We scheduled a move for arrival between 8-9am. We are moving from Downtown Dallas and the movers knew this. The building that we are moving out of does not have a loading dock so I'm guessing this is where his frustration began however, that is not our fault. If he had been here early, there may have been a spot in the front. He then looks at the space and automatically says its going to take 2-3 trips at $200/hr + travel fee. We are moving to a 10X25 storage.... Why would everything not be able to take one trip? He then gets aggravated at our questions and goes into how he's been doing this for 15 years and getting an attitude because we are trying to understand. The unprofessionalism on his behalf was unwarranted. I would not ever recommend this company because he is the owner supposedly. We found another moving company an hour later that moved everything in 5 1/2 hours, on 1 trip. It all loaded into the storage nicely as well.

This is our 6th time we moved with Audiel and team. From the moment Laura answers the phone to Audiel and team leaves Its just an OUTSTANDING service! They communicate very well by calling, confirming and going through the process one more time the day prior and giving you a call the day of to let you know how far they are of your location respecting the time window agreed. Audiel and team showed up with his team and everytime they have a very polite and professional staff with him. This time they had to move me while having my 2 young kiddos and they were patient and very careful. There are always little hiccups like in our case our fridge was too big to get it out. There are no problems for Audiel, he manages every situation with confidence, care and a big smile. Thank you Audiel for always be there for our family. Great movers! Moved less than a mile, but everything still went seamless. Very knowledged movers, helped us figure out some furniture issues we had and fixes for them. Best bang for your buck in town. Extremely kind gentlemen. Good communicators, too. Wasn’t nervous the movers wouldn’t show for once. Definitely will hire again!
