Good looking manicure and pedicure which is why I give 4 stars. An issue we had was that the credit card payment device was taken from the salon by mistake when the front desk attendant went home for the night and so payment was an issue the first appointment, but they said I can come back another day to pay. That was nice of them, but did require me to come back to pay later which is more of my time. Pretty usual story for el poblado, things just aren't very well thought out sometimes. The next time I went in, I brought my friend for two pedicure appointments for us together, but after waiting with tea together (so nice!), my friend was shown back to get her pedicure, while I was sitting around for so long that I asked how much longer before we can sit together. The front desk attendant then went and checked in and I was seated soon after. Once I sat down my friend let me know the previous person in my pedicure station had fungus on her toes (my fiend is a nurse so I believe she knows what she is talking about). I asked if they definitely sanitized the bowl and she said she did. I did not get a fungus, but it would be nice if they did not allow people in with foot fungus.

The owner Monica (sorry if I got that wrong) was so welcoming and lovely she couldn't do more to make me feel comfortable and to fit me in with such short notice. My gel pedi was beautiful. But my eyelashes and eyebrows were just too good, she took so much precision with my brows they are perfect the best I've ever had! Thanks so much. Everyone go here, its new but they're skills are great. And the salon is stunning.

Beautiful place, brand new, very modern BUT the attention was horrible! Walked in and I was not greeted and waited in the front until someone noticed me. The ladies here are so cold and not friendly or charming at all! Was my first time and did not feel welcomed here. I would've thought that it would be a lovely vibe but was so wrong! Will not be going back! Las niñas de este salón no son nada amables!

All of the ladies here are amazing! Incredible attention to detail and my services did not feel rushed at all. One of the most thorough manicure and pedicure I have ever had, also got my brows designed and she put so much thought into actually measuring the shape. And the salon is so beautiful. 100% recommend.

Manuela was amazing! Super friendly, great mail work. The space is beautiful, large and expansive with a design that is almost like an indoor outdoor space with great air flow and trees all around. Such a luxurious experience not having to smell toxic nail polish in a small enclosed space.

Es el mejor lugar en Medellín. No solo el ambiente es increíble, puedes solicitar Bebidas frias o calientes completamente gratis, incluso vino. Es una experiencia completa. Además las uñas quedan hermosas. También hacen cejas, las diseña la propietaria de Momo, es muy buena.

¡Me encantó este lugar! He tenido manicuras, pedicuras y una manicura de gel durante una estancia en Medellín y estaban en el punto cada vez. Todo el personal era muy experimentado y agradable y también muy paciente, ya que practicaba mi español!

El salón muy ordenado y con una buena imagen. Las personas que atienden muy groseras. Son bruscas y no te permiten hablar. Si no tienen citas no te ofrecen horarios ni otros días. De verdad la relación costó beneficio no es buena

Pésimo servicio. Me dicen que me pueden atender, tomo un Uber y al llegar me dicen que la persona que me iba a atender no ha llegado y que la próxima cita disponible es dentro de 2 horas y media. Pérdida de tiempo y dinero
