I find myself incredibly frustrated with this business. They have beautiful products and a very polite team. I have recommended them to friends and family and am rooting for them. Sadly the after sales service is where Mobili Domani suffers. I felt that once our furniture was paid for, there appeared to be a lack of interest in any issues and problems we faced. We have had a faulty sofa since October 2022 and till now the issue has not been rectified. We have been patient and understanding of the challenges that some businesses have faced over the last 2 years, however I do believe that our empathy is being taken advantage of. Irrespective of the above issues, I enquired about purchasing 2 extra dining room chairs totalling around £1000. The member of the sales team advised he would call back later in the day to finalise the price. Almost 3 weeks later, I have heard nothing which has left me bewildered. It is difficult to understand how a local business we are trying to support would disregard a sale. I really hope that Mobili Domani can work on this shortfall.

AVOID AVOID AVOID.... Avoid this company at all costs so you don't pick up extraordinary high cost low end furniture. I was dealing with a great salesman who has now left and I am currently trying to sort out my damaged side table. I am dealing with the OWNERS son who is telling me there is no warranty on damaged goods? No sure if this individual understands the meaning of warranty and this person is the MANAGER of the store! Having asked for a replacement, a price I am told that he can not get a response from the manufacturer, this is over 1 month ago and he says he makes contact every day. This isn't really good customer service. once money taken and furniture delivered the problems will begin. I spent over £30k with this company. I wouldn't waste your money going to this company when there are other places that would be ALOT less expensive and look after you better.

I had an excellent experience with Mobili Domani. I first bought wallpaper for my dining area, and they spent quality time reviewing my options and coming up with the best suggestions. I received so many compliments on the wallpaper, and I am looking forward to buying more wallpaper and exploring their wardrobes in the future. We bought a console table for the hall and a coffee table for the lounge. Both were delivered on 3rd October 2023 (today) earlier than originally quoted. The delivery men were incredibly polite and moved one of our couches, just to make the coffee table central. As they came into the lobby they removed their shoes without being asked to do so. We were very impressed. H. Black

Very attentive salesmanship. Unfortunately, our Italian made sofa arrived with a defect. The part was replaced within a reasonable time frame. Nevertheless, I would expect this kind of high quality products to be properly protected to ensure no damage is cause during transport and arrive in mint condition.

Dont buy from here. The owner cant see past the end of his nose and is totally unreasonable. If already you appreciate buying expensive items for sake of the quality and the experience dont disappoint yourself and buy from here. Even some staff have jumped ship

Two people came to deliver my very heavy kitchen table. They had to fix 4 very heavy legs. They worked diligently being very careful not to damage my house or furniture. I was very impressed with the service

Martin and firtik did an excellent job, nothing was too much of an issue and they even moved the old furniture out the way to where I asked. Absolute gentleman and hope the furniture lasts the test of time!

The team were lovely to deal with and communication regarding delivery was great. In addition, delivery was managed well with the team setting up the new furniture for us. Overall, a great experience.

We found furniture we liked in Mobili Domani but we needed help with what was the best furniture for our room and how everything would fit. We took up the interior design option with Francesca.
