David is very professional. I had an tripping AFCI issue that was made worse by the building contractor puzzling wiring practice. Instead of a costly rewiring, David came up with an elegant low cost solution. He was honest about my ceiling fan on concrete ceiling project that I had in mind. We hired Dave to do a full electrical inspection of our house prior to an ESA inspection required . He gave a very thorough inspection and made important recommendations that brought our home up to code and allowed us to pass the inspection without incident.
