I'd give them a neg review if that were possible. They were absolutely no help. Got my screen replaced a few months ago and it looked fine then a few hours passed and it popped up cuz it wasn't glued properly. Went back and forth like 4 times in one week and it still was slightly off from one side of the phone. My phone screen ended up breaking 2 months later cuz the screen had a gap between the phone and screen (they didn't know how to glue it down permanently) Ended up getting a new phone now but I 100% wasted my time and money ($240) on a screen, when I told them during the warranty that I wanted a refund they wouldn't give it, I only replaced the screen cuz they said it would be done properly. It wasn't and then I had to pay for the "repair" and now a new phone cuz the phone they were fixing wasn't fixed properly. Would def not recommend them for anything, they are money eaters and don't deliver satisfactory services. Oh and a cherry on top, the worker here was super rude and unprofessional. Tried blaming the screen lifting up on me, told me my phone was bent but I know that I didn't bend it and there was no bend when I handed it to them. They damaged my phone further and didn't apologize or try to make it up to me.

I got an older phone activated with a new provider which included unlimited data but I was not able to access any data. I spent an hour on the phone with this provider "troubleshooting" and was told to go into an actual Bell store to get the sim card replaced. The employee tried to access data with no success and said it was a problem with the phone. To get a new phone would be costly and I would no longer be eligible for the promotion I signed up for. This brought me to go to this store to see if they could help. The technician, Jeff, was so professional and understanding. After about 10 minutes, he handed my phone back to me and said everything was fine now. It was something wrong with the set up (which you would think that Bell would have been able to figure out). And he wouldn't take any payment. That's what I call great customer service!!!!! I will definitely recommend this store to family and friends.

Staff were cordial, unfortunately Samsung advised they could repair my Flip 4 in-store which is not the case, probably going to be a couple weeks no phone. Uodate: 9 days later and I check the status of my phone online and says they haven't received it. Took me 30 minutes to get someone on the phone at the store, then placed on long hold. Online chat was useless as they couldn't locate my phone in the system. Was informed by store once I was able to speak with them that it would be about another week, but they would check on it and call me back. Parts for my device are "too new" to be in stock .. this is a prank right??? .. Edit Finally got phone back, staff is nice enough, but operational constraints limit their options. Would have been faster and more convenient sending phone in via at home courier pickup.

I have a series 6 Apple Watch 44mm. I had a screen protector without Watch armor lol. I was JUST in the shower, not usual but never swimming. While drying off I wiped the screen of my watch, and a little lip showed. I assumed it was the screen protector. I was incorrect. I then remembered I took it off a week prior, I lifted the edge and the whole internal components and circuitry exposed itself. All and every feature was tested and all is okay! All I wanted them to do is Glue My Screen Back On! They said sorry, we need to charge you 200 for a screen replacement plus time, plus 5-7 business days without.. Resolve? Amazon. $1.86

Didnt have my device fixed here. I went one afternoon and they said it would only get done the next day if I dropped it off in the first half of the day. I was told a work order was created and I would be able to get it done same day. I went back and was told it would take atleast a day and wouldnt get done today. Upset that they advertise very fast and under an hour service when that hasnt been the case. They were also going to charge me an insane price to replace a cracked screen. 405$. Like for that money, may as well buy a new phone.

They replaced the screen on my Pixel 3aXL very efficiently. Phone works great since I got it back. However, when asked if I wanted them to add a screen protector, they told me it would be $25 only for me to be charged $40 when I came to pick it up. There are also bubbles on two of the four corners of my screen where they installed the protector. Update: I was contacted after this review and the problem was rectified very promptly. I have adjusted the rating accordingly. I would not hesitate to get another device service here.

Stopped by because by phone was having trouble charging, thought I would need a new charging port. They checked. Y phone out, cleaned the port and got it working like normal again. When I asked the guy what I owed him he said "nothing". Normally I assume businesses that I visit are trying to make as much money off of me as they can, so I don't usually trust them. Today that turned out to not be the case. uBreakiFix has earned my trust today and I'll be visiting them again (presumably when I break my screen). Great job guys.

If I could rate Mobile Klinik (Orleans location) any higher than 5, I definitely would! Jeff has helped me out numerous times with my iphone problems that I thought nobody could fix…and always very patiently and with a smile. He has also repaired my iPad more than once with great results. If you need help with your phone, this is the place to go. Vianca is also friendly, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I thought they could only service certain devices and I brought in a touch screen flir camera . The parts had to be ordered from far away lands and it would take the time it takes . The services at the counter through jason was incredible and he took the time to explain to the previous customers and to myself the process that it would go under . Very clear and concise and was completely comfortable leaving my device with them. Happy to say my flir camera is fixed and ready for everyday use !!

Brought my phone in to get it reset after the software update was not installed properly and they kept my phone for multiple days without any update, called them for a update and they told me it would cost me $250 to send to they’re Depot to get inspected, “ there Depot is Apple “ was told by a employee. So I went to pick it up and the tech was still working on it even after they told me on the phone nothing could be done in store. Really not impress with the service and wasted my time.

Worst place to get any work done. They had my nintendo switch for 12 days just to "diagnose" the problem, let alone fix it. I had to chase them several times for an update, and got nothing but excuses about how they didn't have this part and that part to diagnose the problem.12 days later, I picked up my switch without a diagnosis and started at square one again. Don't bother considering this place as you'll get nothing but incompetence!

Dropped by on a Sunday afternoon with a broken phone screen. I had priced out the cost of the repair part so I knew how much I was paying for service. Labour cost seemed reasonable to me so I left the phone. It was repaired before the end of the day and I was able to get it back before the store closed. Basically no disruption in my ability to communicate via cell phone. I don't think you can do better than that. Thanks uBreakiFix!

I brought in my Sony WH-1000xm4 headphones for an assessment when they would no longer charge. Jeff offered to look at them for no cost and see if they could help. Although the components from Sony were too expensive for me to go through with the repair, the staff at Ubreakifix were very helpful and understanding. I would recommend anyone who has damaged electronics to come here and will be telling my friends and family as well.

Great service by Jeff.!! We brought my husband's Google pixel phone in. It wasn't charging. Within one minute Jeff was able to find the problem, small piece of tissue stuck in charging port. Also found our sim card that was stuck inside the phone. We were in and out in 10 minutes. No charge was the added bonus. We will definitely go back and appreciate the prompt and friendly service.

Ha! I can’t even express my gratitude enough. Jeff was an amazing help. My wife’s phone has ghost screen. It put itself on airplane mode and we couldn’t even use a PC to get in. Jeff hooked up a mouse to the phone and bam! We were able to enter the passcode that way and turn off airplane mode. For all your electronic repairs, go to the Mer Bleue location. Great service and patience!

I have never been so insulted. Quoted $10.99 and one hour on the phone for a cracked screen. They confirmed in person it was only the screen. Two full days later, it cost me $257!!! They are crooks and scammers. I could've done it myself for like $15 tops. I could've purchased a new phone for what they took me up the hoop for. NEVER use this shady company! I am FUMING!!!

the repairs are good and the price is right, but the service needs significant overhaul, constantly waiting in line, people come after you get served first, they never answer the phone and you are constantly redirected to leave a message and never get a call back, not cool and very discouraging. Giving it a low rating based on service, my time is has important as theirs.

Came into this shop because I thought I had broken my charging port on my iPhone turns out it was just lint stuck inside the port, the man working there was super friendly and very honest that this happens quite often so I didn’t feel like a complete idiot. He cleaned it all out and made sure it was charging properly and didn’t charge me or try to scam me in any way.

Amazing service this Evening!!!!! I Have a IPhone XR which recently I started having problems with hearing on calls-the volume was so low. Didn’t want to give the phone up since it had sentimental value to me it was my late Son’s phone. The nice young man at UBREAKIFIX repaired it within 5 minutes :) at no cost. My son cracked his iPhone on a Sunday late afternoon, I Went online to make an appointment and I was able to make an appointment quickly for the next morning. The staff was lovely, and super quick. The screen on my phone died and it took a few days to repair, less than a month later the same issue came up and took a few more days to repair. 8 days after picking up my repaired device the screen failed yet again. Google won't process my RMA because it is still marked as a Walk-in repair in progress.

After a broken screen on iPhone 8 was replaced in May 2022, it worked fine till Aug 2022 then went black. The screen was replaced under warranty even though it was 2 days out of warranty. Excellent service. I recommend the company.
