Members private club so there's a little bit of unfriendly vibes from the staff especially the security/ gate guys. The facilities are well maintained for a 120+ year old club. The wood work and architecture is impeccable. The food is really good but the service is slow like glacial movement slow. Good beverage selection at very affordable prices. Obviously subsidised by being a member's club. The accomodation is affordable and pretty standard. Highly recommended if you're a business traveller with access and you have work to do on the island as everything is less than 10 minutes away. I believe with an improvement in speed of service and simple renovations, this is a gem of the island.

At the gate,dedicated security ready to assist you,designated entry and exit points,ample angle parking spots with a dedicated PWDS spot. Reporting at the reception and all inquiries are well taken care off. The club has a love lounge with an adjacent bar,the kitchen on the far end with bold writings KITCHEN. The block is constructed in a semicircle form with glass window panels overlooking the lovely field they have. 2 football size fields that are hired out,a basket ball court,Lawn Bowl... A game of finese. It's a members only club. I recommend.

This place so amaaaaaazingwooow.....very nice activities, games you could participate in and all the fun stuff you can imagine....Trust me take your family someday ..... Nd you ll just see it on their faces how happy they will be.... They have very tastey food of your choicee....very nice servicethey got over their.. A very silent and secured place...ohh yeah before i forget they have every refreshment of your choice trust meyou wont regret it

Facilities are amazing and the grounds manicured to detail. There is a swimming pool to cool off, tennis lawn, football and rugby pitch. There is also a gym with a professional trainer to help you tone or lose that weight. In short its superb... Available for members and non-members at a fee. The place is ideal for major events as the kenya rugby circuit sevens is usually held here and just recently, safaricom hosted the BYOB and the Twaweza live concert at the same venue.

The facility is easily accessible by both public and personal means. Good service from the staff. There is adequate parking with trees that provide shade from the hot sun. The best part were the well-maintained large fields that are used for football, hockey, and different sports. There are 2. One is the members-only and the other open to public events. A modern gym is also available. I found the bar well-stocked and the restaurant has a good menu.

Mombasa sports club its partly a club which has all kind of games like rugby,football,tennis,cricket and Hockey and other more and on the other side about Mombasa sports club its that it has a nice hotel inside so cool and quite and some nice music in low tone inside i can conclude by saying if you need to relax or do your work or assignment you've got Mombasa Sports Club

The #NRGWAVE showdown was too much fun. It was the perfect way to jumpoff to 2019. I really enjoyed myself and can't wait to party again in Mombasa. The energy from watu Wa 001 is awesome. I could go on This club really needs to update their facilities to '22 standards..!!! If it means increasing member fees so be it but improve!

Peaceful place to have a quiet retreat. Very nicely done lawns and field for doing some jogging. They had a great idea for world cup, the 9.pm matches were projected on a big screen, and people sat in the field to watch. Great food as well. You must abide by the general club rules, to avoid trouble with attendants.

Came to watch rugby there ..the ground was goodand the after party was also done within the compound... There was enough space . Haven't eaten their food yet so I can't comment on that. But the facilities look good and there is some fine breeze at the place as well. Would recommend

large well maintained grounds. there are lots of activities available for members. their rooms are also reasonably priced but only bookable through members. Friday nights are better with the BBQ, extra caterers etc with lots of families coming. Kids also have a playground.

This is a cool place best for reservations that faces the ocean allowing you to enjoy breeze first hand. It lays adjacent to the fort jesus which improves its scenery. Has short trees and well attended grass lawns. It also has a private swimming pool built by the ocean bed

Good place for those who are looking for a quiet and chilling environment. Affordable price but breakfast and room cleanliness are to improve. They do have a good garden which can accommodate more than one gathering. They provide everything that goes with.

A safe and secure club, with multiple sporting facilities. This is a family friendly club. They even have a gym facility and their own accomodation and barber/saloon. The staff are friendly and environment welcoming. The food is also recommended.

Great ambience. Membership not a must if you are there for the first time. Great cricket pitch, basketball court and football field. Cool breeze which is very welcome in the heat of Mombasa. Food is buffet and each day has it own menu.

A great field to kill your sweat in both single activity and team activity. Its affordable but usually has no available snacks but for the drinkers, it won't fail you. Has a great fan base that is usually effective...

This is an amazing time to spend time alone, with family and with friends. However, remember that it's a private members Club; make sure you're from a reciprocating club to enjoy the facility...

The management has a lot of customer intimacy. You feel home,kids have a lot of place and facilities to play.Smart playing fields, gym and to cap it all have excellent catering services.

Very good place at Mombasa to stay, they have big lawn, and since I stayed during Football World Cup time, they had big screen show for all the matches. Overall good.

It's a members club so there is some level of exclusivity. At night, the field is a good place to relax for diner. Rooms are spacious but basic. Meals are on order.

The cricket team there is very rude. They hit my mum with their ball and didn't bother to apologize and no action was taken. The food is okay though

They cook food when you order it, so it might take some time before you can eat here, but it is absolutely delightful. Quiet, green, polite staff.

Not a member but was accompanying a member to the club. Their facilities are great and a good place to unwind. Their meals are prepared on order.
