My family have used Molly's for many years, my Nan loved their flowers when she was alive. I ordered from them for several occasions whilst living in the US and they are honest and accommodating, whilst delivering value for money. I find the quality of their work always above par and they have a knack for interpreting what you are looking for. The recipients are always pleased. My Auntie passed away very suddenly and I was unable to get out what I wanted to say on the card..no problem, Tina told me to What'sApp the message... perfect solution! The arrangement was exactly as I wanted Happy and sunny ☀️ I appreciate how hard it is to run a business in these times especially in the UK as everything seems to be closing. Molly's does an exceptional job for any occasion. Support a local business, don't hesitate to choose Molly's florist.

I ordered my Bridal Bouquet from this place and sent them a picture of what it should look like. I received some thing completely different with some bruised roses and greenery which I explicitly said I didn't want. When they arrived I was busy getting my makeup done, so unable to call them. I was flying out the next day for my Honeymoon so called them on my return. They basically said I should have contacted them on the day, even though I explained to them as the bride I was busy. They also claimed they didn't send out that bouquet as it was (I sent them a picture of what I received). Appalling after care service. A brides bouquet is once in a lifetime. I can never get back that day...Any brides out there, it's not worth the risk. Go some where else.

Incredibly poor service and a rude delivery driver. Ordered a bouquet, requested and paid for roses in there. Flowers were then delivered but we noticed that no roses or any proper flowers. Asked the delivery lady who said ' Dont have time for this, you want it take it if not stop wasting my time'. We were shocked and said we do not want them, she then stated 'Dont ever order from our store'. Spoke to customer service, who did not assist. Trash service all around. Response to Owner: We did, which is why we were so surprised to see the actual bouquet when it came! Issue however is with the tone of the delivery lady and the customer service. Stop putting the blame on the customer, just says a lot about you as a business!

Ordered flowers for my mum for mother's Day which never got delivered, was told flowers were left on the van as driver had forgotten them but advised the driver had now been sacked. They did offer me my money back but said I could have flowers delivered of a higher price but wouldn't be charged the extra but would be a couple of days when they had there delivery of fresh flowers so agreed to this. My mum today has phoned me and said flowers were roughly wrapped and upon opening them water went everything she was very disappointed as I am cos they were surpose to be a beautiful bouquet of flowers. I shall never order flowers from here again even though the lady apologized to me.

My friends had some very sad news so I googled a florist that was closest to them, Mollys came up so I telephoned at 1.35pm to ask if they could do same day delivery, I was told it was too late for that day but they would deliver the next day. I was asked how much I wanted to spend, I said about £20 to which I was told that deliveries started at £30 plus £5 delivery, I said I only want a couple of stems of lily's delivered, now I have no problem paying delivery but couldn't afford the £30 minimum to which I was told "oh well, thanks, bye ". Its good that they are so busy they can turn away an order even if it was only £20 but their customer service is rubbish.

I’ve been using Molly’s florist locally now for over a decade (supporting local businesses). I love the personal touch, beautiful arrangements, tailored to every occasion. Affordable options and much better to order directly than use an e-florist, better value for money, gorgeous arrangements, and all deliveries have been made on time! Great news they now have a website too!! I often like to have a look for inspiration inside and talk to their knowledgable and friendly staff, when I’m in the area, although anything specific I just ask and they let me know what’s in season. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered a tribute for our sister. Pointed out exactly what we wanted......in the book I was shown was a "grandad" one and I asked for exactly the same but saying "sister". Bright vivid colours, it summed up our sister's zest for life. We were very disappointed to say the least when it turned out to be plain white chrysanthemums with a few posies of colour on the letters. Looking at other floral displays for earlier funerals it was quite obvious which had been bought from this shop, because they were all the same! Not at all happy with this, not the cheapest florist around either.

I’ve used Molly’s Florist a few times now and have been very happy every time. The service has been top notch. Tina & her mum always go the extra mile and always give fab advice on what goes with what. When it was my son’s 18th birthday and I had covid and couldn’t get out and about, Tina, at very late notice, made up balloons for me and dropped them off. So accommodating. Molly's did 3 gorgeous arrangements for my parents Diamond Wedding. They went above and beyond to make sure they were fabulous. My mum loved them. ❤️Will get all my occasional flowers from Molly's in future, as my previous florist in Elm Park has let me down a couple of times. When it's a special occasion, you want the best! Lovely flowers with polite and helpful staff! They were even able to provide an extra request, which was to sing for my Nan for her birthday as I was isolating and couldn’t personally see her myself. Thankyou Mollys florist for making her day! I’ll definitely be back.

I was extremely disappointed with my flowers that I ordered, I researched all local all florists as this was a very special arrangement I wanted. £70 for half dead flowers! Very poor. Would not recommend.
