Super knowledgeable and very clear in their emphasis and recommendations, specially where my bike had a problem and I wanted an optimal solution. They will make sure and go to great extent to get your problem solved. for me when it comes to fixing my bike or buying something I want to know the details of what I am getting at, what are the possible solutions and in which way it can be solved, they’re superb in this regard as they recommended possible range of solutions to my problem that I was not even aware of, this is my go to bike repair shop whenever I have any problem as they get what I am looking for and nail it down. Super friendly, whenever I am there there’s going to be friendly banters and a joyful experience. Great prices, services and down to detail attentions, no bs, up selling or any of those things or sales tactics that would make customers to drop a few more bucks or make an unnecessary purchase or change of gear, equipment or bike parts.

Overall Customer service from initial contact via Kijiji to driving to the shop during the pandemic to pick up the bicycle. The owner was nothing but sweet, sincere, kind and yes he was super busy barley taking a moment to breathe. When we got there he was already working on two bikes with someone else, we waited 10 minutes, he brought me mine and then two other people walked in so in between helping us and them (while I took the bike for a spin), he was able to accommodate everyone. We were in and out in a half hour. The shop is small and these guys were insanely busy, with people waiting outside to come in. I love my bicycle and I would definitely buy from them again. Just seeing his response below at the Individual who perhaps was not in the best frame of mind that day, things happen in life sometimes to make us irritable- gives you an idea of how sincere and kind they and willing to go out of their way.

I have really come to appreciate Mojo Cycles,and simply because of their generous and warm-hearted hospitality. First occasion was a double tire blowout suffered on Toronto's stellar roads. LIKE NOT. Anyway as i limped in through the door with cycle on my shoulders,I was greeted warmly and immediately assisted. It really amounted to no more than a double tube change but i had such a good time talking with everyone. A set of handlebar tape plugs were thrown in just because it was noticed i had lost one. Today I dropped in simply for some air in my tires and had a great mini visit, as they all remembered me. I would recommend them pure for the care they take of you and for you. You'll always walk out smiling ‍♂️

A google review is the LEAST I can do following my experience at Mojo Cycles today. I had tried to take my bike to another shop for a spring tune-up and was informed that it would be a MONTH before I got my bike back. Instead of going that route and missing out on the spring biking season, I took my bike to Mojo Cycles. Joe, along with two other gentlemen, serviced my bike in 15 min and at minimal cost. I had thought the back break pads needed replacing, but Joe assured me that they were fine for another season - saving me even more $$. Amazing service, unbelievable price and a really cute owner. Can you ask for more in a bike shop?!?

These guys are ultra-professionals and very keen on making sure the bicycle you are buying from them is perfect. I came to score on a used bike and they made sure it was cleaned up, basically got a free tune up and gear adjustment thrown in. They went over every detail about the bike and chatted about cycling in general with enthusiasm. This is not just a job or business for these guys but a passion! Prices are very fair considering their location and service. I always support local bike shops over your chains and you can feel it when you walk in that little extra you pay you get back 100x in service.

Great bikes, great staff, and service. Dropped off my longtime two-wheeled MTB love for a little TLC (based on a recommendation from a friend who just purchased a Reid city cruiser). Wasn't disappointed, and after years of not having bikes, picked up two very nice, simple, affordable, quality Reid bikes (BLVD and Harrier 2.0), with new helmets for two active teens who need to channel their energy from a tough year of having to put their sports on hold. Joe, Boris and the crew provided excellent recommendations and service.

Joe is aaawesome! Not only is he the self-proclaimed sexiest bike mechanic in the city, he is also super friendly, welcoming, and really cares about your bike and optimal riding comfort. Have gotten lots of little fixes/touch-ups for free. Mojo is a great neighbourhood bike shop—clean, great selection of bikes and parts, fun decor, and most importantly, unpretentious, which so many bike shops in the city can be nowadays. Visited this shop a few weeks ago after seeing a story they posted on their IG of the exact type of bike I was looking for. I went in the next day and the staff was super helpful. He asked me a few questions, let me try out the bike, adjusted my seat and gave me a set of lights for free. Told me to stop by for assistance if I had any issues. FANTASTIC SERVICE. I recommended this shop to my friend and her husband went back the next day to pick up the exact same bike. Definitely recommend.

I'm a bit of a bike novice and have been having problems with loose front brakes and slipping gears. I believe the name of the mechanic who assisted me is named Boris (sorry, I'm forgetful!). He was very friendly and explained why I was having problems with them and, as my repairs were minor, repaired my bike on the spot for me. The shop is also very organized, clean, and stocked with high-quality merchandise and parts. I'll definitely be coming back in the future.

I had the misfortune of getting three flat tires in one week. The folks at Mojo Cycles fixed me up and didn't charge me labour for flat #3 as they'd just changed that tube for me a few days earlier. Very reasonable, quick and efficient service. I've had them do spring tune-ups for me in the past and was also pleased with their attention to detail and quick turnaround. It's not surprising to me that they have 4.9 stars with almost 200 reviews.

Amazing service and friendly staff. They are helpful with advice on any equipment I've been interested even if I wasn't planning on buying right away. They have gone over and above when I was having some mechanical issues with a product I bought from them. They made sure it got fixed and were glad to make it right. Hi, I wanted to say this shop helped fix a bracket on my bike. It was a quick fix. I offered to pay and he declined payment. I can't say this would be a usual occurrence. I love this team so much. There’s major bonus points for a shop dog that has the personality of a sassy 85 year old. Quick repairs that can be trusted, great prices and friendly team. Great customer service. My chain jammed a few meters away from their shop so I walked my bike in, asking for some help as i couldn't seem to fix it myself. I was immediately welcomed with a (masked) friendly face. My bike was fixed within 10 minutes of being there and the whole thing was done free of charge. Today I had been to mojo cycles to fit baby seat, rear rack and do the oiling. Joe is the best technician in the town. The owner of Mojo Cycles on Dundas is such a great guy. You can see his passion for bikes when you talk to him and he also makes sure you get the help you need with your bike. I would never go to another place for service cause this place is the best. Makes me feel welcome and at home. He also sells bikes at great prices. This is the best bike service place I've ever found. They are there to get you back on the road, safely, and without trying to upsell you at every turn. Joe can read his clients - I'm an avid cyclist, but no pro wanna-be. He won't push you to buy the cassette that is a few grams less, he'll sell you the one that will fit your needs. Mojo Cycles is my go-to bike repair shop. They do quick jobs like flats ASAP, and today Joe hammered out my bent chainwheel in 5 minutes and did not charge me a dime. Big repairs will take some time, but the way these guys drop their tools and try to help walk-ins on the spot is admirable given the demand for bikes, repairs and tuneups in these COVID times. Very down to earth and helpful staff. I was interested in buying a bike for my girlfriend for Christmas. Joe and the fellas sent me photos of each colour way the bike came in.
