Je n’en revenais pas qu’à Montréal on pouvait avoir cette chance de meubler et de décorer avec autant de goût et d’originalité. Je suis une personne assez exigeante et méticuleuse. Je suis tombé amoureuse d’une commode et Véra m’a accompagné et m’a conseillé pour agencer un set de chambre. Elle ne m’a mi aucune pression. À aucun moment j’ai senti que Véra cherchait à faire une vente. Elle a été sincère et à l’écoute de mes besoins. J’ai eu un diagnostic et cette maladie à eu un effect dévastateur sur ma vie et mes projets. Ce qui a fait changer mon plan d’aménagement. Véra a été extrêmement patiente et plus qu’humaine avec moi. Je tenais à témoigner et partager mon expérience que se soit pour la qualité du service et le professionnalisme de l’équipe. Merciiii!!!

As soon as you walk into the store, you are greeted with a warm and welcoming smile! We were fortunate on several occasions to be serviced by Francesca! From the start, she was interested in knowing what we were looking for, asking specific questions to assess what she has in their inventory to fit our needs. Francesca is a personable, warm, attentive and accommodating representative. Due to several set back on our home’s renovations, Mobilart was gracious to store our purchased furniture until we were ready for delivery. The store’s layout is very well organized. Absolutely every item is kept immaculately clean. They have a wide variety of luxurious items to select from. You are guaranteed to find unique and stunning pieces worthy of showcasing in your home!

Vera at MobilArt Décor Montréal is amazing! Vera was extremely patient when we were choosing fabric patterns and colours for our sofa. Vera was exceptionally knowledgeable about inventory. When my husband and I saw a table that we liked was already sold, Vera knew of a very similar table that was in stock in the company's warehouse. When my husband and I were trying to think of a way to plan our living room furniture, Vera was extraordinarily helpful with measurements and dimensions! When we went to MobilArt Décor Montréal my expectation was that we would look around and leave. Vera with her very mild mannered, helpful yet unobtrusive manner made us firm customers. I strongly recommend this store because every piece of furniture is unique and good quality. The service at this store was outstanding. The owner sent the designer who helped me chose my pieces about 3 times to help me with the design of my salon. The delivery guys were also very professional and sweet because they helped me move a lot of my other rooms as well. The owner was altogether very generous by sending me 2 designers when the furniture came in to help set it all up in my house. They emptied my entire salon and helped me put it all together by even going as far as filling in my showcase. I have honestly never witnessed such amazing service in this country. Loved every part of this process.

I ordered quite a few pieces from mobileart to support my fellow Armenian business and I was so blown away by not only the quality of the furniture that they carry but after waiting quite a long time for my order to come in , my bedroom set did not pass the staircase in my house. Although you cannot get refunded on special orders,my designer sales lady called Vera did everything in her power to make sure I walked out a very happy client. The sofa selection is great. The price is really affordable. Vera helped me out a lot. She works there. Ask for her. She is knowledgeable, patient and sweet. I chose a sectional. I have 3 young children so I can’t go with just anything. Vera’s help and expertise were invaluable. She helped me choose the right size for my odd sized living room and the fabric. The kids love the sectional. Lots of jumping and stains wash right out. I was so pleased, I went back and got another sofa for the basement. Thanks, Vera!!

My wife and I are frustrated the way the sales lady (Vera) served us, very rude and refused to give us any information about the makes of the furniture, it's seemed very discreet about where it's made... I made my research and most of their furniture are made in CHINA, I highly NOT RECOMMEND prices are exaggerated and unreal.
