Always ask for a receipt. I stopped in today to buy some tomatoes, i was questioned regarding a transaction for $105 three months ago, and that i left the store without paying. The screen shot i was sent showed a cancelled transaction (operator error) and they asked me 3 months later to pay up. I have always supported this local business, through the last 3 owners. i feel i cannot go back there again.

We just moved in the area and have found the perfect corner shop. They have a lolly counter and every kind of lolly you can think of. Kids love it as a treat to pick their lolly bag selection. And I love the small goods counter they have. Fresh sliced small goods for weekday school sandwiches! Little gem of a place.

Best store out St Mary’s or dairy as known in NZ, old school mixed lollies - esp Pineapple lumps etc the mixed lollies, deli meats, other stuff instead going Woolies all here, friendly staff …
