for you ready to listen, she discussed and explain it well, and give the best thing she can give to help the patient. I think every patients need that to ease their pain. Same with other staff like Grace very accommodating and best customer service. Thank you so much team Mitchell Medical Clinic. Dr. Malookaya has been a great female family doctor to me so far. She listens and is very caring. She takes her time to discuss any issue, and is very helpful to try and solve it. It is also very easy to book appointments with Mitchell Medical Clinic. Wonderful!!

Dr. Tsang is friendly and efficient. We are pleased to have her as our doctor. It is easy to make an appointment either on the phone or on their website. Grace on the front desk is busy like the proverbial “one-armed paper-hanger” but she pleasant and efficient.

I've been seeing Dr. Malookaya for a few months now. She is by far the best doctor I've had in years! I'm very thankful to finally have a family doctor that is very caring and thorough. The clinic staff are great too on the phone and in person :)

I love Dr.Mitchell. She is extremely caring, compassionate, and takes her time with me at each appointment. She listens to my concerns and is very collaborative with coming up with a treatment plan that works for me. Grace is fantastic as well!

Dr Malookaya has been my doctor for about a year and in that time, she has always been super helpful, efficient, understanding, and listened well to what my needs were. It can be a pain to book an appointment at the clinic but it's worth it.

Dr. Julia Malookaya is the best medical professional I’ve ever dealt with. It can be difficult to book an appointment sometimes, however she is very thorough and thoughtful with her patients. Highly recommend.

Have seen Dr Malookaya for a couple of years and recently saw Dr Gill. Both excellent Doctors and easy to talk with. The clinic is very well run, with basement pay parking and buses out front.

Dr. Julia Malookaya is a fantastic Doctor! The best I have ever had. The office runs very smoothly and the reception staff are very efficient. The scenario is very difficult to find.
